Abstract
The invention discloses a printing and embossing synchronous forming method of a terylene composite fabric, belonging to the field of terylene composite fabrics and comprising the following production steps of firstly, pre-printing a bearing blank, and printing a corresponding printing pattern on the bearing blank by a printer; secondly, spraying ink for thermal transfer printing on the printing pattern on the bearing blank by an ink machine, wherein the ink for thermal transfer printing is disperse dye ink; thirdly, coating an adhesive on the other side of the bearing blank after the printing ink is sprayed, and bonding the polyester composite fabric blank through the adhesive; and fourthly, under the condition that the pressure is 6-15MPa and the temperature is 140-240 ℃, the method has simple steps, can produce the terylene composite fabric which can retain the fine line patterns in the heat transfer printing and has the unique grain road feeling in the embossing process only by pressing the steps, and simultaneously can synchronously form the embossing printing, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of polyester composite fabrics, in particular to a printing and embossing synchronous forming method of a polyester composite fabric.
Background
The terylene fabric is a chemical fiber garment fabric which is used in daily life. The polyester composite fabric has the greatest advantages of good crease resistance and shape retention, and is suitable for being used as outdoor articles such as coat clothing, various bags and tents, and the like, wherein the polyester composite fabric can retain fine line patterns in heat transfer printing and has special line feeling in embossing process, so that the polyester composite fabric is particularly popular with people.
However, the existing polyester composite fabric cannot enable printing and embossing to be synchronously formed in the production process, so that the efficiency of producing the polyester composite fabric is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the labor intensity of technical personnel is greatly increased due to the complicated production steps.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a printing and embossing synchronous forming method of a polyester composite fabric, which aims to solve the problem that different glasses cloths cannot be produced aiming at lenses made of different materials in the production process, so that the polishing effect of the glasses cloths is poor.

thirdly, coating an adhesive on the other side of the bearing blank after the printing ink is sprayed, and bonding the polyester composite fabric blank through the adhesive;
fourthly, under the condition that the pressure condition is 6-15MPa and the temperature is 140-240 ℃, the bearing blank and the terylene composite fabric blank can be subjected to primary dispersion type dye ink heat transfer through the mutual matching of an upper pressing roller and an embossing roller in a printing and embossing mechanism, the bearing blank and the terylene composite fabric blank can be subjected to secondary dispersion type dye ink heat transfer through the mutual matching of a lower pressing roller and an embossing roller in the printing and embossing mechanism, the printing on the bearing blank can be subjected to heat transfer to the surface of one side of the terylene composite fabric blank through the dispersion type dye ink, meanwhile, an embossing pattern can be embossed on the terylene composite fabric blank through the embossing roller, the embossing processing time is 2s-60s, and the printing and the embossing process can be synchronously completed;
fifthly, the bearing blank and the polyester composite fabric are conveyed out of the lower pressing roller and the embossing roller, the bearing blank is separated from the polyester composite fabric, and then the bearing blank and the polyester composite fabric are respectively wound on a film winding roller and a fabric winding roller;
and sixthly, cooling the cloth wound on the fabric winding roller to obtain a finished product.
Preferably, the condition of the bearing blank is a film with heat-resistant temperature of 240-350 ℃ and lower affinity to ink.
Preferably, the manufacturing step of the polyester composite fabric blank is to wash the polyester fabric with water, then dry the polyester fabric, then soak the polyester fabric in an alkali amine aqueous solution at a bath ratio of 1:40 for 25min, and then sequentially wash and dry the polyester fabric blank to obtain the polyester fabric blank.
Preferably, the polyester fabric blank is pretreated by soaking the polyester fabric blank in an oxidizing solution at a bath ratio of 1:8 for 45min, then sequentially cleaning and drying, soaking the dried polyester fabric blank in a prepared monomer aqueous solution, and obtaining the polyester composite fabric after soaking.
Preferably, the soaking time of the polyester fabric blank in the aqueous monomer solution is 35 min.
Preferably, the drying modes in the invention are all drying by a ring dryer.
Preferably, the cooling mode in the sixth step is air drying through an air cooler, and the air drying time is 15 min.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that: the method has simple steps, can produce the terylene composite fabric which can not only retain fine line patterns in the heat transfer printing, but also has the unique grain and road feeling in the embossing process only by producing according to the steps, and simultaneously can synchronously form the embossing printing, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.

fourthly, under the condition that the pressure condition is 6-15MPa and the temperature is 140-240 ℃, the bearing blank and the terylene composite fabric blank can be subjected to primary dispersion type dye ink heat transfer through the mutual matching of an upper pressing roller and an embossing roller in a printing and embossing mechanism, the bearing blank and the terylene composite fabric blank can be subjected to secondary dispersion type dye ink heat transfer through the mutual matching of a lower pressing roller and an embossing roller in the printing and embossing mechanism, the printing on the bearing blank can be subjected to heat transfer to the surface of one side of the terylene composite fabric blank through the dispersion type dye ink, meanwhile, an embossing pattern can be embossed on the terylene composite fabric blank through the embossing roller, the embossing processing time is 2s-60s, and the printing and the embossing process can be synchronously completed;
fifthly, the bearing blank and the polyester composite fabric are conveyed out of the lower pressing roller and the embossing roller, the bearing blank is separated from the polyester composite fabric, and then the bearing blank and the polyester composite fabric are respectively wound on a film winding roller and a fabric winding roller;
and sixthly, cooling the cloth wound on the fabric winding roller to obtain a finished product.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the conditions of the supporting blank are a film having a heat-resistant temperature of 240 ℃ to 350 ℃ and a low affinity for ink.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing process of the polyester composite fabric blank includes the steps of washing the polyester fabric with water, drying the polyester fabric, soaking the polyester fabric in an aqueous alkali amine solution at a bath ratio of 1:40 for 25min, and then washing and drying the polyester fabric blank in sequence to obtain the polyester fabric blank.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a polyester fabric blank is pretreated, wherein the pretreatment method comprises the steps of soaking the polyester fabric blank in an oxidizing solution at a bath ratio of 1:8 for 45min, then sequentially washing and drying, soaking the dried polyester fabric blank in a prepared monomer aqueous solution, and obtaining a polyester composite fabric after soaking.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the soaking time of the polyester fabric blank in the aqueous monomer solution is 35 min.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drying method in the present invention is performed by a ring dryer.

The manufacturing steps of the polyester composite fabric blank comprise the steps of washing a polyester fabric with water, drying the polyester fabric, soaking the polyester fabric in an alkali amine aqueous solution at a bath ratio of 1:40 for 25min, sequentially washing and drying the polyester fabric blank to obtain the polyester fabric blank, pretreating the polyester fabric blank by soaking the polyester fabric blank in an oxidizing solution at a bath ratio of 1:8 for 45min, sequentially washing and drying, soaking the dried polyester fabric blank in a prepared monomer aqueous solution to obtain the polyester composite fabric, soaking the polyester fabric blank in the monomer aqueous solution for 35min, and drying the polyester composite fabric blank by a ring drying machine, and the cooling mode in the sixth step is air drying through an air cooler, and the air drying time is 15 min.
