Abstract

本发明公开了一种氨基磺酸胺盐的制备方法,其特征包括以下步骤:(a):C1‑C22胺与C1‑C30氨基磺酸反应,得到一种兼具溶油性和溶水性的组合物的中间产物;(b):于(a)产物中按比例添加烯基二酸及半酯类有机物,控制温度在70‑80℃下搅拌均匀,即得本产品。本发明设计合理,不仅安全和稳定性高,而且高温清净性好,中和能力强及极强的抗磨性能,兼具溶油性和溶水性,并有一定的分散性,同时与其他的添加剂复合能适用液压油、齿轮油、金属加工等各功能的润滑剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及石化技术领域,尤其涉及一种氨基磺酸胺盐的制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油添加剂是加入润滑剂中的一种或几种化合物,以使润滑剂得到某种新的特性或改善润滑剂中已有的一些特性,含硫润滑油添加剂是最早被开发的极压抗磨剂之一,由于活性元素硫的特殊性质使它具有良好的抗磨减摩性能。然而,硫元素本身的腐蚀性使含硫润滑油添加剂在使用方面有很大的局限性。因此,在提高含硫润滑油添加剂摩擦学性能的同时,减小它的腐蚀性对含硫润滑油添加剂的开发应用具有重要意义。
近年来,市场上对润滑油添加剂的需求量在不断提升,氨基磺酸胺盐可以是一种水溶性或油溶性的组合物,高温清净性好,中和能力强,并有一定的分散性,同时与其他的添加剂复合能适用各种功能的润滑油。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的问题,而提出的一种氨基磺酸胺盐的制备方法,其不仅安全稳定,而且能够提高产品的极压抗磨性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种氨基磺酸胺盐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
于带有冷凝回流装置、温度计和密封搅拌棒的四口瓶内注入C1-C22胺,然后缓慢加入C1-C30氨基磺酸和反应,反应结束后,加入烯基二酸及半酯类有机物;
所述C1-C22胺可为烷基胺或烷醇胺等,烷基胺包括伯胺、仲胺或叔胺。烷醇胺包括单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺等。
所述C1-C30氨基磺酸通式为HOSO2NR1R2,其中R1和R2独立地选自氢和烃基组成的基团。
所述烯基二酸及半酯类有机物可为十二烯基丁二酸和十二烯基丁二酸半酯等。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
本发明设计合理,不仅安全和稳定性高,而且高温清净性好,中和能力强及极强的抗磨性能,兼具溶油性和溶水性,并有一定的分散性,同时与其他的添加剂复合能适用各种功能的润滑剂。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
97g的氨基磺酸缓慢加入到200g叔烷基伯胺中,投料温度控制在90-100℃,加热1h,然后冷却至室温,反应结束后,直接投入14.85g十二烯基丁二酸,升温到80±5℃,搅拌均匀,即得本产品。

实施例2
97g的氨基磺酸缓慢加入到210g叔烷基伯胺中,投料温度控制在90-100℃,加热1h,然后冷却至室温,反应结束后,直接投入10g十二烯基丁二酸,升温到80±5℃,搅拌均匀,即得本产品。

实施例3
388g的氨基磺酸缓慢加入到244g单乙醇胺中,投料温度控制在90-100℃,加热1h,然后冷却至室温,即得本产品,四球试验最大磨斑0.61mm(1400r/min,60kg,10s)。

1.一种氨基磺酸胺盐的制备方法,其特征是包含步骤:于带有冷凝回流装置、温度计和密封搅拌棒的四口瓶内注入C1-C22胺,然后缓慢加入C1-C30氨基磺酸反应,反应结束后,加入烯基二酸及半酯类有机物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨基磺酸胺盐的制备方法,其特征在于,C1-C22胺可为烷基胺或烷醇胺等,烷基胺包括伯胺、仲胺或叔胺,烷醇胺包括单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨基磺酸胺盐的制备方法,其特征在于,C1-C30氨基磺酸通式为HOSO2NR1R2,其中R1和R2独立地选自氢和烃基组成的基团。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨基磺酸胺盐的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烯基二酸及半酯类有机物可为十二烯基丁二酸和十二烯基丁二酸半酯等。
