Abstract
本发明涉及制造工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种一体式Y型双头连接线的制造工艺,它包括如下步骤:①将三根连接线分别放置在焊接机上,将一卷第一电缆放置于三根连接线的连接处,此连接处为主要焊接位置,在焊接位置的一侧安装对标块,对标块的两端分别划分为A端与B端,第一电缆的位置不得超过A端的划分线位置,将连接线与电缆的位置固定好后,进行预焊接处理;②将第二电缆继续放入焊接位置,放置位置不得超过B端的划分线位置,随后进行二次焊接;③准备好一台带有Y型结构模具的注塑机,用刀具修剪掉多余的散丝,将二次焊接后的连接线放入至注塑模具中,启动注塑机,等待注塑完成;④注塑完成后,模具完全打开,将水口取出,并将样品取出。

背景技术
四极度电池单体之间的连接一直存在很大问题,使用常规连接线进行直接连接,容易出现电阻过大、导电性能较差的问题,对于电池个体也会产生损害,影响电池寿命。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的在于提供一种一体式Y型双头连接线的制造工艺,其为了解决四极度电池单体之间的链接问题。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种一体式Y型双头连接线的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括如下具体步骤:
①将三根连接线分别放置在焊接机上,将一卷第一电缆放置于三根连接线的连接处,此连接处为主要焊接位置,在焊接位置的一侧安装对标块,对标块的两端分别划分为A端与B端,第一电缆的位置不得超过A端的划分线位置,将连接线与电缆的位置固定好后,进行预焊接处理;
②将第二电缆继续放入焊接位置,放置位置不得超过B端的划分线位置,随后进行二次焊接;
③准备好一台带有Y型结构模具的注塑机,用刀具修剪掉多余的散丝,将二次焊接后的连接线放入至注塑模具中,启动注塑机,等待注塑完成;
④注塑完成后,模具完全打开,将水口取出,并将样品取出。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明手段简单高效,成品率高,生产出的成品外观简洁美观,降低了链接电阻,提高了导电性能,提高了电池组寿命。

下面将参照附图描述本发明的各示例性的实施例。
实施例1:如图1至图3所示,一种一体式Y型双头连接线的制造工艺,其针对于四极度电池单体之间的链接问题作出改进,制造工艺主要包括两个步骤:焊接与注塑。
焊接过程中,首先将三根连接线分别放置在焊接机上,将一卷第一电缆放置于三根连接线的连接处,此连接处为主要焊接位置,在焊接位置的一侧安装对标块,对标块的两端分别划分为A端与B端,第一电缆的位置不得超过A端的划分线位置,将连接线与电缆的位置固定好后,进行预焊接处理。
将第二电缆继续放入焊接位置,放置位置不得超过B端的划分线位置,随后进行二次焊接。
准备好一台带有Y型结构模具的注塑机,用刀具修剪掉多余的散丝,将二次焊接后的连接线放入至注塑模具中,启动注塑机,等待注塑完成。
注塑完成后,模具完全打开,将水口取出,并将样品取出。
通过焊接注塑的方式将三根链接条合而为一焊接成一个整体,形成Y型结构,成品的外观简洁美观,降低了链接电阻,提高了导电性能,提高了电池组寿命。

①将三根连接线分别放置在焊接机上,将一卷第一电缆放置于三根连接线的连接处,此连接处为主要焊接位置,在焊接位置的一侧安装对标块,对标块的两端分别划分为A端与B端,第一电缆的位置不得超过A端的划分线位置,将连接线与电缆的位置固定好后,进行预焊接处理;
②将第二电缆继续放入焊接位置,放置位置不得超过B端的划分线位置,随后进行二次焊接;
