The potato of the variety Favorita is taken as a research object. Designing 10 potato test fields, planting 10 rows and 10 columns of potatoes in each test field, wherein the row spacing and the column spacing are 0.6m, and applying a compound fertilizer of 1200kg/hm -2 The base fertilizer is uniformly supplemented with 150kg/hm of nitrogen fertilizer in the seedling stage -2 . On the third day after the seedling stage, the growth regulators prepared by the methods described in each example and comparative example were applied, respectively, by the following methods: adding water into the corresponding growth regulator to prepare a medicament, wherein the water adding ratio is 150 mg/L. Spraying is carried out in the seedling stage of the potatoes, and the spraying amount is 300mL per plant. Wherein the control group is sprayed with clear water,the boron application rate was also 300 mL/strain. Other field management modes are carried out according to the conventional method, and all the test fields are the same. After harvesting, the yield increase of each test field to which the growth regulator was applied was calculated as (potato yield of the test field-potato yield of the control test field) ÷ potato yield of the control test field × 100%, and the results are shown in table 1. In addition, the starch content of potatoes produced in each test field was determined by taking 5 potatoes produced in the same field and averaging the starch content of the potatoes produced in the test field, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the growth regulator of the present invention has a significant growth promoting effect on potatoes, the yield of potatoes is significantly increased after application, and the potato starch content is significantly higher than that of a control group to which the regulator of the present invention is not applied, indicating that the growth regulator of the present invention has the efficacy of improving the yield and quality of potatoes. Comparing example 3 with various proportions, it can be seen that the acacia flower-moringa oleifera leaf-hawthorn fruit composite extract has a good effect of improving the growth regulator, and compared with the extract without the extract or the extract with only a single component, the effect of the composite extract is obviously better, which indicates that the three composite extracts have a synergistic effect of improving the growth regulator.
The technical solutions provided by the present invention are described in detail above, and for those skilled in the art, the ideas according to the embodiments of the present invention may be changed in the specific implementation manners and the application ranges, and in summary, the content of the present description should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

(2) preparing a mixed aqueous solution of sodium citrate, glycine and acetic acid, adding the mixed aqueous solution of sodium citrate, glycine and acetic acid into the container, extracting for 2-3 h in a water bath at the temperature of 75 +/-5 ℃ at constant temperature, then cooling to the normal temperature, and filtering to obtain a filtrate A and filter residues; in the mixed water solution of sodium citrate, glycine and acetic acid, the concentration of sodium citrate is 1-3 g/100mL, the concentration of glycine is 0.2-0.4 g/100mL, the concentration of acetic acid is 0.2-0.4 g/100mL, and the balance is water; adding the mixed aqueous solution of the sodium citrate, the glycine and the acetic acid into a container, wherein the mass of the mixed aqueous solution is 7-8 times of the total mass of the mixed diced American sophora flower petals, the moringa leaves and the hawthorn fruit pulp;
(3) Placing the filter residue in a container, adding deionized water into the container, sealing the container, heating to 140 +/-5 ℃, preserving heat for 20-30 min, cooling in air to normal temperature, opening the container, and filtering to obtain filtrate B; wherein the mass of the deionized water added into the container is 5-6 times of the mass of the filter residue in the container;
(4) and mixing the filtrate A and the filtrate B, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 1/10-1/9 of the volume of the filtrate before concentration to obtain the robinia pseudoacacia flower-moringa oleifera leaf-hawthorn fruit compound extract.
2. The method for applying a growth regulator according to claim 1, wherein the growth regulator is mixed with water to prepare a chemical, and the chemical is sprayed at a rate of 200 to 300 mL/plant in a seedling stage of potatoes.
3. The method for applying the growth regulator according to claim 2, wherein the water adding ratio of the growth regulator is growth regulator/water = 120-180 mg/L.
