Abstract
一种传真机能在不使图象质量变坏的情况下转发所收到的传真消息。所述传真机包括第一和第二存储器。第一存储器存储收自发文传真机的传真消息、传真消息的接收信息和选择所收到的传真消息的选择号。第二存储器存储所收到的传真消息的拟转发的目标用户的传真号。在用户的请求下,传真机拨出存储在第二存储器中的传真号以便将所收到的存储在第一存储器中的传真消息转发给用户。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及传真机,具体地说,涉及传真机收发传真消息的一种方法及设备。
背景技术
为使传真机将传真文件发送给另一个传真机,发文的传真机先扫描传真文件产生文件相应的图象数据,并对图象数据进行编码。编了码的图象数据通常叫做传真消息。传真消息经电话线路传送给收文的传真机。接着,收文的传真机将经电话线路收到的传真消息解码成原来的图象数据,并将图象数据在记录纸上打印成打印文件。这里,由于图象经过扫描、编码、传送、解码和打印过程,因而印刷品的质量下降了。
想再次转发按上述方式收到的原打印件的情况下,由于原打印件的质量比原文件低,因而第二次打印出的打印件的质量势比原文件低得多,从而使这个二次打印件字迹模糊。此外,由于采用喷墨打印技术的传真机打印传真信息是以小篇幅进行的,原打印件和二次打印件质量变坏的程度更加严重了。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种图象质量不变坏的转发收到的传真消息的方法及设备。
为达到上述和其它目的,本发明提供的装有第一和第二存储器的传真机中转发收到的传真消息的方法包括下列步骤:接收来自发文传真机的传真消息;将所述收到的传真消息连同所述传真消息的接收信息以及选择所述收到的传真信息的选择码一起存入所述第一存储器中;将所述收到的传真件的拟转发目标用户的传真号存入所述第二存储器中;拨出存储在第二存储器中的所述传真号的将收到的存储在所述第一存储器中的传真消息转发给所述用户;所述方法还包括接收用户打印转发表的请求的步骤,以及根据用户打印转发表的请求将存储在所述第一存储器中的所述接收信息和所述选择号打印出来的步骤。
这里,第一存储器为随机存取存储器(RAM),第二存储器为中央处理机(CPU)中准备好的缓冲存储器。
另外,传真机转发传真消息的一种方法,该传真机具有第一和第二存储器,所述方法包括下列步骤:接收来自发文传真机的传真消息;将所述收到的传真消息连同所述传真消息的接收信息和选择所述收到的传真消息的选择号一起存入所述第一存储器中;将所述收到的传真消息的拟转发的用户的传真号存入所述第二存储器中;拨出存储在第二存储器中的所述传真号以便将所收到的存储在所述第一存储器中的传真消息转发给所述用户;其中,所述第二存储器包括在所述传真机的中央处理单元(CPU)中配备好的一个缓冲存储器。
此外,传真机转发传真消息的一种设备,它包括:接收装置,用来接收来自发文传真机的传真消息;第一存储装置,将所述收到的传真消息连同所述传真消息的接收信息和选择所述收到的传真消息的选择号一起存储;第二存储装置,将所述收到的传真消息的拟转发的用户的传真号存储起来;拨号装置,用来拨出存储在第二存储装置中的所述传真号以便将所收到的存储在所述第一存储装置中的传真消息转发给所述用户;用户输入装置,用来接收用户打印转发表的请求;以及打印装置,根据用户打印转发表的请求将存储在所述第一存储装置中的所述接收信息和所述选择号打印出来。
另外,传真机转发传真消息的一种设备,它包括:接收装置,用来接收来自发文传真机的传真消息;第一存储装置,将所述收到的传真消息连同所述传真消息的接收信息和选择所述收到的传真消息的选择号一起存储;第二存储装置,将所述收到的传真消息的拟转发的用户的传真号存储起来;拨号装置,用来拨出存储在第二存储器中的所述传真号以便将收到的存储在所述第一存储装置中的传真消息转发给所述用户;其中,所述传真机含有中央处理单元,以及所述第二存储装置包括在所述中央处理单元中配备好的一个缓冲存储器。
另外,转发从发文传真机收到的传真消息的一种方法,它包括以下步骤:确定所述传真消息是否已经收到;当收到所述传真消息时,将所述收到的传真消息存储在存储器中;确定所述存储器是否满载;当所述存储器满载时,将所述收到的传真消息存入所述存储器内的最旧存储区;打印所述收到的传真消息;当未有收到所述传真消息时,确定是否有转发按键的输入;当存在所述转发按键的输入时,打印转发表。
另外,转发从发文传真机收到的传真消息的一种设备,它包括:确定所述传真消息是否已经收到的装置;根据收到的所述传真消息,将所述收到的传真消息存储在存储器中的装置;确定所述存储器是否满载的装置;根据所述存储器为满载时,将所述收到的传真消息存入所述存储器内的最旧存储区的装置;打印所述收到的传真消息的打印装置;根据未有收到所述传真消息,用来确定是否有转发按键的输入的装置;根据存在所述转发按键的输入,所述打印装置打印一个转发表。

具体实施方式
现在参看附图详细说明本发明的一个最佳实施例。附图中,为便于理解起见,同样的编号表示相同的元件。虽然为阐明本发明的主题将对诸如流程细节之类的具体实施例详加叙述和说明,但没有这些细节本技术领域的行家们也同样可以按本发明的说明书实施本发明。对那些无需详加说明的周知功能和结构,这里就不说明了。
本发明是将收到的传真消息存储起来以便必要时将其转发给另一个传真机,从而避免图象质量变坏。因此,本发明的传真机需要有存储所收到的传真消息的独立存储区。
然而,现行采用页式打印技术的传真机通常都有一个供存储所收到的传真消息的存储区,所以本发明若应用在采用页式打印技术的传真机上,传真机就无需有独立的存储区。
图1示出了装有采用页式打印技术的打印机16的传真机。图中,中央处理单元(CPU)10按程序控制传真机的整个操作。调制解调器12在CPU10的控制下在发文状态下调制图象数据,在收文状态下解调图象数据。NCU(网络控制机)14在CPU10的控制下在电话线路与调制解调器12之间建立通信信道。打印机16在CPU10的控制下将图象打印在记录纸上。打印机16最好是喷墨页式打印机或激光页式打印机。存储器18包括一个程序存储器[即ROM(只读存储器)]和一个数据存储器[即RAM(随机存取存储器)],前者供存储程序用,后者供暂时存储执行程序过程中产生的数据。扫描器20根据CPU10的控制读取(扫描)原文件。操作板设备(OPE)22包括多个按键和一个作为用户与CPU10之间的接口的显示器。传感器24根据CPU10的控制检测传真机的各种操作状态以便给CPU10提供检测数据。
图2示出了适用于图1的传真机的传真消息流程。参看图2。调制解调器12将收自电话线路的传真消息调制成数字传真消息;并将其存入缓冲存储器26中。CPU10中准备好的缓冲存储器26在CPU10的控制下缓存调制解调器12来的数字传真消息,并将其输出提供给第一解码器28。CPU10中准备好的第一解码器28对收到的数字传真消息进行差错检验和纠错,再将经处理的数字传真消息存入存储器18中。存入存储器18的数字传真消息按页加到第二解码器30上。CPU10准备好的第二解码器30按页将从存储器18读出的数字传真消息转换成诸如位表图象数据之类的图象数据,再将其传送给打印机16。打印机16按页将图象数据打印在记录纸上。
图3示出了可应用于上述传真机的转发收自另一个传真机的传真消息的流程图。参看图3,下面详细说明本发明传真机的操作过程。在步骤32,CPU10核实是否收到发文传真机经电话线路发来的传真消息。若收到传真消息,CPU10就在步骤34借助于第一解码器28对收到的传真消息进行差错检验和纠错,并将得出的传真消息存入具有图1所示的存储变换的存储器18中。

如表1中所示,收到的传真消息顺次连同其相应的选择号和接收信息存入存储器18中。这里,选择号指收到的传真消息的序号,接收信息则包括例如发文方的传真号、发文日期和时间以及页数。
存储所收到的传真消息和接收信息之后,CPU10往前进入步骤36核实存储器18是否处在表明其不能再存储收到的传真消息的满载状态。若然,CPU10就往前进入步骤38将收到的传真消息转存入存有最旧收到的传真消息的存储区中。接着,在步骤40,CPU10借助于第二解码器30将收到的传真消息转换成图象数据,并将其提供给打印机16以便将收到的传真消息打印在记录纸上。若存储器18在步骤36不处在满载状态,CPU10就直接往前进入步骤40。打印完毕之后,CPU10返回到步骤32。
若在步骤32没有收到传真消息,CPU10就在步骤42核实用户是否按压转发按键要将收到的传真消息转发给其它用户。CPU10会在转发按键不被按压时往前进入步骤44,不然就进入步骤62。在步骤44,CPU10从存储器18读取选择号和接收信息以便借助于打印机16将图4所示的转发表打印在记录纸上。如图4所示,转发表包括所收到传真消息的选择号和接收信息,这一切都是顺次存入存储器18中的。
用户可以通过选取发送表上相应的选择号来选择他所收到的想转发给其他用户的传真消息。转发表打印完毕之后,CPU10在步骤46核实对应于任一选择号的数字按键是否处于按压状态。若数字键处于按压状态,CPU10就在步骤48接收用户所按压的传真号,并将其存入缓冲存储器26中。CPU10在步骤50核实用户是否按压表示传真号按压完毕的“结束”按键或表示按压另一个传真号的“继续”按键。若“结束”按键处于按压状态,CPU10就进入步骤52拨出传真号,而若“继续”按键处于按压状态,CPU10就返回到步骤48接收用户按压的另一个传真号。就是说,在步骤48至步骤50,CPU10接收多个用户所按压的传真号,并将其顺次存入缓冲存储器26中。
各传真号存储完毕之后,CPU10在步骤52读取存储在其缓冲存储器26的传真号并拨出传真号。若缓冲存储器26中存储的传真号很多,CPU10就按传真号的接收顺序依次拨出传真号。拨出各传真号之后,CPU10清除所拨出的传真号。根据拨号,电话交换系统(图中未示出)给收文传真机发送振铃信号。这时,若收文传真机回应振铃信号,电话交换系统就会给发文传真机提供呼叫音。
这样,拨出传真号之后,CPU10就在步骤54核实呼叫音是否收自电话交换系统。若收到呼叫音,CPU10就在步骤56核实用户是否按压操作板设备22上的“启动”按键想给收文传真机转发传真消息。若“启动”按键处于按压状态,CPU10就进入步骤58,若启动键不处于按压状态,CPU10就等待“启动”键进入按压状态。在步骤58,CPU10通过电话线路将所选取的传真消息发送给收文传真机。发送完毕之后,CPU10就在步骤60核实缓冲存储器26是否有其它传真消息待转发的目标用户的传真号。若缓冲存储器有其它未清除的传真号,CPU10就返回到步骤52给下一个传真号相应的传真机转发收到的传真消息。但若缓冲存储器26没有传真号,步骤60就返回到步骤32。
综上所述,本发明的传真机将最初收到的传真消息存入存储器中,然后将收到的传真消息转发给另一个传真机,从而避免转发的二次图象变坏。
上面已就本发明的某一最佳实施例说明本发明,但本技术领域的行家们应该理解的是,在不脱离本发明在所附权利要求书所述精神实质和范围的前提下是可以就形式和细节方面进行种种修改的。

1.传真机转发传真消息的一种方法,该传真机具有第一和第二存储器,其特征在于,所述方法包括下列步骤:
接收来自发文传真机的传真消息;
将所述收到的传真消息连同所述传真消息的接收信息和选择所述收到的传真消息的选择号一起存入所述第一存储器中;
将所述收到的传真消息的拟转发的用户的传真号存入所述第二存储器中;
拨出存储在第二存储器中的所述传真号以便将所收到的存储在所述第一存储器中的传真消息转发给所述用户;
所述方法还包括接收用户打印转发表的请求的步骤,以及根据用户打印转发表的请求将存储在所述第一存储器中的所述接收信息和所述选择号打印出来的步骤。
2.如权利要求1所述的转发传真消息的方法,其特征在于,所述接收信息包括发文传真机的传真号、发文日期和时间以及页数。
3.如权利要求1所述的转发传真消息的方法,其特征在于,它还包括下列步骤;
核实所述第一存储器是否处于满载状态;和
当所述第一存储器处于满载状态时,通过对所述收到的传真消息在存有最旧收到的传真消息的存储区中重写,从而将所述收到的传真消息存储起来。
4.如权利要求1所述的转发传真消息的方法,其特征在于,所述传真号按存储的次序依次拨出,且在拨出之后从第二存储器中消除掉。
5.如权利要求1所述的转发传真消息的方法,其特征在于,所述第一存储器是一个随机存取存储器。
6.如权利要求1所述的转发传真消息的方法,其特征在于,所述第二存储器包括在所述传真机的中央处理单元中配备好的一个缓冲存储器。
7.传真机转发传真消息的一种设备,其特征在于,它包括:
接收装置,用来接收来自发文传真机的传真消息;
第一存储装置,将所述收到的传真消息连同所述传真消息的接收信息和选择所述收到的传真消息的选择号一起存储;
第二存储装置,将所述收到的传真消息的拟转发的用户的传真号存储起来;
拨号装置,用来拨出存储在第二存储装置中的所述传真号以便将所收到的存储在所述第一存储装置中的传真消息转发给所述用户;
用户输入装置,用来接收用户打印转发表的请求;以及
打印装置,根据用户打印转发表的请求将存储在所述第一存储装置中的所述接收信息和所述选择号打印出来。
8.如权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一存储装置包括一个随机存取存储器。
9.如权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述接收信息包括发文传真机的传真号、发文日期和时间以及页数。
10.如权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,它还包括:
核实装置,用来核实所述第一存储装置是否处于满载状态;
这样的装置:根据所述核实装置对所述第一存储装置是处于满载状态的确定,通过对所述收到的传真消息在存有最旧收到的传真消息的存储区中重写,从而将所述收到的传真消息存储起来的装置。
11.如权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述拨号装置将所述传真号按存储的次序依次拨出,而所述设备还包括消除装置,用来在拨出所述传真号之后将其从第二存储器中消除掉。
12.如权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述传真机含有中央处理单元,以及所述第二存储装置包括在所述中央处理单元中配备好的一个缓冲存储器。
