referring to fig. 1 and 2, an anti-winding reverse-cutter-retreating type bag breaking machine comprises a frame 1 and a fixed cutter assembly 2 arranged on the frame 1, wherein the fixed cutter assembly 2 comprises a fixed cutter shaft 9 and a fixed cutter blade 10, the fixed cutter shaft 9 is fixedly connected to the frame 1 through a bolt, the length direction of the fixed cutter shaft 9 is horizontally arranged, and the fixed cutter blade 10 is rotatably connected with the fixed cutter shaft 9 through a bearing.
Referring to fig. 3, an adjusting end plate 16 is integrally formed at one end of the fixed blade 10, and a fixed blade tension spring 17 is hooked on the adjusting end plate 16; the upper side face of one end, away from the adjusting end plate 16, of the fixed blade 10 is provided with fixed cutter bag breaking teeth 12, six fixed blades 10 and six fixed cutter tension springs 17 are uniformly arranged along the length direction of the fixed cutter shaft 9, and the fixed cutter tension springs 17 and the fixed blades 10 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a fixed cutter accommodating shell 14 is bolted to the frame 1, one end of the fixed cutter shaft 9 and the fixed cutter bag breaking teeth 12 facing the adjusting end plate 16 are arranged in the fixed cutter accommodating shell 14, and the upper half part of one side of the fixed cutter accommodating shell 14 facing the fixed cutter bag breaking teeth 12 is provided with a guide inclined surface 22, and the guide inclined surface 22 is used for guiding a garbage bag to slide into the fixed blade 10; the lower half of the fixed cutter accommodating shell 14 is provided with a swing groove 15 near the fixed cutter 10, the fixed cutter 10 can be accommodated in the fixed cutter accommodating shell 14 through the swing groove 15, and the upper side surface of the fixed cutter 10 is abutted against the upper side surface of the swing groove 15.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, an adjusting assembly 18 for adjusting the tightness of the fixed knife tension spring 17 is arranged between the fixed knife tension spring 17 and the fixed knife containing shell 14, the adjusting assembly 18 comprises an adjusting sleeve 19 welded on the fixed knife containing shell 14, a sliding block 20 and an adjusting pull rod 21, the adjusting sleeve 19 is a sleeve with a square cross section, the sliding block 20 is slidably arranged in the adjusting sleeve 19, and one end of the fixed knife tension spring 17 far away from the fixed knife 10 is hooked on the sliding block 20; the adjusting pull rod 21 is inserted into the adjusting sleeve 19, an adjusting nut is welded at one end of the adjusting sleeve 19, which is far away from the fixed blade 10, and the adjusting pull rod 21 is in threaded fit with the adjusting nut; adjusting pull rod 21 keeps away from adjusting nut's one end and sliding block 20 normal running fit, can drive sliding block 20 through rotating adjusting pull rod 21 and slide along adjusting sleeve 19's length direction, can adjust the contained angle of the relative horizontal plane of side on stationary blade 10, when the upper surface of stationary blade 10 and 15 upper surface butts of wobbling groove, can adjust the rate of tension of stationary blade extension spring 17 for stationary blade 10 can adapt to different impact forces.
Referring to fig. 1, a movable blade assembly 3 is arranged on a frame 1, the movable blade assembly 3 comprises a rotary drum 4 and five movable blades 5 which are rotatably connected with the frame 1, the axis of the rotary drum 4 is parallel to the length direction of a fixed blade shaft 9, five knife-retracting edges 6 are arranged on the rotary drum 4, four movable blades 5 are arranged corresponding to the four knife-retracting edges 6, and the movable blades 5 can be retracted into the rotary drum 4 through the knife-retracting edges 6.
Referring to fig. 4, the outer side wall of the drum 4 is welded with annular rails 35 near both ends, the rack 1 is bolted with i-shaped supporting wheels 36 matched with the annular rails 35, the annular rails 35 extend into the supporting wheels 36, and one annular rail 35 corresponds to two supporting wheels 36, so that the drum 4 can be stably supported.
Referring to fig. 1, a transmission assembly 8 for driving the drum 4 to rotate is disposed on the frame 1, and the transmission assembly 8 includes a driving motor 37, a reduction gear set 38, a driven pulley 39 and a driving pulley 40 disposed on the frame 1; the driving motor 37 and the reduction gear set 38 are both connected to the frame 1 through bolts, a main shaft of the driving motor 37 drives an input shaft of the reduction gear set 38 to rotate through a belt, an output shaft of the reduction gear set 38 is in key connection and matching with the driving pulley 40, one end of the rotary drum 4 is in bolt connection with the driven pulley 39, and the driving pulley 40 and the driven pulley 39 are in belt transmission; so that the driving motor 37 can rotate the drum 4.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fixedly connected with profiling subassembly 7 on the frame 1, profiling subassembly 7 sets up in rotary drum 4, profiling subassembly 7 include with frame 1 fixed connection's dead axle 23 and a plurality of profiling board 24, profiling board 24 is provided with five groups, and every group comprises five profiling boards 24, and profiling board 24 arranges the setting along the length direction of dead axle 23, and the cross-section of dead axle 23 is the square setting, has seted up the square groove the same with dead axle 23 cross-section on the profiling board 24.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, five sets of moving blade assemblies 3 are uniformly arranged along the axial direction of the drum 4, and five sets of moving blade assemblies 3 are arranged corresponding to five sets of templates 24.
Referring to fig. 6, a spacer 25 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 23, each set of master template 24 corresponds to one spacer 25, four locking screws 26 penetrate through each set of master template 24 simultaneously, the locking screws 26 are in threaded fit with the spacers 25, and the locking screws 26 and the spacers 25 lock five master templates 24 in each set together, so that the master templates 24 can be stably placed on the fixed shaft 23 due to the relationship of gravity and the small fit clearance between the master templates 24 and the fixed shaft 23.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, a knife retracting driving member for driving the movable blade 5 to retract into the rotary drum 4 is arranged between the inner wall of the rotary drum 4 and the movable blade 5, a fixed seat 32 is welded on the inner wall of the rotary drum 4 near the knife retracting port 6, a rotating shaft 33 is fixedly connected to the fixed seat 32, and the axial direction of the rotating shaft 33 is parallel to the axial direction of the rotary drum 4. The movable blade 5 is rotatably matched with the rotating shaft 33, and the movable blade 5 can extend out of one end of the rotating drum 4 and is provided with movable blade bag breaking teeth 13 on one side opposite to the fixed blade bag breaking teeth 12 (refer to fig. 3) on the fixed blade 10 (refer to fig. 1).
Referring to fig. 7, the knife retracting driving member may be a knife retracting torsion spring 34 sleeved on the rotating shaft 33, and two ends of the knife retracting torsion spring 34 are respectively connected to the fixed seat 32 and the movable blade 5.
Referring to fig. 7, the knife retracting driving member may also be a knife retracting tension spring 31, and two ends of the knife retracting tension spring 31 are respectively connected to the movable blade 5 and the inner wall of the rotary drum 4; the knife retracting driving part can also be combined by a knife retracting torsion spring 34 and a knife retracting tension spring 31 at the same time so as to improve the knife retracting force and further ensure stable knife retracting.
Referring to fig. 5, one end of the movable blade 5, which is far away from the movable blade bag breaking teeth 13, is rotatably connected with a roller 27, one side of the profiling plate 24, which is close to the fixed blade accommodating shell 14, is provided with a limiting cambered surface 28, the limiting cambered surface 28 protrudes outwards, and when the roller 27 abuts against the limiting cambered surface 28, the movable blade 5 extends out of the rotary drum 4 through the knife retracting opening 6 (refer to fig. 4) and keeps the extending state until the movable blade 5 contacts with a garbage bag and passes through between two adjacent fixed blades 10; the lower side position of the template 24 is provided with a clearance surface 29, the clearance surface 29 enables the template 24 to be separated from the contact with the roller 27, and simultaneously, the movable blade 5 is recovered into the rotary drum 4 from the receiving opening under the driving of the blade-receiving driving part.
Referring to fig. 5, an inward concave reversing arc surface 30 is arranged on one side of the backup plate 24 away from the stationary knife accommodating shell 14, the connection part of the reversing arc surface 30 and the clearance surface 29 is in arc transition, and the connection part of the reversing arc surface 30 and the limiting arc surface 28 is in arc transition; the roller 27 abuts against the reversing arc 30, and the rotary drum 4 rotates from the reversing arc 30 towards the limiting arc 28, so that the profiling plate 24 can drive the movable blade 5 to extend out of the rotary drum 4 through the knife-retracting edge 6.
The using process is briefly described as follows: firstly, a garbage bag is thrown into a space between the fixed cutter accommodating shell 14 and the rotary drum 4, and the garbage bag stays on the fixed cutter 10 due to the limitation of the fixed cutter 10; meanwhile, the driving motor 37 works, the driving motor 37 drives the rotary drum 4 to rotate in a manner of transmission of the reduction gear set 38 and a belt, and drives the movable blade 5 to rotate towards the fixed blade 10 so as to cut the garbage bag; the rotary drum 4 continues to rotate, when the roller 27 on the movable blade 5 is separated from the abutting joint with the profiling plate 24, the movable blade 5 is collected into the rotary drum 4 under the action of the blade collecting torsion spring 34 and the blade collecting tension spring 31, and garbage wound on the movable blade 5 can be separated, so that the phenomenon that the materials are wound on the movable blade 5 to cause abrasion is avoided.

a knife retracting driving part for driving the movable blade (5) to retract into the rotary drum (4) is arranged between the inner wall of the rotary drum (4) and the movable blade (5);
a plurality of fixed cutter assemblies (2) are uniformly arranged along the axial direction of the rotary drum (4), and a plurality of movable blades (5) are arranged along the axial direction of the rotary drum (4);
