In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program being implemented by a processor to perform the software project flow management methods provided above, the method including: respectively evaluating the acquired standing item requirements and project budgets generated based on the standing item requirements, and extracting corresponding standing item materials from the database for standing item evaluation based on all evaluation passes; generating a demand list according to the standing requirement, the project budget and the standing material based on the standing review, determining a project performance benchmark based on the demand list, and generating a project scheme; and performing project audit on the project scheme, and obtaining a progress check node based on the project audit, wherein the progress check node is used for checking the project development progress.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware. Claims (10)

1. A software project process management system, comprising:
the standing item evaluation module is used for evaluating the acquired standing item requirements and the project budgets generated based on the standing item requirements respectively, and extracting corresponding standing item materials from the database for standing item evaluation based on all evaluation passes;
the project management and control module generates a demand list according to the standing requirement, the project budget and the standing material based on the standing review, determines a project performance benchmark based on the demand list and generates a project scheme;
and the quality management module is used for performing project audit on the project scheme and obtaining a progress check node based on the project audit, wherein the progress check node is used for checking the project development progress.
2. The software project process management system of claim 1, wherein said standing review module comprises:
the requirement acquisition submodule is used for acquiring the establishment requirement and carrying out requirement review on the establishment requirement;
the budget generation sub-module generates a project budget based on the project establishment requirement which passes the requirement review, and carries out budget review on the project budget;
and the standing item generation sub-module is used for extracting corresponding standing item materials from a database for standing item evaluation based on the standing item requirements subjected to the requirement evaluation and the budget evaluation subjected to the project budget.
3. The software project process management system of claim 2, wherein said requirements acquisition submodule comprises:
a requirement acquisition unit for acquiring a preset item requirement;
the requirement combing unit is used for sequencing the item standing requirements based on the priority requirements corresponding to the item standing requirements;
and the requirement evaluation unit is used for evaluating the ordered establishment requirements based on a pre-established requirement approval standard.
4. The software project process management system of claim 2, wherein said budget generation submodule comprises:
the budget generating unit generates a project budget according to the project establishment requirement which passes the requirement review;
and the budget evaluation unit is used for carrying out budget evaluation on the project budget based on a pre-specified budget approval benchmark so as to judge whether the project budget is reasonable.
5. The software project process management system of claim 2, wherein said project generation submodule comprises:
the material acquisition unit is used for extracting corresponding item standing materials from the item standing materials pre-stored in the database according to the item standing requirements and the project budget judged through budget;
and the standing item evaluation unit is used for carrying out standing item evaluation on the extracted standing item materials so as to judge whether the standing item materials are complete and whether the project budget is sufficient.
6. The software project process management system of claim 1, wherein said project management and control module comprises:
the list generating unit is used for generating a demand list according to the standing requirement, the project budget and the standing material on the basis of the standing review;
the plan generating unit is used for determining a project management plan based on the requirement list and the pre-acquired actual service requirements;
and a project plan generating unit for generating project performance standard and project plan according to the project management plan.
7. The software project process management system of claim 1, wherein said quality management module comprises:
the project auditing unit is used for auditing projects of the project scheme;
a report generation unit which generates a design report and node information based on the project plan approved by the project;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the software development requirement and grading development tasks according to the design report and the node information to obtain a progress check node;
and the quality management unit manages the project development progress according to the progress check node.
8. A software project process management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
respectively evaluating the acquired project requirements and project budgets generated based on the project requirements, and extracting corresponding project materials from a database based on all evaluation passes;
generating a demand list according to the project requirements, project budgets and the project materials, determining a project performance benchmark based on the demand list, and generating a project scheme;
and performing project audit on the project scheme, and obtaining a progress check node based on the project audit, wherein the progress check node is used for checking the project development progress.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the software project flow management method of claim 8 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the software project flow management method of claim 8.
