Abstract
本申请涉及日用洗涤用品技术领域,具体公开了一种环保固体洗涤片及其制备方法。所述的环保固体洗涤片包括如下质量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇8‑35%、表面活性剂10‑40%、甘油1‑5%、水质软化剂0.5‑5%、聚硅氧烷0.5‑5%、植物香精0.1‑1%、去离子水9‑79.9%;所述表面活性剂为由椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和烷基糖苷组成的混合物,所述椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的质量比为(3‑10):1。采用本申请表面活性体系制备得到到固体洗涤片,具有洗涤时间短、漂洗次数少和无残留风险的优点。

技术领域
本申请涉及日用清洁洗涤用品技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种环保固体洗涤片及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有市场上流通的洗衣用品一般为洗涤液,但是洗涤液产品大都存在携带不方便、使用量不好计算、溶解速度慢,以及运输费用高等多种缺点,给包装、储存与运输,以及消费者使用带来多种不便。
在公开号为CN104403849A的中国申请发明专利中公开了一种水溶膜包装的固体洗涤剂组合物,该洗涤剂最大特征在于所使用的水溶包装膜与固体洗涤剂内容物有很好的的兼容性,这种水溶膜包装的固体洗涤剂在水中能够较快溶解且有效发挥其去污力。此洗涤剂的组成包含5-10%重量的非离子表面活性剂、0-10%重量的阴离子表面活性剂、20-70%重量的助剂、0-10%重量的固体填充剂、0-10%重量的增白剂、0-1%酶、0-0.3%重量的香精。其中非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚或者为两者的混合物,固体填充剂为芒硝、氯化钠或两者的混合。
上述相关技术提到的非离子表面活性剂和固体填充剂均为现有市场上洗涤剂中常见添加组分。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚为含有乙氧基的环氧乙烷类化合物,但在实际使用过程中,乙氧基化合物易产生对人体和环境有害的二恶烷成分;而芒硝和氯化钠为无机盐,在洗涤剂中起到增稠作用,并与非离子表面活性剂起到良好的协同去污作用,但在实际使用过程中,无机盐易从水中析出并附着在织物上,需要反复漂洗才可去除。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为采用乙氧基类非离子表面活性剂和无机盐配合使用的洗涤剂,不仅易对环境、人体产生危害,且需要大量水对织物进行反复漂洗,亦不利于能耗节约和环境保护。
发明内容
为了提高使用方便性和环保性,本申请提供一种不含环氧乙烷类表面活性剂组分和无机盐洗涤助剂组分的环保固体洗涤片及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种环保固体洗涤片,采用如下的技术方案:
一种环保固体洗涤片,包括如下质量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇8-35%、表面活性剂10-40%、甘油1-5%、水质软化剂0.5-5%、聚硅氧烷0.5-5%、植物香精0.1-1%、去离子水9-79.9%;
所述表面活性剂为由椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和烷基糖苷组成的混合物,所述椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的质量比为(3-10):1。
本申请上述方案中应用的椰油醇硫酸钠/钾为阴离子表面活性剂,具有优良的发泡、去污、乳化、润湿、渗透、分散、增溶性能,耐硬水性能高;脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠为阴离子表面活性剂,具有优良的去污性、抗硬水性和低刺激性,来源于天然植物原料可再生资源,生物降解性好,具有优良的钙皂分散性和抗硬水性能;烷基糖苷为非离子型表面活性剂,其表面张力低,无浊点、润湿力强、去污力强、泡沫丰富细腻、配伍性强、无毒无害、对皮肤无刺激,生物降解迅速彻底,可以与任何类型表面活性剂复配。
本申请利用椰油醇硫酸钠/钾、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和烷基糖苷复配形成表面活性剂,替代常规使用的乙氧基类非离子表面活性剂,尤其控制椰油醇硫酸钠/钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的复配比例在(3-10):1内时,能够发挥最佳的协同作用,具有最优的去污能力。
本申请未添加无机盐成分或不溶于水的其他洗涤助剂成分,而是采用加入聚硅氧烷的方式,得到固体洗涤片在清洗织物时不易残留,特别是在快洗模式下更易织物的清洗,使用方便,节约洗涤时间,适合出差旅行时手洗使用,减少漂洗时间和漂洗次数,使用方便且环保。
进一步优选为,所述椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的质量比为(3-5):1。
通过采用上述技术方案,椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠具有一定的复配协同功能,将两者复配比例控制在(3-5):1范围内,能够使表面活性剂组分阴离子表面活性剂发挥最佳的协同作用。
进一步优选为,所述椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的质量比为3:1。
通过采用上述技术方案,椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠具有一定的复配协同功能,将两者复配比例控制在3:1范围内,能够使表面活性剂组分阴离子表面活性剂发挥最佳的协同作用。
进一步优选为,所述聚硅氧烷为氨基改性聚硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种组成的混合物;优选的,本申请在具体实施方式中采用的聚硅氧烷为本体聚合工艺制备的氨基改性聚硅氧烷。
通过采用上述技术方案,洗涤产品中的无机盐以及不溶于水的其他助洗剂能够与非离子表面活性剂复配并起到协同去污作用,但是无机盐和不溶于水的其他助洗剂易在织物上形成残留,需要多次漂洗才可去除,不仅清洗不太方便,且漂洗次数过少,易产生残留风险。本申请针对椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和烷基糖苷的表面活性体系,采用聚硅氧烷替代无机盐或不溶于水的其他助洗剂,不仅有助于固体洗涤片在洗涤过程中的快速溶解与分散,且降低洗涤过程中残留的风险,节约洗涤时间和漂洗次数。
本申请选用的氨基改性聚硅氧烷由本体聚合工艺制备得到,制备工艺为:将八甲基四硅氧烷或六甲基二硅氧烷投入反应釜中,搅拌升温后,再投入KOH催化剂以及硅烷偶联剂继续升温进行聚合反应,当粘度保持不变时加酸中和,最后过滤出料,得到氨基改性聚硅氧烷。
进一步优选为,所述环保固体洗涤片还包括质量百分比为0.1-3%的生物酵素酶,所述生物酵素酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物;优选的,本申请在具体实施方式中采用的生物酵素酶为蛋白酶。
通过采用上述技术方案,利用微生物发酵提取制备而成的蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶以及它们的混合物,能够使得织物上污垢中的蛋白质等高分子物质分解成可溶性氨基酸等小分子物质,使不溶物变为可溶物,对日常生活中难以清洗的血迹、汗渍、奶迹、油脂、淀粉等之类的污垢有良好的清洗效果。
进一步优选为,所述表面活性剂为由椰油醇硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和烷基糖苷组成的混合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于椰油醇硫酸钾的吸湿性大于椰油醇硫酸钠,不利于固定产品耐湿性与无塑料包装要求的保存,所以本申请优选椰油醇硫酸钠。
进一步优选为,所述聚乙烯醇的平均聚合度为500-2000,所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为20000-100000;优选的,所述聚乙烯醇的平均聚合度为500-700,所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为25000-55000。
通过采用上述技术方案,控制聚乙烯醇的平均聚合度和平均分子量,有利于聚乙烯醇更好地与本申请表面活性体系相互配合,从而提高固体洗涤片的去污能力。
进一步优选为,所述椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾的碳原子数为12-18,所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的碳原子数为12-18,所述烷基糖苷的碳原子数为10-18;优选的,本申请具体实施方式中采用的椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾的碳原子数为12-14,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的碳原子数为12-14,烷基糖苷的碳原子数为12-14。
通过采用上述技术方案,发明人在研发过程中发现,表面活性剂的碳链分布越长对油脂乳化作用越明显,优于碳链分不短的同类表面活性剂;但是表面活性剂的碳链分布越长在溶解时慢于同类碳链分布短的表面活性剂,基于对表面活性剂去污力以及洗涤时溶解速度的考察,本申请优选碳原子数为12-14的椰油醇硫酸钠/钾、碳原子数为12-14的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,以及碳原子数为12-14的烷基糖苷。
进一步优选为,所述水质软化剂为柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸和谷氨酸二乙酸四钠组成的混合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,柠檬酸钠有良好的水溶性、对水中的Ca2+、Mg2+等金属离子具有优良的螯合能力,且具有快速生物降解完全、优良的分散能力及污渍抗再沉积能力,通过与柠檬酸复配的同时形成缓冲能力较强的pH缓冲剂,有利于配方组分PH的稳定性。通过加入易生物降解的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠形成较强的水质螯合能力,协同表面活性成分达到更好的去除污渍目的。
第二方面,本申请提供一种环保固体洗涤片的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:一种环保固体洗涤片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将去离子水加入反应釜中,边搅拌边加入聚乙烯醇,加热至聚乙烯醇溶解,保温一段时间至料体完全溶胀均匀;
S2,边搅拌边加入柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸,搅拌至料体完全溶解均匀;
S3,边搅拌边加入环保固体洗涤片的剩余组分,搅拌至料体完全溶解均匀,制品成型,即得环保固体洗涤片。
通过采用上述技术方案,可快速制备得到固体洗涤片,且制备过程中对转速、温度等制备条件,以及生产设备要求不高,适合规模化生产。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请采用椰油醇硫酸钠/钾、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和烷基糖苷复配形成表面活性体系,搭配氨基改性聚硅氧烷,替代乙氧基类非离子表面活性剂与无机盐、不溶于水的其他洗涤助剂的搭配方式,不仅具有较优的去污能力,且洗涤时间短、漂洗次数少、无残留风险;
(2)本申请将椰油醇硫酸钠/钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的复配比例控制在(3-10):1,使得表面活性体系中阴离子表面活性剂发挥最佳的协同作用;
(3)本申请通过在固体洗涤片中加入生物酵素酶,不仅能够针对特定的不溶污垢转化为可溶物,发挥出生物酵素酶具有的专一性,且能够与本申请的表面活性体系搭配,提升固体洗涤片的整体去污能力。

本申请各实施例与对比例制备的试样性能测试依据GBT 13174-2021进行,具体测试方法如下:
测试一去污力测试
1.硬水配制:称取16.70g氯化钙和20.37g氯化镁,采用去离子水配制至10.0L,即为2500mg/Kg硬水。使用时取1.0L冲至10.0L,即为250mg/Kg硬水。
2.白度测量:
2.1将JB-01污布、JB-02污布、JB-03污布裁切成6cm*6cm大小,按类别分别搭配成平均黑度相近的六组,每组试片用于同一个样品的性能试验。
2.2将试片按同一类别相叠,用白度计在457nm下逐一读取洗涤前后的白度值。洗前白度以试片正反两面各取两个点(每一面的两点应中心对称),测量白度值,以四次测量的平均值为该试片的洗前白度F1;洗后白度则在试片的正反两面各取两个点(每一面的两点应中心对称),测量白度值,以四次测量的平均值为该试片的洗后白度F2。
3.去污洗涤试验:
3.1洗涤试验在立式去污机内进行,测定前先将搅拌叶轮、工作槽、去污浴缸一一编号固定组成一个“工作单元”,并预热仪器至30℃±1℃下稳定一段时间。试验时用250mg/kg硬水(事先应预热至约30℃时使用)分别将试样配制成0.2%的测试溶液,标准洗衣液配制成0.2%的测试溶液,各1L倒入对应的去污缸内,将浴缸放入所对应的位置并装好搅拌叶轮,调节仪器使洗涤试验温度保持在30℃±1℃,准备测定。
3.2将测过白度的各组试片分别投入各浴缸中,启动搅拌,并保持搅拌速度120r/min,洗涤过程持续20min后停止。
3.3将各去污浴缸中试片合并倒入漂洗器的内桶中,控干水分,放进漂洗器,倒入1500mL自来水,盖上盖子,转动盖子上手柄,使内桶转动约30s后停止。放掉漂洗后的水,再次加入1500mL自来水,重复进行第二次漂洗。放掉漂洗水,对试片进行手工脱水15s(转速约1800r/min)。取出漂洗完成后的试片,悬挂室温后晾干后,按洗前污布白度测量的方法进行测量白度F2。
以一一对应的方式,计算每个试片洗涤前后的白度差(F2-F1),并对每组试片,分别计算去污力。按照不同种类的污布试片分别计算,判定洗涤剂在各类污布上的去污值R和去污比值P,方法如下。
4.污布去污值的计算
某种污布的去污值Ri=Σ(F2i-F1i)/n;
式中:
i——第i种类污布试片;
F1i——第i种类污布试片洗前光谱反射率,%;
F2i——第i种类污布试片洗后光谱反射率,%;
n——每组污布试片的有效含量。
结果保留到小数点后一位。
5.污布去污比值的计算
相对标准洗衣液在第i种类污布的去污比值Pi=R3i/R0i;
式中:
R0i——标准洗衣液的去污值,%;
R3i——试样的去污值。
结果保留到小数点后一位。
6.洗涤剂去污力的判定
当Pi≥1.0时,则判定结论为“样品对第i种污布去污力相当或优于标准洗衣液”,简称“第i种污布去污力合格”;
当Pi<1.0时,则判定结论为“样品对第i种污布去污力劣于标准洗衣液”,简称“第i种污布去污力不合格”。
测试二洗涤残留测试
首先,将1#纯棉布料以及2#涤棉布混纺布料裁剪成若干80cm*80cm的长方形布块,然后分别放入滚筒式洗衣机以及波轮式洗衣机中,对应称取加入各实施例以及对比例制备所得的4克产品,按照洗衣机的标准洗涤模式进行常规洗涤,洗涤完成并晾干后,观察布料上的残留情况。
然后再另取若干裁剪好的长方形布块,分别放入滚筒式洗衣机以及波轮式洗衣机中,对应加入各实施例以及对比例制备所得的4克产品,按照洗衣机的快洗模式进行快洗洗涤,洗涤完成并晾干后,观察布料上的残留情况。
实施例
实施例1
一种环保固体洗涤片,各组分及其相应的质量如表1所示,并通过如下步骤制备获得:
S1,将去离子水加入150L的搅拌反应釜中,120r/min下搅拌速度下,缓慢加入聚乙烯醇,升温至85℃,聚乙烯醇溶解后保温45min,至料体完全溶胀均匀;
S2,保持120r/min搅拌速度,加入柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸,搅拌30min至料体完全溶解均匀;
S3,保持120r/min搅拌速度,继续加入谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、椰油醇硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、烷基糖苷、甘油、氨基改性聚硅氧烷和植物香精,搅拌至料体完全溶解均匀,制品成型,即得环保固体洗涤片
实施例2-5
一种环保固体洗涤片,与实施例1的不同之处在于,各组分及其相应的质量如表1所示。
实施例6
一种环保固体洗涤片,与实施例2的不同之处在于,步骤S3中还加入有0.5kg的蛋白酶,其它原料组分和制备步骤均与实施例2相同。
实施例7
一种环保固体洗涤片,与实施例4的不同之处在于,步骤S3中还加入有0.5kg的蛋白酶,其它原料组分和制备步骤均与实施例4相同。
实施例8
一种环保固体洗涤片,与实施例5的不同之处在于,步骤S3中还加入有0.5kg的蛋白酶,其它原料组分和制备步骤均与实施例5相同。

对比例
对比例1-4
一种环保固体洗涤片,与实施例2的不同之处在于,各组分及其相应的质量如表2所示。
对比例5
一种固体洗涤片,与实施例2的不同之处在于,采用等质量的NaCl替代氨基改性聚硅氧烷。
对比例6
一种固体洗涤片,与实施例2的不同之处在于,采用6kg高岭土、3kg淀粉和3kg二氧化硅替代0.5kg的氨基改性聚硅氧烷和11.5kg的去离子水。

性能检测试验
测试一
采用实施例1-8、对比例1-6中制备得到的产品,稀释至浓度为0.2%,标准洗衣液测试浓度为0.2%,测试各产品去污力并将结果计入下表3中。

将实施例2、对比例1-2的测试结果进行比较,可以看出实施例2的去污力效果最好,优于对比例1-2的去污力。说明将椰油醇硫酸钠和脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠进行复配使用,去污效果要优于两者单独使用,且两者复配使用时具有一定的协同作用,相较于两者单独使用,去污效果提升明显。
将实施例1-3、对比例3-4的测试结果进行比较,可以看出实施例1-3的去污力值明显优于对比例3-4的去污力值,且实施例2的测试结果最优。说明椰油醇硫酸钠与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠复配比例为(3-10):1的范围内时,去污力效果较高,当复配比例达到3:1时,去污力效果最好。
将实施例2、实施例4-8的测试结果进行比较,可以看出添加有蛋白酶的实施例6-8,去污力结果优于实施例2-4,特别是对蛋白污渍的去污力达到了实施例2-4的3-4倍左右。说明在加入蛋白酶组分后,针对JB-02蛋白污布去污力有所提升,且提升效果明显,而对于JB-01碳黑污布、JB-03皮脂污布提升效果不明显,同时也证实了洗涤酶制剂的专一性。
测试二
采用实施例1-8、对比例1-6中制备得到的产品,稀释至浓度为0.025%,标准洗衣液测试浓度为0.2%,测试各产品去污力并将结果计入下表4中。

将表3和表4的测试结果进行比较,可以看出,在测试产品稀释8倍(0.025%)、标准洗衣液测试浓度保持0.2%的情况下,实施例1-5、对比例1-6对JB-01碳黑污布、JB-02蛋白污布和JB-03皮脂污布的去污效果均有明显降低,这也符合洗涤剂稀释后,其去污效果随之降低的常规认知。但对比加入有蛋白酶组分的实施例6-8的测试结果,我们惊奇的发现,保持标准洗衣液浓度0.2%不变的情况下,实施例6-8即使稀释8倍后,其对JB-01碳黑污布和JB-03皮脂污布的去污力仍然是合格的,且相较于稀释前,去污力效果基本没有下降,这说明本申请在加入蛋白酶组分后,得到的固体洗涤片除了对JB-02蛋白污布具有良好的去污效果,其对JB-01碳黑污布和JB-03皮脂污布的去污力则同样具有较大的提升。
测试三
采用实施例1-8、对比例1-5中制备得到的产品,分别测试各产品在常规洗涤模式下和快洗模式下的产品残留情况,并将结果计入下表5中。

从表5的各产品测试结果可以看出,对比例5含有无机盐成分,对比例6含有高岭土、淀粉、二氧化硅不溶于水的洗涤助剂成分,得到的固体洗涤片在常规洗涤时偶有轻微残留,在快洗模式中均有轻微残留或残留。相较于对比例5对比例6,本申请实施例1-8制备的产品均无残留现象。说明本申请采用氨基改性聚硅氧烷替代无机盐及其他不溶于水的洗涤助剂,得到的固体洗涤片去污效果不仅有所提升,且无残留风险。
以上所述仅是本申请的优选实施方式,本申请的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本申请思路下的技术方案均属于本申请的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保固体洗涤片,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇8-35%、表面活性剂10-40%、甘油1-5%、水质软化剂0.5-5%、聚硅氧烷0.5-5%、植物香精0.1-1%、去离子水9-79.9%;
所述表面活性剂为由椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和烷基糖苷组成的混合物,所述椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的质量比为(3-10):1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保固体洗涤片,其特征在于,所述椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的质量比为(3-5):1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保固体洗涤片,其特征在于,所述椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的质量比为3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保固体洗涤片,其特征在于,所述聚硅氧烷为氨基改性聚硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保固体洗涤片,其特征在于,所述环保固体洗涤片还包括质量百分比为0.1-3%的生物酵素酶,所述生物酵素酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保固体洗涤片,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为由椰油醇硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和烷基糖苷组成的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保固体洗涤片,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯醇的平均聚合度为500-2000,所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为20000-100000。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保固体洗涤片,其特征在于,所述椰油醇硫酸钠或椰油醇硫酸钾的碳原子数为12-18,所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的碳原子数为12-18,所述烷基糖苷的碳原子数为10-18。
9.根据权利要求1所述的环保固体洗涤片,其特征在于,所述水质软化剂为柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸和谷氨酸二乙酸四钠组成的混合物。
10.权利要求1-9任一所述的环保固体洗涤片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将去离子水加入反应釜中,边搅拌边加入聚乙烯醇,加热至聚乙烯醇溶解,保温一段时间至料体完全溶胀均匀;
S2,边搅拌边加入柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸,搅拌至料体完全溶解均匀;
S3,边搅拌边加入环保固体洗涤片的剩余组分,搅拌至料体完全溶解均匀,制品成型,即得环保固体洗涤片。
