Abstract

本发明公开了一种无灰防锈油复合添加剂,其包括主防锈剂、辅助防锈添加剂、成膜剂及抗氧添加剂;所述主防锈剂为油溶性磺酸胺,所述辅助防锈添加剂为羧酸或羧酸酯、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐、金属钝化剂中的一种或多种,所述成膜剂为氧化蜡或其酯,所述抗氧添加剂为BHT。本发明所用添加剂不含金属离子,不含邻苯二甲酸二丁酯等ECHA所列高关注物,也不含重金属,与常用的基础油能很好的混溶,具有良好的防锈性能;特别是不含有金属离子,经高温灼烧后会生成各自的氧化物,呈气态散去,不会遗留在工件表面,污染工件,即本发明的防锈油复合添加剂为无灰型,特别适用于无灰抗磨液压油、淬火件淬火前的工件防锈油等有控灰要求的防锈油应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无灰防锈油复合添加剂,属于化工领域。
背景技术
油溶性磺酸盐是国内最常用的一类防锈油添加剂,它的成盐物一般是碱金属或碱土金属,如钡、钙、镁、钠、锌等,这种防锈剂具有显著的防锈效果,但含有金属盐,使用后生灰分,不能满足某些特定场合的需求,如用于无灰抗磨液压油、淬火件淬火前的工件防锈油等,存在不足。
国外公司生产了一类无灰的磺酸胺(氨)类防锈油添加剂,如美国King公司生产的

TLT等,这类防锈油添加剂的防锈性能与相应的金属盐相似,但由于其无灰(不含金属离子,高温灼烧后无灰烬遗留),可以满足某些特定场合的需求,但目前该类产品在国内尚未见有生产的报道。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供一种无灰防锈油复合添加剂,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种无灰防锈油复合添加剂,其包括主防锈剂、辅助防锈添加剂、成膜剂及抗氧添加剂;所述主防锈剂为油溶性磺酸胺,所述辅助防锈添加剂为羧酸或羧酸酯、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐、金属钝化剂中的一种或多种,所述成膜剂为氧化蜡或其酯,所述抗氧添加剂为BHT。
其各组份的重量份数为:油溶性磺酸胺4-6份、羧酸或羧酸酯2-4份、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐2-4份、金属钝化剂0-0.5份、氧化蜡或其酯1-3份、BHT 0.1-1份。
其制备方法为将上述组份搅拌混合均匀并加热溶解制成。
进一步地,所述油溶性磺酸胺的胺类为具有至少三个碳原子且没有氧原子的胺。
进一步地,所述油溶性磺酸胺为烷基芳族磺酸胺,优选为二壬基萘磺酸胺或重烷基苯磺酸胺。
进一步地,所述羧酸为十二烯基丁二酸,所述羧酸酯为十二烯基丁二酸单酯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明所用添加剂都不含金属离子,高温灼烧后无灰烬遗留;所用添加剂都不含邻苯二甲酸二丁酯等ECHA所列高关注物,也不含重金属;与常用的基础油能很好的混溶,具有良好的防锈性能;特别是不含有金属离子,其组成成分只含有碳、氮、氢、硫等,经高温灼烧后会生成各自的氧化物,呈气态散去,不会遗留在工件表面,污染工件,即本发明的防锈油复合添加剂为无灰型,特别适用于无灰抗磨液压油、淬火件淬火前的工件防锈油等有控灰要求的防锈油应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明。
实施例:
在500ml的三口烧瓶中,加入二壬基萘磺酸胺80g、十二烯基丁二酸30g、十七烯基米唑啉丁二酸盐30g、氧化蜡40g,升温至80-100℃,充分搅匀后,降温至70℃以下,再加入甲基苯并三氮唑10g、BHT10g,冷却至常温,得红棕色透明粘稠液体,即得本发明的无灰防锈油复合添加剂。
本实施例制备的无灰防锈油复合添加剂质量指标如下:

本发明的无灰防锈油复合添加剂的防锈性能与性状与国内现在通用的由二壬基萘磺酸金属盐调制的常用防锈油相仿,其最大特点和优势是无灰,能够满足对灰分有要求的产品的防锈处理,如无灰抗磨液压油、淬火工件防锈油等。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种无灰防锈油复合添加剂,其特征在于:其包括主防锈剂、辅助防锈添加剂、成膜剂及抗氧添加剂;所述主防锈剂为油溶性磺酸胺,所述辅助防锈添加剂为羧酸或羧酸酯、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐、金属钝化剂中的一种或多种,所述成膜剂为氧化蜡或其酯,所述抗氧添加剂为BHT;所述油溶性磺酸胺的胺类为具有至少三个碳原子且没有氧原子的胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无灰防锈油复合添加剂,其特征在于:所述油溶性磺酸胺为烷基芳族磺酸胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无灰防锈油复合添加剂,其特征在于:所述油溶性磺酸胺为二壬基萘磺酸胺或重烷基苯磺酸胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无灰防锈油复合添加剂,其特征在于:所述羧酸为十二烯基丁二酸,所述羧酸酯为十二烯基丁二酸单酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无灰防锈油复合添加剂,其特征在于:其包括以下重量组份:油溶性磺酸胺4-6份、羧酸或羧酸酯2-4份、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐2-4份、金属钝化剂0-0.5份、氧化蜡或其酯1-3份、BHT 0.1-1份。
