本发明提供一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料的使用方法,通过涂布机遵循指定的涂布方式涂布在相应的底材上,烘干后,其具备热封、防水、耐油、印刷等效果,该涂料用在制备纸杯、纸袋、食品包装等食品接触领域。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例1-3和对比例说明本发明的具体技术方案:
实施例1:
按表1重量份称取各组分,在分散缸中加入丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物乳液,分散机转速开到800r/min,分别加入改性纯丙烯酸乳液、棕榈蜡乳液分散5min,再加入对应助剂搅拌5min,再加入稀释剂分散5min,最后用200目过滤网过滤包装,即得应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料。
使用湿式复合机将涂料涂布在纸质食品包装材料后烘干,涂布陶瓷版180~300目,雕刻深度20μm±5,烘干温度为60℃,获得水性热封涂料涂层。
实施例2:
按表1重量份称取各组分,在分散缸中加入丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物乳液,分散机转速开到500r/min,分别加入改性纯丙烯酸乳液、棕榈蜡乳液分散10min,再加入对应助剂搅拌4min,再加入稀释剂分散4min,最后用200目过滤网过滤包装,即得应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料。
使用湿式复合机将涂料涂布在纸质食品包装材料后烘干,涂布陶瓷版180~300目,雕刻深度20μm±5,烘干温度为100℃,获得水性热封涂料涂层。
实施例3:
按表1重量份称取各组分,在分散缸中加入丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物乳液,分散机转速开到400r/min,分别加入改性纯丙烯酸乳液、棕榈蜡乳液分散8min,再加入对应助剂搅拌2min,再加入稀释剂分散4min,最后用200目过滤网过滤包装,即得应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料。
使用湿式复合机将涂料涂布在纸质食品包装材料后烘干,涂布陶瓷版180~300目,雕刻深度20μm±5,烘干温度为80℃,获得水性热封涂料涂层。

将实施例1-3所获得水性热封涂料涂层和对比例塑料(PE)涂层进行性能对比测试,测试方法如下所示,测试结果如表2所示:
1、热封测试
实验室中用热封试验仪测试,参数设置为压强140KPa,时长2s, 以涂布好的涂层对涂层(或涂层与纸)进行热压,热封达标依据——热封面撕开后,该接触面的纸张纤维完全被撕开并破坏。(即制备成纸袋1h无渗透)。
2、防渗漏(油类液体)测试
将指定温度的液体按一定质量分别加入热封好的纸杯,加至离杯口平面约6mm,然后将盛液体的杯置于平面玻璃板上,静置1h后,观察纸杯是否有渗漏痕迹。每个样品测试5只纸杯,其中若有一只出现渗漏现象则判定不合格。其中渗透率测试∶假设空杯子称重为M1,加入液体1h后再干净倒出来(杯中不存有任何液体等杂物)所称重为M2,则渗透率该数据测试5组,取平均值。
3、印刷测试
涂布好后的涂层,于油墨展色机进行UV胶印或刮样凹印墨后,再在UV固化机处进行光固化,最后以3M胶带测试其附着,是否掉墨。不掉墨为等级A(印刷优异),反之为等级E(印刷差)。
4、降解测试
涂布好后的涂层通过掩埋在对湿度达到50%的泥地内,在掩埋达到1-2月后,观察涂层崩坏程度是否≥90%。若崩坏≥90%则为可降解,反之为不可降解。

从实验表2测试结果可知,本申请相较塑料(PE)涂层,其热封、防冷油、防热油效果差别不大,表现的热封、防油均达达标,并且本申请的印刷性优于塑料涂层,通过国家食品安全认证,符合食品安全接触等级,最重要的优势是,本申请为可回收降解和可再浆,能够替换PE塑料解决可降解问题。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料,其特征在于:所述的丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物乳液Tg为6~10℃、固含量为46~48%、粘度为250~650mPa.s、pH值为8~8.6、酸值为55mgKOH/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料,其特征在于:所述改性纯丙烯酸乳液固含量为48~52%、粘度为100~500CPS、pH值为7.5~8.5、Tg为25~45℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料,其特征在于:所述的丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物乳液为阳离子型碱性丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物乳液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料,其特征在于:所述改性纯丙烯酸乳液为阴离子型纳米级改性纯丙烯酸乳液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料,其特征在于:所述棕榈蜡乳液为非离子型水性棕榈蜡乳液,粘度<15mPa·s。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料,其特征在于:所述稀释剂为去离子水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂包括润湿剂0.5~1%、消泡剂0.02%~0.05%、流平剂0.1~0.6%。
9.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将改性纯丙烯酸乳液和棕榈蜡乳液加入丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物乳液中,400~800r/min分散5~10min;
S2、先加入助剂搅拌4~8min,再加入稀释剂分散2~5min;
S3、用200目过滤网过滤,即得。
10.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的一种应用于纸质食品包装材料可防油的水性热封涂料的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
使用湿式复合机将涂料涂布在纸质食品包装材料后烘干,涂布陶瓷版180~300目,雕刻深度20μm±5,烘干温度为60~100℃。
