Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic license plate recognition devices, in particular to an intelligent parking electronic license plate recognition device based on NB-IoT technology.
Background
The narrowband internet of things (NB-IoT) becomes an important branch of the internet of everything. The NB-IoT is constructed in a cellular network, only consumes about 180kHz bandwidth, and can be directly deployed in a GSM network, a UMTS network or an LTE network so as to reduce the deployment cost and realize smooth upgrading. NB-IoT is an emerging technology in the IoT domain that supports cellular data connectivity for low power devices over wide area networks, also known as Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWANs). NB-IoT supports efficient connectivity for devices with long standby time and high requirements for network connectivity. NB-IoT device battery life is said to be improved by at least 10 years while still providing very comprehensive indoor cellular data connection coverage.
The electronic license plate is an application based on subdivision, extension and improvement of an internet of things passive Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, and by utilizing the technical characteristics of high-precision identification, high-accuracy acquisition and high sensitivity of the RFID, an electronic license plate label is arranged on a motor vehicle, the RFID electronic license plate is used as a carrier of vehicle information, and data on the electronic license plate of each motor vehicle is acquired or written when the electronic license plate passes through a road section provided with an authorized radio frequency identification reader-writer, so that the aim of various comprehensive traffic management is fulfilled. In the RFID technology, each card is a globally unique, factory-solidified and non-modifiable ID number, and is physically bound with a vehicle, and the electronic license plate label has incomparable anti-counterfeiting performance due to the fact that the card cannot be disassembled or is destroyed after being disassembled.
At present, a parking lot system is a main tool for collecting parking fees, and a regular charging mode generally adopts monthly collection, namely a vehicle pays a fixed parking fee every month, and in the month, the vehicle can enter and exit for unlimited times without limiting the parking time. Such vehicles are also known as long rental vehicles. In contrast, for temporary vehicles, parking management fees are generally collected according to the length of time for parking, rate standards are derived from policy documents of municipal administration departments, rates of each city are different, and different regions of the same city are also different, and such vehicles are also called as rental vehicles.
