本发明公开了一种绝缘导热丁基热熔胶,属于导热热熔胶技术领域。包含如下按质量份数计的组分:丁基橡胶5‑10份;APAO 6‑12份;石油树脂5‑10份;中分子量聚异丁烯8‑20份;低分子量聚异丁烯8‑20份;颜料0.5‑2份;除水剂1‑5份;绝缘导热填料30‑70份。本发明的导热丁基热熔胶采用氧化镁或氮化硼或者二者的混合物作为导电填料,能够实现热熔丁基胶的体积电阻率在1x10^12Ω.cm以上,导热率在0.7W/(m.K)以上,提供一种既能够导热又能够绝缘的热熔胶材料,可以适用需要良好导热且良好绝缘的应用场合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝缘导热丁基热熔胶,属于导热热熔胶技术领域。
背景技术
导热丁基热熔胶由丁基橡胶、增塑剂、增粘树脂和导热填料组成,可用于电池密封、空调蒸发器的密封等需要良好导热的应用场合。如公开号为 CN105670533B的中国发明专利公开一种用于冰箱或冰柜蒸发器的热熔型导热胶及其制备与应用,其导热填料为石墨,石墨导热通常也会导电,无法绝缘。公开号CN109609061A的中国发明专利中的导热热熔胶也使用石墨作为导热填料。公开号为CN102250425A的中国发明专利中公开了一种多功能导热复合材料,使用铝粉和三氧化二铝,不涉及热熔胶,也无法绝缘。对于需要良好导热且良好绝缘的应用场合中,现有技术中缺少一种既能够导热又能够绝缘的热熔胶材料。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种体积电阻率在 1x10^12Ω.cm以上,导热率在0.7W/(m.K)以上的既能够导热又能够绝缘的热熔胶材料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种绝缘导热丁基热熔胶,包含如下按质量份数计的组分:
丁基橡胶5-10份;
APAO 6-12份;
石油树脂5-10份;
中分子量聚异丁烯8-20份;
低分子量聚异丁烯8-20份;
颜料0.5-2份;
除水剂1-5份;
绝缘导热填料30-70份;
其中,所述丁基橡胶的门尼粘度为40-70Pa.s,比如燕山石化1751,俄罗斯 1675N,JSR 268;所述绝缘导热填料采用1250目-5000目氧化镁或氮化硼,比如广鑫源氮化硼-3um,河北镁神氧化镁-5000目,可以为二者的混合物。
作为优选实例,所述APAO(乙烯丙烯丁烯的无规共聚物)的软化点为 130-150℃,粘度在2000-120k之间,Tg为-25到-40之间,比如赢创Vestoplast 828,奇达5003,REXtac2880。
作为优选实例,所述石油树脂为软化点为90-100℃的C5型或C9/C5共聚型氢化树脂,如Eastman Piccotac 9095,Exxsonmobile的ESCOREZ 2203LC,鲁华的A1100。
作为优选实例,所述中分子量聚异丁烯的分子量为2万-10万,比如鸿瑞 HRD-950,BASF Oppanol B10;所述低分子量聚异丁烯的分子量小于1万,布氏粘度为500-5000cps,比如大林PB1300,鸿瑞HRD-13。
作为优选实例,所述除水剂采用氧化钙或分子筛,比如工业级氧化钙。
其中,颜料采用颜料级色粉,比如炭黑。
其中,本发明中绝缘导热丁基热熔胶的具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将上述组分的丁基橡胶、APAO、石油树脂、中分子量聚异丁烯、低分子量聚异丁烯、颜料、除水剂和一种或多种导热填料投入600L捏合机,温度控制在90-130℃,时间为45~60分钟,要求搅拌至均匀无颗粒;
(2)出料至周转箱,或5加仑或55加仑铁桶中备用。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的导热丁基热熔胶采用氧化镁或氮化硼或者二者的混合物作为导电填料,能够实现热熔丁基胶的体积电阻率在1x10^12Ω.cm以上,导热率在0.7W/(m.K)以上,提供一种既能够导热又能够绝缘的热熔胶材料,可以适用需要良好导热且良好绝缘的应用场合。
具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体对比例及实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
对比例1:
一种导热丁基热熔胶,包含如下按质量份数计的组分:
燕山石化丁基橡胶1751:6份;
APAO Vestoplast 828:8份;
鲁华A1100树脂:7份;
中分子PIB鸿瑞HRD-950:14份;
低分子PIB鸿瑞HRD-13:10份;
炭黑:0.5份;
氧化钙:1.5份;
山东东凯导热石墨5000目:53份。
对比例1中,使用石墨作为导热填料,导热石墨采用1250目-5000目,粒径3-10um,碳99%,比如山东东凯或河北强东导热石墨-5000目。按发明内容中步骤(1),(2)制备得到。其导热率为0.85W/(mK),但是体积电阻为0.03 Ω.cm,有很好的电导率。其他性能见表1。
实施例1:
一种绝缘导热丁基热熔胶,包含如下按质量份数计的组分:
燕山石化丁基橡胶1751:6份;
APAO Vestoplast 828:8份;
鲁华A1100树脂:7份;
中分子PIB鸿瑞HRD-950:14份;
低分子PIB鸿瑞HRD-13:10份;
炭黑:0.5份;
氧化钙:1.5份;
河北镁神氧化镁-5000目:53份。
在实施例1中,使用氧化镁作为导热填料。按步骤(1),(2)制备得到。其导热率为0.70W/(mK),体积电阻为3x10^12Ω.cm,为绝缘材料。其他性能见表1。
实施例2:
燕山石化丁基橡胶1751:6份;
APAO Vestoplast 828:8份;
鲁华A1100树脂:7份;
中分子PIB鸿瑞HRD-950:14份;
低分子PIB鸿瑞HRD-13:10份;

在实施例2中,使用氮化硼作为导热填料。按步骤(1),(2)制备得到。其导热率为1.2W/(mK),体积电阻为1x10^15Ω.cm,为绝缘材料。其他性能见表 1。

在实施例3中,使用氧化镁和氮化硼的混合物作为导热填料。按步骤(1), (2)制备得到。其导热率为0.9W/(mK),体积电阻为2x10^14Ω.cm,为绝缘材料。其他性能见表1。

本发明的导热丁基热熔胶采用氧化镁或氮化硼或者二者的混合物作为导电填料,能够实现热熔丁基胶的体积电阻率在1x10^12Ω.cm以上,导热率在 0.7W/(m.K)以上,提供一种既能够导热又能够绝缘的热熔胶材料,可以适用需要良好导热且良好绝缘的应用场合。

1.一种绝缘导热丁基热熔胶,其特征在于,包含如下按质量份数计的组分:
丁基橡胶5-10份;
APAO 6-12份;
石油树脂5-10份;
中分子量聚异丁烯8-20份;
低分子量聚异丁烯8-20份;
颜料0.5-2份;
除水剂1-5份;
绝缘导热填料30-70份;
其中,所述丁基橡胶的门尼粘度为40-70Pa.s,所述绝缘导热填料采用氧化镁或氮化硼或二者的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘导热丁基热熔胶,其特征在于,所述APAO的软化点为130-150℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘导热丁基热橡胶,其特征在于,所述石油树脂为软化点为90-100℃的C5型或C9/C5共聚型氢化树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘导热丁基热熔胶,其特征在于,所述中分子量聚异丁烯的分子量为2万-10万,所述低分子量聚异丁烯的分子量小于1万,其布氏粘度为500-5000cps。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘导热丁基热熔胶,其特征在于,所述除水剂采用氧化钙或分子筛。
