本发明提供了一种环保防水密封材料,属于材料技术领域,由以下百分比的原料制备而成:20‑30%的乙烯丁基橡胶、20‑30%的高分子聚异丁烯、20‑30%纳米碳酸钙、1‑2%石蜡油、0.5‑1%硬脂酸、0.5‑1%炭黑、0.5‑1%钛白、0.5‑1%白炭黑和0.5‑1%色粉;本发明的环保防水密封材料,具有防水、隔音、减震、透气、耐老化时间长效果的同时具有较高的追随性;不含有对人体任何有害的成分,高度环保;可以适用任何材料表面,对任何材料没有腐蚀;可以和任何材料复合。

本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体为一种环保防水密封材料。
背景技术
现有的防水密封材料制作材料复杂,产品的使用效果不好。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供一种环保防水密封材料,具有防水、隔音、减震、透气、耐老化时间长效果的同时具有较高的追随性;不含有对人体任何有害的成分,高度环保;可以适用任何材料表面,对任何材料没有腐蚀;可以和任何材料复合。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保防水密封材料,其特征在于,由以下百分比的原料制备而成:
20-30%的乙烯丁基橡胶、20-30%的高分子聚异丁烯、20-30%纳米碳酸钙、1-2%石蜡油、0.5-1%硬脂酸、0.5-1%炭黑、0.5-1%钛白、0.5-1%白炭黑和0.5-1%色粉。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的环保防水密封材料,具有防水、隔音、减震、透气、耐老化时间长效果的同时具有较高的追随性;不含有对人体任何有害的成分,高度环保;可以适用任何材料表面,对任何材料没有腐蚀;可以和任何材料复合。

下面将结合本发明实施例中,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种环保防水密封材料,由以下原料制备而成:
25kg乙烯丁基橡胶、22kg高分子聚异丁烯、26kg纳米碳酸钙、1.5kg石蜡油、0.8kg硬脂酸、0.6kg炭黑、0.72kg钛白、0.65kg白炭黑和0.81kg色粉。
制作方法:
密炼
将所有的料投放在密炼机里密炼,密炼机的温度设置在130度左右,在密炼80分钟后确认所有的料已经均匀分布后出料,用托盘分装;
开炼
将密炼好的料放在开炼机上,在开炼机上每托盘胶炼25—30分钟确认胶料没有气泡后,半成品的料就已经生产好;
挤出
在挤出机上机头上装上客户所需的规格模具,将挤出机的温度调到120度左右,蒋半成品胶均匀的加入挤出机进料口,待机头开始出胶时就可以进行下一步流程了;
收卷
在机头的下方放上拖纸,让挤出规格的胶带分布在离型纸上,蒋一条条胶带拉到后面的收卷机好收好卷就可以进行下一步流程了;
装箱
将收好的一卷一卷的产成装在已经定做好的纸箱中,即完成生产流程了,装完箱就可以将产品放到生产成品区发货了。
实施例2
一种环保防水密封材料,由以下原料制备而成:
27kg乙烯丁基橡胶、29kg高分子聚异丁烯、23kg纳米碳酸钙、1.5kg石蜡油、0.7kg硬脂酸、0.6kg炭黑、0.74kg钛白、0.53kg白炭黑和0.74kg色粉。
制作方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种环保防水密封材料,由以下原料制备而成:
23kg乙烯丁基橡胶、25kg高分子聚异丁烯、24kg纳米碳酸钙、1.3kg石蜡油、0.56kg硬脂酸、0.75kg炭黑、0.92kg钛白、0.86kg白炭黑和0.55kg色粉。
制作方法同实施例1。
