Claims (7)

1. A software project flow management system, comprising:
the item evaluation module is used for respectively evaluating the acquired item requirements and the project budgets generated based on the item requirements, and extracting corresponding item materials from the database for item evaluation based on passing of all the evaluation;
the item review module comprises:
the demand acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring the stand demand and carrying out demand review on the stand demand; the budget generation sub-module is used for generating project budgets based on the stand requirements through the requirement review and carrying out budget review on the project budgets; the item generation submodule extracts corresponding item materials from the database for item review based on the item demand through the demand review and the budget review through the project budget;
the project management and control module is used for generating a demand list according to the stand demand, project budget and the stand materials based on the stand review, determining project performance benchmarks based on the demand list and generating a project scheme;
the project management and control module comprises:
a list generation unit that generates a demand list from the subject demand, the project budget, and the subject material based on the review by the subject; a plan generating unit for determining a project management plan based on the demand list and the pre-acquired actual business demands; a project performance benchmark and project plans are generated according to the project management plan; the project performance benchmarks comprise a project scope, a project progress and a project cost;
the quality management module is used for conducting project auditing on the project scheme, and obtaining a progress checking node based on the project auditing, wherein the progress checking node is used for checking the project development progress;
the quality management module comprises:
the project auditing unit is used for conducting project auditing on the project scheme; a report generation unit that generates a design report and node information based on the project scheme audited by the project; the analysis unit is used for carrying out software development demand analysis and development task classification according to the design report and the node information to obtain a progress check node; and the quality management unit is used for checking the development progress of the project according to the progress.
2. The software project flow management system of claim 1 wherein said requirement acquisition sub-module comprises:
a demand acquisition unit that acquires a preset standing demand;
a demand carding unit, which is used for sorting the stand demands based on the priority demands corresponding to the stand demands;
and the demand review unit is used for carrying out demand review on the ordered stands based on a preset demand approval standard.
3. The software project flow management system of claim 1, wherein the budget generation sub-module comprises:
a budget generating unit for generating project budgets according to the stand demands through the demand review;
and the budget review unit is used for carrying out budget review on the project budget based on a pre-designated budget approval standard so as to judge whether the project budget is reasonable or not.
4. The software project flow management system of claim 1 wherein said item generation sub-module comprises:
a material acquisition unit that extracts corresponding subject materials from subject materials stored in advance in a database according to subject requirements and project budgets through budget review;
and the stand review unit performs stand review on the extracted stand materials to judge whether the stand materials are complete and whether the project budget is enough.
5. A software project flow management method, comprising:
respectively evaluating the acquired stand demands and project budgets generated based on the stand demands, and extracting corresponding stand materials from a database based on passing of all the evaluation;
the method comprises the steps of respectively evaluating the acquired stand requirements and project budgets generated based on the stand requirements, and extracting corresponding stand materials from a database based on passing of all the evaluation, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a stand requirement, and performing requirement review on the stand requirement; generating project budgets based on the stand demands through the demand review, and carrying out budget review on the project budgets; based on the subject demand through the demand review and the budget review through the project budget, extracting corresponding subject materials from a database for subject review;
generating a demand list according to the stand demand, the project budget and the stand material, determining a project performance benchmark based on the demand list, and generating a project scheme;
the generating a demand list from the subject demand, project budget, and the subject material, and determining a project performance benchmark based on the demand list, and generating a project plan, comprising:
generating a demand list from the subject demand, project budget, and subject material based on passing the subject review; determining a project management plan based on the demand list and the pre-acquired actual business demands; generating project performance benchmarks and project schemes according to the project management plans; the project performance benchmarks comprise a project scope, a project progress and a project cost;
performing project auditing on the project scheme, and obtaining a progress checking node based on the project auditing, wherein the progress checking node is used for checking the project development progress;
the project auditing is carried out on the project scheme, and a progress checking node is obtained based on the project auditing, and the progress checking node is used for checking the project development progress and comprises the following steps:
performing project auditing on the project scheme; generating a design report and node information based on the project solution that passed the project audit; according to the design report and the node information, performing software development demand analysis and development task classification to obtain a progress check node; and managing the project development progress according to the progress check node.
6. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the software project flow management method of claim 5 when the program is executed by the processor.
7. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the software project flow management method of claim 5.
