The invention can fully utilize the space in the equipment and improve the assembly efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fan production, in particular to fan assembling equipment.
Background
The fan is generally used for heat dissipation, and is widely applied to various electric appliances in daily work and life, such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, clocks, and the like.
The processing of multichannel process need be carried out in fan production, in the fan equipment of assembling in the past, in order to realize the horizontal linkage of multistation, the horizontal space of automation equipment of design is great, need set up special tool template to every model of a plane, and the expense is high, can't realize the scale. The special line of the existing fan assembling equipment is special, the product switching cannot be carried out, and the production flexibility is low. a first transfer mechanism that transfers parts to be assembled from the first material tray to the pickup unit;
an assembly unit that mounts components of the pickup unit to a fan assembly;
the first material tray is circular, and the first transmission mechanism is positioned on a first tangent line of the periphery of the first material tray;
the pick-up unit moves along the first tangent line, and the assembly unit is located on the first tangent line.
Preferably, the fan assembly apparatus further comprises a second material tray;
the second material tray is also circular, and the periphery of the second material tray is located on the first tangent line.
Preferably, the first transmission mechanism conveys the components in the second material tray to the picking unit.

According to the fan assembling equipment provided by the invention, the material tray and the picking unit are longitudinally arranged, so that the longitudinal space is utilized to the maximum extent. Meanwhile, the identification unit is integrally arranged on the assembly unit and used for identifying the assembled effect, so that the space in the equipment is more fully utilized, and the assembly efficiency is improved. The material tray and the picking unit are overlapped in the longitudinal direction, so that the transverse space of the equipment is further reduced; meanwhile, the plurality of units are integrated, and the assembly efficiency is improved. The invention carries out longitudinal distribution on the equipment, reduces the transverse space of the equipment and realizes the miniaturization of the equipment; the jig templates on the assembly unit are universal, and the center positioning points can be quickly found when different models are switched without adjustment. The invention is compressed to the maximum extent, the size is reduced to 1/9 of the original equipment, the length and the width are 300mm multiplied by 600mm at present, and the quick movement of the equipment is ensured; the invention realizes fast switching, fast moving and fast repairing; low cost, small occupied area, simple and convenient manufacture and can quickly realize large-scale production.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a fan assembling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises an object stage 1, a control unit, a first material tray 2, a pickup unit 3, a first transmission mechanism 4 and an assembly unit 5.
A stage 1 on which components to be assembled are placed; a control unit which controls the operation of the entire assembly apparatus; the first material tray 2 is arranged on the objective table 1 and is provided with components needing to be assembled; a first transfer mechanism 4 which transfers the parts to be assembled from the first material tray 2 to the pickup unit 3; a pickup unit 3 that picks up and transports the components to be assembled to a mounting position; an assembly unit 5 that mounts the components of the pickup unit 3 to a fan assembly. The first material tray 2 is circular, and the first transmission mechanism 4 is positioned on a first tangent line of the periphery of the first material tray 2; the pick-up unit 3 moves along the first tangent on which the assembly unit 5 is located. According to the invention, the first transmission mechanism 4, the picking unit 3 and the assembling unit 5 are arranged on the same tangent line of the first material tray 2, so that the transverse space of the whole set of assembling equipment is reduced. When the whole production line is built, the length of the production line can be reduced through the design, and the production line is more suitable for industrial production.
Further, the fan assembly apparatus further includes a second material tray 6; the second material tray 6 is also circular, and the periphery of the second material tray 6 is positioned on the first tangent line. According to the invention, the two material trays are arranged and share the same tangent line, so that the space is saved and the miniaturization of equipment is realized. The invention can reduce the diameter of the material tray 6 to 110mm, and ensure the stability of material supply. The material tray and the pick-up unit 3 are overlapping in the longitudinal direction, further reducing the lateral space of the apparatus.
For different working conditions, the second material tray 6 and the first material tray 2 can share a transmission mechanism, and the second material tray 6 can also be provided with an independent transmission mechanism.
If the second material tray 6 and the first material tray 2 share a transmission mechanism, the first transmission mechanism 4 can connect the second material tray 6 and the first material tray 2, and the first transmission mechanism 4 can transfer the components in the second material tray 6 to the picking unit 3; and the first transmission mechanism is shared, so that the equipment cost is reduced.
If the second material tray 6 is provided with an independent transmission mechanism, the fan assembling equipment also comprises a second transmission mechanism; the second transmission mechanism is positioned on the first tangent line; the second transmission mechanism conveys the components in the second material tray 6 to the picking unit 3; and a second transmission mechanism is added, so that the production efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the first transmission mechanism 4 and the second transmission mechanism may employ a feeder, by which parts to be assembled may be fed to the pickup unit 3.
Different parts of the fan can be placed in the first material tray 2 and the second material tray 6, for example, a first part of the fan is placed in the first material tray 2, and a second part of the fan is placed in the second material tray 6. For the fan type only needing to be provided with the first component, only the first material tray 2 needs to work partially; for the fan type needing to be provided with the first part and the second part at the same time, the first material tray 2 and the second material tray 6 work together to realize the fan assembly, so the invention can simultaneously produce aiming at different machine types, can switch products and has lower production flexibility.
The first detection unit is an infrared detection element. First detecting element detects through appointing the detection position, judges whether the detection position has the part, realizes detecting in advance whether 2 internal parts quantity of first material tray are not enough, prevents unnecessary shut down operation, improves work efficiency.
The second material tray 6 is provided with a second detection unit, the second detection unit 6 is used for detecting whether the number of components in the second material tray 6 is insufficient or not, and the control unit is informed when the number of the components is insufficient. The second detection unit is an infrared detection element. Unnecessary shutdown operation is prevented, and the working efficiency is improved.
The assembly unit 5 is provided with an identification unit that confirms the assembled structure and notifies the control unit of the confirmation result. The recognition unit is, for example, a shooting device, when the picking unit picks up the next component and simultaneously takes a picture of the assembled structure, the recognition unit can be integrally arranged on the assembling unit, and the space in the device is more fully utilized. The invention can identify the workpiece while assembling by arranging the identification unit, thereby improving the working efficiency of processing.
The assembly unit 5 is provided with a third detection unit, and when the third detection unit detects that a foreign object invades, the control unit controls the assembly unit 5 to stop the assembly operation in progress. The third detecting unit is an infrared detecting element and can be arranged on the outer frame of the fan assembling equipment, the detecting direction of the third detecting unit is upward, once the invasion of foreign objects is detected, the assembling unit 5 is controlled to stop working, and the assembling unit 5 and the whole fan assembling equipment can be prevented from being damaged when the foreign objects invade.
On the basis of the above scheme, the pickup unit 3 includes: a manipulator, a transport mechanism 8 and a transport track 7; the transportation track 7 is fixedly arranged above the object stage 1; the conveying mechanism 8 is arranged on the conveying track 7 in a sliding fit mode, and the conveying mechanism 8 is provided with a lifting manipulator.
The assembly unit 5 includes: the lifting device comprises a lifting device and a baffle arranged above the lifting device; the baffle is provided with a through hole. The lifting device is located at a mounting position, and the lifting device can be used for placing the fan assembly and lifting the fan assembly during assembly. The jig template on the lifting device is universal, and the center positioning point can be quickly found during switching of different models without adjustment.
In the fan assembling equipment of the embodiment, when the fan assembling equipment works, parts to be assembled in the first material tray 2 are conveyed through the first transmission mechanism 4, the manipulator of the picking unit 3 extends downwards to pick up the parts on the first transmission mechanism 4, and after the manipulator finishes picking up the parts and rises to the right position, the transportation mechanism 8 transversely moves to the installation position along the transportation track 7; after the fan assembly reaches the installation position, the lifting and lifting device of the assembly unit 5 lifts the fan assembly upwards, meanwhile, the manipulator extends downwards again, the manipulator penetrates through the through hole of the baffle, and parts needing to be assembled are installed on the fan assembly, so that the fan assembly is realized. If the assembly of different parts is involved, the pick-up unit 3 and the assembly unit 5 are transported and assembled for the second time, the invention is convenient for product switching and has high production flexibility.

1. A fan assembly apparatus having:
a stage (1) on which components to be assembled are placed;
a control unit which controls the operation of the entire assembly apparatus;
the first material tray (2) is arranged on the objective table (1) and is provided with components needing to be assembled;
a pickup unit (3) that picks up and transports the components to be assembled to a mounting location;
a first transmission mechanism (4) which transfers the parts to be assembled from the first material tray (2) to the pickup unit (3);
an assembly unit (5) mounting the components of the pick-up unit (3) to a fan assembly;
the method is characterized in that:
the first material tray (2) is circular, and the first transmission mechanism (4) is positioned on a first tangent line of the periphery of the first material tray (2);
the pick-up unit (3) moves along the first tangent on which the assembly unit (5) is located.
2. The fan assembly apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a second material tray (6);
the second material tray (6) is also circular, and the periphery of the second material tray (6) is located on the first tangent line.
3. The fan assembly apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first transmission mechanism (4) transfers the components in the second material tray (6) to the pickup unit (3).
4. The fan assembly apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a second transmission mechanism;
the second transmission mechanism is positioned on the first tangent line;
the second transmission mechanism conveys the components in the second material tray (6) to the picking unit (3).

The fan assembling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first material tray (2) is provided with a first detecting unit for detecting whether the number of components in the first material tray (2) is insufficient, and notifying the control unit when the number of components is detected to be insufficient.
6. The fan assembling apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the second material tray (6) is provided with a second detecting unit, and the second detecting unit (6) detects whether the number of components in the second material tray (6) is insufficient, and notifies the control unit when the number of components is detected to be insufficient.
7. The fan assembling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the assembling unit (5) is provided with an identifying unit that confirms the assembled structure and notifies the control unit of the confirmation result.
8. The fan assembly apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the assembly unit (5) is provided with a third detection unit, and the control unit controls the assembly unit (5) to stop an assembly operation in progress when the third detection unit detects intrusion of a foreign object.
9. The fan assembly apparatus according to claim 8, wherein each of the first detection unit, the second detection unit, and the third detection unit is an infrared detection element.
