本发明涉及胶带技术领域,具体的说是一种环保无纺布防水密封胶带,包括面层、阻燃胶泥层和底层,所述面层位于阻燃胶泥层的上表面,所述底层位于阻燃胶泥层的下表面,所述面层为PET膜,所述底层为无纺布。本发明所述的一种环保无纺布布防水密封胶带,该无纺布防水密封胶带不仅具有防水密封和保护被粘物的功能,而且还具有减震、隔音和隔热的功能,能承受一定程度的位移和变形,具有良好的追随性,此外,具有超强的防水密封性及抗氧化性,耐老化,使用寿命成,且不含任何溶剂,不收缩、不含有毒物质,不会散发有毒气体,安全且环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,具体的说是一种环保无纺布防水密封胶带。
背景技术
无纺布密封胶带主要应用于汽车门窗以及汽车钣金件上的防水密封,主要起到防水密封和保护被粘物的功能,但是现有的天丝布密封胶带不具备减震、隔音和隔热的功能,使用效果不佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种环保无纺布防水密封胶带。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种环保无纺布防水密封胶带,包括面层、阻燃胶泥层和底层,所述面层位于阻燃胶泥层的上表面,所述底层位于阻燃胶泥层的下表面,所述面层为PET膜,所述底层为无纺布。
具体的,所述阻燃胶泥层包括20-30%的乙烯丁基橡胶、20-30%的高分子聚异丁烯、20-30%纳米碳酸钙、1-2%石蜡油、0.5-1%硬脂酸、0.5-1%炭黑、0.5-1%钛白、0.5-1%白炭黑和0.5-1%色粉。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的一种环保无纺布防水密封胶带,该无纺布防水密封胶带不仅具有防水密封和保护被粘物的功能,而且还具有减震、隔音和隔热的功能,能承受一定程度的位移和变形,具有良好的追随性,此外,具有超强的防水密封性及抗氧化性,耐老化,使用寿命成,且不含任何溶剂,不收缩、不含有毒物质,不会散发有毒气体,安全且环保。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种环保无纺布防水密封胶带,包括面层1、阻燃胶泥层2和底层3,面层1位于阻燃胶泥层2的上表面,底层3位于阻燃胶泥层2的下表面,面层1为PET膜,底层3为天丝布。
具体的,阻燃胶泥层2包括20-30%的乙烯丁基橡胶、20-30%的高分子聚异丁烯、20-30%纳米碳酸钙、1-2%石蜡油、0.5-1%硬脂酸、0.5-1%炭黑、0.5-1%钛白、0.5-1%白炭黑和0.5-1%色粉。
本发明在使用时,将面层1撕掉,然后将阻燃胶泥层2粘附在汽车门窗或汽车钣金件上即可,该无纺布防水密封胶带不仅具有防水密封和保护被粘物的功能,而且还具有减震、隔音和隔热的功能,能承受一定程度的位移和变形,具有良好的追随性,此外,具有超强的防水密封性及抗氧化性,耐老化,使用寿命成,且不含任何溶剂,不收缩、不含有毒物质,不会散发有毒气体,安全且环保。

1.一种环保无纺布防水密封胶带,其特征在于,包括面层(1)、阻燃胶泥层(2)和底层(3),所述面层(1)位于阻燃胶泥层(2)的上表面,所述底层(3)位于阻燃胶泥层(2)的下表面,所述面层(1)为PET膜,所述底层(3)为天丝布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保无纺布防水密封胶带,其特征在于:所述阻燃胶泥层(2)包括20-30%的乙烯丁基橡胶、20-30%的高分子聚异丁烯、20-30%纳米碳酸钙、1-2%石蜡油、0.5-1%硬脂酸、0.5-1%炭黑、0.5-1%钛白、0.5-1%白炭黑和0.5-1%色粉。
