Abstract
本发明涉及酒店商用布草清洗领域,公开了商用洗衣液及其制备方法。洗衣液由1.0~25.0%非离子表面活性剂;1.0~25.0%阴离子表面活性剂,0.01~1.0%悬浮剂,0.5~10%增溶剂,0.05~1.0%消泡剂,3.0~10.0%的钙基膨润土,0.5~10%其它助剂,余量为水制备得到。用所制得的洗衣液对酒店布草进行洗涤,主洗及排水过程均为低泡,洗后布草柔顺洁白、黄变低,洁净效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于商用清洗技术领域,尤其涉及商用洗衣液及其制备方法,具体的来说,本发明涉及酒店客房布草使用的洗衣及其制备方法。
背景技术
在我国,随着经济的不断发展,酒店旅游业也在不断快速发展。酒店客房布草主要包括:面巾、浴巾、床单、被套、枕套、地巾等,这些布草均为白色。在上世纪,国内酒店洗衣房以及洗衣工厂基本以使用粉体洗涤剂为主,进入21世纪以来,尤其是在2010年以后,我国的液体洗涤剂进入迅猛发展的阶段。酒店客房液体的洗涤剂主要包括:洗衣液、增效碱液、彩漂液、中和液和柔顺液,通过全自动液体分配器加入到全悬浮减震自动脱水洗衣机(简称:单体水洗机)或隧道式洗衣机(简称:洗衣龙)中,这不仅可以节省人工成本,还可以使洗涤剂加入定量化避免浪费,从而使洗涤效果更加稳定。而洗衣龙与传统单体洗衣机相比,采用了隧道保温、水循环、过滤技术和连续化洗涤,极大降低了水消耗和蒸汽消耗;因此使用洗衣龙洗涤布草与单体洗衣机相比,可节省人力约60~80%、节水约70%、节约蒸汽约50%、节约洗涤剂约30%。因此洗衣龙凭借优越的性能,近年来在专业洗衣工厂得到快速发展。
洗衣龙排出的废水分为可用废水和不可用废水,通过两条排水管分别排入回用水箱和下水道。而可用废水主要来源于主洗过后的漂洗水和压榨脱水。而对可用废水泡沫影响最大的就是含有大量非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的洗衣液。隧道式洗衣机与单体洗衣机相比,对于泡沫的控制更加严格。它不仅要求洗涤时泡沫要低,并且要求洗涤后的可用废水排水泡沫也要低。如果洗衣液主洗时泡沫过高,会造成主洗过程中洗涤液的量少于预设的数值而影响洗涤效果。如果排水可用废水泡沫过高则会造成红外水位探测器报警,而导致隧道式洗衣机紧急停机,从而降低生产效率。一般在洗衣液配方中加入少量有机硅消泡剂,这样在洗涤过程中确实可以起到立竿见影的消泡的作用,但是在实际生产中我们发现:由于在洗衣液配方中有机硅消泡剂的用量比较少,因此在洗涤过程中消泡剂大部分都被布草所吸附。对于单体水洗机基本可以保持主洗过程低泡,但是有些使用有机硅消泡剂的配方洗衣龙可用废水还会因为泡沫高而引起水位探测器报警。经过分析:这是因为这些配方在设计时过渡依赖有机硅消泡剂的作用,但当有机硅消泡剂在主洗时大部分都被布草所吸附后,则会造成排水时泡沫再次大量出现。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了商用洗衣液及其制备方法,目的是为了解决现有针对酒店布草清洗的洗衣液,无法保证低泡洗涤后的布草保持柔顺的同时,兼顾达到较高的清洁效果的技术问题。
本发明提供的商用洗衣液,具体技术方案如下:
商用洗衣液,按质量百分比计,由以下物质而组成:
1.0~25.0%非离子表面活性剂,
1.0~25.0%阴离子表面活性剂,
0.01~1.0%悬浮剂,
0.5~10%增溶剂,
0.01~1.0%消泡剂,
3.0~10.0%钙基膨润土,
0.5~10%其它助剂,
余量为水;
所述非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂质量百分比均为去除水份后的纯活性物占总组合物的质量百分比;
所述非离子表面活性剂为C8~C18直链和/或支链烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为直链十二烷基苯磺酸钠、椰油脂肪酸钾皂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的至少两种混合物。
进一步,按质量百分比计,由以下物质而组成:
5.0~20.0%非离子表面活性剂,
5.0~22.0%阴离子表面活性剂,
0.1~0.8%悬浮剂,
2.0~8.0%增溶剂,
0.05~0.5%消泡剂,
4.0~9.0%钙基膨润土,
1.0~8.0%其它助剂;
余量为水。
进一步,按质量百分比计,由以下物质而组成:
8.0~15.0%非离子表面活性剂,
10.0~17.0%阴离子表面活性剂,
0.2~0.5%悬浮剂,
3.0~7.0%增溶剂,
0.1~0.3%消泡剂,
5.0~8.0%钙基膨润土,
2.0~7.0%其它助剂,
余量为水。
在某些实施方式中,所述悬浮剂为羟乙基纤维素;所述增溶剂为乙醇和二乙二醇丁醚中一种或两种混合物;所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;所述其它助剂为柠檬酸、荧光增白剂、螯合剂、卡松防腐剂和生物酶。
在某些实施方式中,所述钙基膨润土制备过程如下:水洗工艺提纯、蒙脱石含量≥90%、经过干燥且研磨至90%的粉末颗粒度≥300目。
本发明提供的商用洗衣液的具有以下有益效果:通过烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物与脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的复配,可发挥两者各自的优点。既进一步有效降低了主洗时隧道式洗衣机洗衣仓内的泡沫以及可用废水排水的泡沫,使洗衣机不再报警,又保证了布草的洗净力。
本发明还提供了商用洗衣液的制备方法,用于上述的商用洗衣液,包括如下步骤:
S1,利用非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、增溶剂、消泡剂和其他助剂均经水混合溶解,获得A相溶液;
S2,将钙基膨润土和悬浮剂加入热水中,混合搅拌,获得B相溶液;
S3,将步骤S2中的B相溶液缓慢加入步骤S1中的A相溶液进行充分搅拌5~15分钟至分散完全,获得商用洗衣液。
在某些实施方式中,在步骤S1中,具体包括如下步骤:
S11,将工艺软水加入搅拌锅,将阴离子表面活性剂加入到水中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,获得第一溶液;
S12,将非离子表面活性剂加入到步骤S11的第一溶液中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,获得第二溶液;
S13,将增溶剂和消泡剂加入到步骤S12的第二溶液中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,获得第三溶液;
S14,将其他助剂加入到步骤S13的第三溶液中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,获得A相溶液。
进一步,在步骤S11中,所述阴离子表面活性剂包括直链十二烷基苯磺酸,就在搅拌锅中加入32%液碱与所述直链十二烷基苯磺酸进行酸碱中和反应后,再向搅拌锅中添加阴离子表面活性剂中的剩余成分。
在某些实施方式中,在步骤S2中,所述热水的温度为70℃,搅拌的转速为800r/min,搅拌的时间为30min。
本发明提供的商用洗衣液的制备方法,具有以下有益效果:
1)有效解决了主洗洗衣仓泡沫以及可用废水排水泡沫;
2)洗涤后的布草黄变度更低;
3)钙基膨润土100%天然,所用非离子表面活性剂不含APEO,且易生物降解,符合天然、环保的时代要求;
4)本发明制作工艺简单,操作性强。

以下实施例中原料型号及来源说明如下:
C8~C18直链和/或支链烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物,选用型号:401(生产厂家巴斯夫公司);脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物70%FMEE(生产厂家喜赫公司);96%直链十二烷基苯磺酸(生产厂家浙江赞宇公司);32%液碱,以片碱原料自行溶解配制(生产厂家山东滨化公司);椰油脂肪酸钾皂,含量35%(生产厂家广东椰氏公司);脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3EO)硫酸钠(70%AES)(生产厂家浙江赞宇公司);羟乙基纤维素,选用型号QP-100MH(生产厂家陶氏公司);乙醇(生产厂家济南汇丰达化工有限公司);二乙二醇丁醚(生产厂家山东旭晨化工科技有限公司);有机硅消泡剂,选用型号Formasil4865PCG(生产厂家迈图公司);钙基膨润土(生产厂家天津唯科公司);柠檬酸(生产厂家潍坊英轩公司);荧光增白剂(CBS-X,生产厂家巴斯夫公司);螯合剂选用谷氨酸二乙酸四钠GLDA(生产厂家诺力昂公司);卡松防腐剂(生产厂家北京桑普公司);碱性蛋白酶,选用型号Progress Uno 100L(生产厂家诺维信公司)。
实施例1~6
实施例1~6提供的洗衣液具体组分及组分含量(以重量百分含量计)如表1所示:

实施例1~6提供的洗衣液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
上述洗衣液,由以下步骤制备:
1.A相配制
(1)将部分工艺软水加入搅拌锅,然后加入32%液碱并开启搅拌桨,缓慢加入直链十二烷基苯磺酸进行酸碱中和。然后再把椰油脂肪酸钾皂、AES按配方比例加入到体系中,继续搅拌至完全溶解。
(3)把配方中乙醇、二乙二醇丁醚和Formasil 4865PCG按比例加入到体系中,继续搅拌至完全溶解。
2.B相配制
将全部钙基膨润土和羟乙基纤维素按比例加入到70℃的热水中,然后以800转/分钟的速度进行搅拌,使将钙基膨润土进行充分的水合和分散,搅拌时间为30分钟,静置冷却。
3.将B相缓慢加入A相进行充分搅拌5~15分钟至分散完全,出料。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种洗衣液,与实施例1的区别仅在于,所述洗衣液不添加钙基膨润土和羟乙基纤维素,其它组分保持不变,缺少部分以水补至100%。
所述洗衣液的制备方法为:
(1)将部分工艺软水加入搅拌锅,然后加入32%液碱并开启搅拌桨,缓慢加入直链十二烷基苯磺酸进行酸碱中和。然后再把椰油脂肪酸钾皂、AES按配方比例加入到体系中,继续搅拌至完全溶解。
(3)把配方中乙醇、二乙二醇丁醚和Formasil 4865PCG按比例加入到体系中,继续搅拌至完全溶解。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种洗衣液,与实施例1的区别仅在于,所述洗衣液不添加消泡剂Formasil 4865PCG,其它组分保持不变,缺少部分以水补至100%,其他组分含量及制备方法同实施例1。
对比例3
本对比例提供一种洗衣液,与实施例1的区别仅在于,所述洗衣液不添加消泡剂Formasil 4865PCG、钙基膨润土和悬浮剂羟乙基纤维素,其它组分保持不变,缺少部分以水补至100%。
所述洗衣液的制备方法为:
(1)将部分工艺软水加入搅拌锅,然后加入32%液碱并开启搅拌桨,缓慢加入直链十二烷基苯磺酸进行酸碱中和。然后再把椰油脂肪酸钾皂、AES按配方比例加入到体系中,继续搅拌至完全溶解。
(3)把配方中乙醇、二乙二醇丁醚按比例加入到体系中,继续搅拌至完全溶解。
对比例4
本对比例提供一种洗衣液,与实施例1的区别仅在于,所述洗衣液不添加消泡剂和LF401,将70%FMEE调整为11.5%,以使非离子表面活性剂活性物总量相同。其它组分保持不变,增加的水分在余量水中扣除,其他组分含量及制备方法同实施例1。
对比例5
本对比例提供一种洗衣液,与实施例1的区别仅在于,所述洗衣液不添加70%FMEE,将LF401调整为8.0%,以使非离子表面活性剂活性物总量相同。其它组分保持不变,缺少部分以水补至100%,其他组分含量及制备方法同实施例1。
对比例6
本对比例提供一种洗衣液,与实施例1的区别仅在于,所述洗衣液不添加35%椰油脂肪酸钾皂,将96%直链十二烷基苯磺酸的量增加至11.4%,32%液碱增加至4.4%,70%AES的量调整为7%,以使非离子表面活性剂活性物总量相同。其它组分保持不变,缺少部分以水补至100%,其他组分含量及制备方法同实施例1。
泡沫性评价
由于洗衣龙是全封闭系统,主洗仓泡沫难以观察,因此将采用洗涤机械作用原理相同且带有圆形玻璃视窗的单机水洗机(海狮水洗机,100公斤装载量,型号XGQ-100F)对泡沫进行测试,该测试结果同样适用于洗衣龙。洗涤条件及参数设置如下:涤用水的硬度平均为50ppm,洗涤温度为60℃,主洗物料通过全自动分配器加入量如下:洗衣液300ml、32%的液碱200ml、27.5%的双氧水400ml;设置洗涤水位程序为低水位,无陪洗物,设置主洗时间为15分钟,当主洗时间进行至10分钟且在滚筒暂时停止转动的时刻,迅速记录下泡沫的高度。滚筒水洗机玻璃视窗观察泡沫直径高度满窗为540mm,洗涤过程中滚筒暂时静止时测量泡沫高度在270mm以上为高泡,而泡沫高度在180-270mm之间为中泡,180mm以下为低泡洗衣液。测试结果如表2:

从表2可见:实施例1-6泡沫高度较低,均为低泡范围。对比例1由于没有改变表面活性剂的加量和比例,对泡沫造成的影响不大,仅对柔顺性能有影响。对比例2和3未加消泡剂,对主洗泡沫影响较大。对比例4去污力有所降低,这是因为没有了消泡剂和烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物泡沫升高,少量的泡沫将从洗衣机侧方加料口溢出,造成洗涤溶液的流失而影响去污力。对比例5泡沫为低泡,这是因烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物消泡效率高,但会影响去污力。对比例6相比较于实施例1泡沫略有升高,这说明在该配方体系下椰油脂肪酸钾皂对消泡略有贡献。
上述比较例1-6及实施例1-6所制得的洗衣液使用简森公司16仓、单仓最大洗涤量为50公斤的隧道式洗衣龙洗涤酒店客房毛巾,洗涤条件:涤用水的硬度为50~80ppm,洗涤温度为60℃,主洗物料通过液体全自动分配器加入量如下:洗衣液300ml、32%的液碱200ml、27.5%的双氧水400ml;在回用水箱中取可用废水,使用超声震荡仪进行消泡并恒温至40℃,采用《GB-T 7462-1994表面活性剂发泡力的测定改进Ross-Miles法》直接对可用废水进行泡沫性能评价:测试结果如表3:

由表3可见:实施例1-6可用废水的初始泡沫高度较低,1分钟时间内消泡速度比较快。对比例2和3均未加消泡剂但初始泡沫高度和1分钟的泡沫高度均和加了消泡剂的对比例1在同一水平,这说明在洗涤过程中,少量的消泡剂大部分已经被毛巾所吸附。对比例4初始泡沫高度和1分钟的泡沫高度最高,这是因为在基本没有消泡剂影响的可用废水中,如果没有烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物的存在,泡沫会升高。对比例5初始泡沫高度和1分钟的泡沫高度最低,这进一步说明了在基本没有消泡剂影响的可用废水中,烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物消泡性能最强。对比例6考察了椰油脂肪酸钾皂对泡沫的影响,在该配方体系下,椰油脂肪酸钾皂对消泡略有贡献。
柔顺性评价
在15公斤海狮XGQ-15F水洗机中加入实施例或对比例80克,每机纯棉新毛巾约11.5~12.5公斤,洗涤用水的硬度约为50~80ppm,选择手动自定义洗涤程序如下:1、60℃主洗15分钟2、排水3、漂洗4、排水5漂洗6、排水7、漂洗8、高速脱水9、烘干机烘干。每组样品按此过程重复洗涤8次。然后进行柔顺性感官测试,根据以下表4评判标准给每个样品评分:

由表5数据可见,实施例1~6由于加入了膨润土,进行8此洗涤后毛巾具有柔顺性能,这也是膨润土的性能所决定的。而对比例1和3由于没有加入膨润土,因此洗涤后的毛巾并没有柔顺性能。
去污性能测试
对上述实施例1~6提供的洗衣液和对比例1~6提供的洗衣液对毛巾进行洗涤去污力评价:各测试样品按表6程序进行单变量对比洗涤,洗涤条件:海狮水洗机(100公斤装载量,型号XGQ-100F),单机织物装载量为80±5公斤,对需测试毛巾进行标记,其它毛巾作为陪洗物。重复洗涤次数为5次。涤用水的硬度为50~80ppm。白度测试按《GB-T 13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》中的7.2规定进行,分别测定毛巾洗后白度值W2、毛巾洗前白度值W1,白度差值=W2-W1,差值越大表示去污性能越好(说明:为了消除荧光增白剂对蓝光白度的干扰,实施例1~6和对比例1~6均未添加荧光增白剂CBS-X)。测试结果见表7。

由表7可见,对比例1由于没有改变表面活性剂的加量和比例,对去污力造成的影响不大,仅对柔顺性能有影响。对比例2和3未加消泡剂,泡沫有所增加,但对去污力影响不大。对比例4去污力有所降低,这是因为没有了烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物泡沫升高,少量的泡沫将从洗衣机侧方加料口溢出,造成洗涤溶液的流失而影响去污力。对比例5去污力有所降低,这是因为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的去污力比烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物高。对比例6相比较于实施例1去污力略有降低,这是因为在本配方体系下,椰油脂肪酸钾皂对去污力略有影响。
实施例7~12

1.商用洗衣液,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,由以下物质而组成:
1.0~25.0%非离子表面活性剂,

0.01~1.0%悬浮剂,
0.5~10%增溶剂,
0.01~1.0%消泡剂,
3.0~10.0%钙基膨润土,
0.5~10%其它助剂,
余量为水;
所述非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂质量百分比均为去除水份后的纯活性物占总组合物的质量百分比;
所述非离子表面活性剂为C8~C18直链和/或支链烷基端封闭、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚的脂肪醇缩合物;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为直链十二烷基苯磺酸钠、椰油脂肪酸钾皂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的至少两种混合物。

4.根据权利要求1所述的商用洗衣液,其特征在于,所述悬浮剂为羟乙基纤维素;所述增溶剂为乙醇和二乙二醇丁醚中一种或两种混合物;所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;所述其它助剂为柠檬酸、荧光增白剂、螯合剂、卡松防腐剂和生物酶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的商用洗衣液,其特征在于,所述钙基膨润土制备过程如下:水洗工艺提纯、蒙脱石含量≥90%、经过干燥且研磨至90%的粉末颗粒度≥300目。
6.商用洗衣液的制备方法,用于制备权利要求1-5任一项所述的商用洗衣液,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,利用非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、增溶剂、消泡剂和其他助剂均经水混合溶解,获得A相溶液;
S2,将钙基膨润土和悬浮剂加入热水中,混合搅拌,获得B相溶液;
S3,将步骤S2中的B相溶液缓慢加入步骤S1中的A相溶液进行充分搅拌5~15分钟至分散完全,获得商用洗衣液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的商用洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,具体包括如下步骤:
S11,将工艺软水加入搅拌锅,将阴离子表面活性剂加入到水中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,获得第一溶液;
S12,将非离子表面活性剂加入到步骤S11的第一溶液中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,获得第二溶液;
S13,将增溶剂和消泡剂加入到步骤S12的第二溶液中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,获得第三溶液;
S14,将其他助剂加入到步骤S13的第三溶液中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,获得A相溶液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的商用洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S11中,所述阴离子表面活性剂包括直链十二烷基苯磺酸,就在搅拌锅中加入32%液碱与所述直链十二烷基苯磺酸进行酸碱中和反应后,再向搅拌锅中添加阴离子表面活性剂中的剩余成分。
9.根据权利要求6所述的商用洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,所述热水的温度为70℃,搅拌的转速为800r/min,搅拌的时间为30min。
