本发明涉及一种混合和分配容器。
背景技术
在牙科中，通常需要使用用于诸如抛光、药物治疗、修复和修饰的程序的复合物。牙科用复合物通常是形成糊剂并硬化的组分的混合物。
已知的用于该糊剂的输送机构包括混合单一液体和单一粉末的组分并且通过药签或注射器施加糊剂。这种方法可能是耗时且难用的，特别是如果混合物快速凝固的话。
上述牙科复合物难以完美地且可重复地混合，并以精确的剂量制备。一些已知的混合牙科用复合物的机构也容易使牙科用复合物被外来物质污染，并且可能是肮脏的，影响制备区域的卫生。
牙科用复合物通常以少量与少量组分一起使用。因此，常规的混合装置通常难以均匀混合，经常在混合物中形成结块，使得难以施加复合物。此外，仅一部分混合的复合物可以从混合位置移除并施加到处理区域，其中显著百分比的剩余废物作为粘附到混合区域中的表面的废物。这种材料的浪费是昂贵的和不期望的。
仅包含一种液体和一种粉末的已知胶囊具有非常有限的化学性质。例如，液体引发剂需要包含在粉末中，这可能是不实际的。此外，如果液体需要两种不同的引发剂，则这些引发剂可能不能一起储存在粉末组分中，因此胶囊可能是不适合的。

柱塞；

本发明提供一种混合和分配容器，包括：
柱塞；

Claims (17)

1.一种用于混合和分配牙科材料的混合和分配容器，包括：
柱塞；
端部开口的液体容器，其适于接收所述柱塞；以及
主体，所述主体具有近端、远端、在所述近端处开口的腔室和在所述远端中的孔；
其中所述腔室适于接收所述液体容器；以及
其中所述牙科胶囊混合所述牙科材料的各种组分并且形成用于分配的牙科糊剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合和分配容器，其中，液体容纳在所述液体容器内，并且粉末容纳在所述腔室内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述液体容器结合有中心弱化部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述柱塞具有向前突出的突起，所述突起适于破坏所述液体容器的所述中心弱化部分。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述柱塞与所述液体容器接合，使得在所述柱塞被按压时，所述容器中的所述液体被推入所述腔室中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合和分配容器，其中，进一步按压所述柱塞导致所述液体容器的前部部分通过按压所述柱塞而破开，以便推动所述腔室中的液体和粉末的混合物通过所述孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述牙科胶囊还包括内部特征，所述内部特征向操作者提供关于所述柱塞被按压多远或所述液体容器移动多远的触觉反馈。
8.根据权利要求6至7所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述牙科胶囊或其一部分由透明材料制成，从而允许操作者观察液体和/或粉末的混合，和/或所述柱塞被按压多远。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述牙科胶囊还包括喷嘴，所述喷嘴连接到在所述主体的所述远端的所述孔。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述牙科胶囊还包括覆盖所述孔的易碎膜。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述腔室结合有通气装置，以允许截留的空气在挤出期间从混合的所述糊剂逸出。
12.根据权利要求3至11所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述液体容器的所述中心弱化部分具有小于0.05mm的厚度。
13.根据权利要求12所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述液体容器的所述中心弱化部分具有小于0.03mm的厚度。
14.根据权利要求3至13所述的混合和分配容器，其中，所述液体容器的所述中心弱化部分由与所述液体容器模制部件成一体的整片材料形成。
15.根据权利要求10至14所述的混合和分配容器，其中所述易碎膜具有小于0.02mm的厚度。
16.根据权利要求10至15所述的混合和分配容器，其中所述易碎膜由整片材料形成。
17.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合和分配容器，其中所述牙科胶囊还包括位于所述柱塞的外表面上的密封装置。
