Claims (6)

1. A multistory parking garage, comprising: the intelligent lighting monitoring system comprises lifting and transverse moving type mechanical parking equipment, a solar photovoltaic panel, an inverter, an energy storage device, a converter, a lightning protection box, an AC/DC power distribution cabinet, a charging pile, an intelligent lighting monitoring integrated lamp pole, an Internet of things module and a background management and control system;
the artificial intelligent identification camera on the intelligent illumination and monitoring integrated lamp pole is used for identifying and analyzing the motor vehicle, identifying the characteristics of the license plate, the model, the money, the mark and the color of the motor vehicle, recording the time of the vehicle entering and exiting the parking lot and the parking time, counting and analyzing the parking lot use frequency and use habit information of the parked vehicle, and transmitting the output result to the background management and control system so as to intelligently arrange the parking position of the vehicle;
the lifting transverse moving type mechanical parking equipment is used for parking one automobile above the other automobile and supporting two automobiles to independently drive in and drive out;

The multistory parking garage of claim 1 wherein an LED street lamp is arranged on the intelligent lighting and monitoring integrated lamp post, and when the set time is reached, the LED street lamp is turned on in a full-bright mode; the full-bright mode is started within the range of charging operation of the charging pile after the charging pile is linked to perform charging operation; when the charging pile does not work within the range, the street lamp is in a half-bright mode, and the connected voltage is half of a full-bright mode.
3. The multistory parking garage of claim 1 wherein said inverter is adapted to convert direct current generated by solar photovoltaic panels into alternating current and to power equipment disposed on said multistory parking garage.

The multistory parking garage of claim 1 wherein said lightning protection enclosure comprises ac-dc surge protectors, ac-dc circuit breakers, fuses and terminals; the alternating current and direct current power distribution cabinet comprises an alternating current and direct current surge protector, a circuit breaker, a fuse, a wiring terminal, a current-voltage meter and an electric energy meter.
5. The multistory parking garage of claim 1 wherein the intelligent lighting monitoring integrated lamp post is installed at the entrance and exit of the parking garage and at each joint position, and a control cabinet is arranged in the multistory parking garage and comprises a lamp post controller and an internet of things gateway.
6. The multistory parking garage of claim 1, wherein the internet of things module is an NB-IoT-based internet of things gateway, and the internet of things gateway is connected with the background management and control system through a wireless internet of things signal after vehicle information and monitoring video are gathered.
