本发明涉及一种提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,包括下述重量百分比的组分:复合型水分补充剂52.5~98.8,皮肤水合促进剂1~30,皮肤保水能力修复剂0.07~10,缓冲剂0.01~3,离子调节剂0.03~3,防腐抑菌剂0.01~1,抑菌助剂0.08~0.5。与现有技术相比,本发明组合物通过皮肤水合促进剂、皮肤保水能力修复剂等成分的复配,具有能快速渗透进入皮肤组织,迅速为皮肤角质层细胞补充水分,以达到深层补水的效果,且配方不含表面活性剂、酒精等易产生刺激的物质,温和不刺激,适合不同类型皮肤补水制剂使用。

本发明涉及化妆品,具体涉及一种提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物。
背景技术
化妆品领域中,补水是非常重要的领域,其中水分渗透的速度越快、效率越高,越易于营造消费者喜爱的好吸收肤感,也有利于其他功效成分的作用,因此如何提高水分的渗透效率在护肤品领域十分重要。为了解决这一问题,化妆品行业常使用各种促渗手段,促进皮肤水分的渗透效率。其中最常见的手段是添加如乳化剂(表面活性剂)等有促渗效果的成分,主要通过降低护肤品制剂与皮肤接触界面的表面张力、促进皮肤角质层与脂质相互作用,减少成分在角质中的扩散阻力等方法提高渗透率,如中国专利CN108464958A《一种高渗透性化妆品组合物及其制备方法》就通过添加乳化剂实现提高渗透性的效果。但乳化剂对皮肤有潜在的刺激性,并且由于此类方法均属于无选择性的促渗手段,不仅提高水分和功效成分的渗透效率,还会增加无需渗透、或者对皮肤有刺激性的物质的渗透,是引起护肤品制剂客诉率变高的潜在因素。
因此,开发研制高效、无刺激性、无乳化剂、无酒精且对水分渗透率有一定选择性提升的组合物具有重要的意义,一方面可以提高补水制剂的补水效果,提高制剂肤感,另一方面该组合物可实现对水分的定向导入,温和度高,可应用于敏感肤质专用护肤品制剂、母婴专用护肤品制剂等领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种补水效果好,适合不同类型肤质的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物。

进一步地,所述的复合型水分补充剂包含至少50%的水以及1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-戊二醇,丙三醇中一种或多种形成的组合物;其中水用量为50~95wt%,所述1,3-丁二醇用量为0~48.8wt%,所述1,3-丙二醇用量为0~48.8wt%,所述1,2-戊二醇用量为0~48.8wt%,所述丙三醇用量为0~48.8wt%。
进一步地,所述的复合型水分补充剂为水、1,3-丁二醇和1,2-戊二醇的组合物,其中水的用量为55~75wt%,1,3-丁二醇的用量为10~30wt%,1,2-戊二醇的用量为10~30wt%。

进一步地,所述的离子调节剂包括氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾中一种或几种的组合物,所述氯化钾用量为0~3wt%、所述氯化钙用量为0~3wt%、所述氯化镁用量为0~3wt%、所述碳酸钠用量为0~3wt%、所述碳酸氢钠用量为0~3wt%、所述碳酸钾用量为0~3wt%、所述碳酸氢钾用量为0~3wt%。其中离子调节剂优选氯化钠、碳酸钠、氯化钾,所述的氯化钠用量为1~2wt%,碳酸钠用量为1~2wt%,氯化钾用量为1~2wt%。
进一步地,所述的防腐抑菌剂包括苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、氯苯甘醚中一种或几种的组合物,所述苯氧乙醇用量为0~1wt%、所述乙基己基甘油用量为0~1wt%、所述苯甲酸钠用量为0~1wt%、所述山梨酸钾用量为0~1wt%、所述氯苯甘醚用量为0~1wt%;其中防腐抑菌剂优选苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油1:1的组合或氯苯甘醚和乙基己基甘油1:1的组合。
进一步地,所述的抑菌助剂包括黄芩根提取物、金银花提取物、油橄榄叶提取物中的一种或几种的组合物,所述黄芩根提取物用量为0~0.5wt%、所述金银花提取物用量为0~0.5wt%、所述油橄榄叶提取物用量为0~0.5wt%。其中抑菌助剂优选黄芩根提取物用量为0.2~0.3wt%、油橄榄叶提取物用量为0.2~0.3wt%。
本发明提高水分渗透率的化妆品组合物的制备,是将上述所述组分在40℃下混合即可得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明以仿生技术为依据,采用4个手段来提高皮肤水分渗透效率,形成一种可有效提高皮肤水分渗透效率,且无酒精、无乳化剂的组合物。具体如下:
手段1:提供有效的水分源:通过水分和含羟基保湿剂的复配,为皮肤提供充足的水分源,且可降低水分的自然蒸发效率,让更多的水分留在皮肤角质层。
通过实验,发现通过均匀实验设计,水与1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-戊二醇,丙三醇等几种含羟基保湿剂的复配,既能起到快速补充水分的效果,又能起到一定的缓释,让皮肤得以在较长时间内补充水分。
手段2:提高皮肤自身的水合效率:水分接触皮肤以后,自然蒸发作用和与皮肤角质层发生水合作用同时存在,因此通过添加有效成分提高皮肤角质的水合效率,进一步减少自然蒸发作用引起的水分损耗是提高皮肤水分的有效手段;
通过实验,发现三甲基甘氨酸、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、水解透明质酸钠、尿囊素、γ-聚谷氨酸、泛醇、硫酸盐、腺苷、葡萄糖酸盐等几种成分的复配,有助于提高皮肤的水合效率,有利于提高水分与皮肤的结合,是有效的皮肤水合作用促进剂。且该搭配没有添加乙醇、氮酮、表面活性剂等传统促渗剂,更加安全温和。
手段3:提高皮肤自身的保水能力:皮肤长效的补水和自身的保水能力有较大的关系,单纯的通过外用制剂阻碍水分挥发效果不佳,因此需要从提高皮肤自身保水能力出发,减缓皮肤角质层水分的流失,让水分渗透效率提高的同时亦能实现长效渗透和补湿。
通过实验,发现烟酸、叶酸、硫酸硫胺素、水解牛奶蛋白、啤酒蛋白提取物、生育酚乙酸酯、氢化卵磷脂中一种或几种成分的复配,可有效提高皮肤自身保水能力,维持皮肤屏障健康,实现皮肤水分含量的长效维持。
手段4:维持皮肤微环境的平衡:皮肤有自身适宜的微环境,如pH、离子浓度等,因此通过添加一定量的缓冲剂和离子调节剂来维持配方体系的pH、离子浓度等在一定范围内,提高储存稳定性且能够帮助皮肤调节自身微环境的平衡。
通过实验,发现柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠、乳酸/乳酸钠、苹果酸/苹果酸钠、磷酸及其钠盐和钾盐、氯化盐、碳酸盐中一种或几种的组合物可以有效维持体系的pH和离子浓度的平衡,减少外界环境对体系的影响,为产品的储存稳定性和皮肤微环境的维持起到良好的效果。
本发明采用以上4个手段的联用,起到提高皮肤对水分的渗透效率的效果,且通过实验发现,无论是复合型水分补充剂、皮肤水合促进剂、皮肤保水能力修复剂、缓冲剂或离子调节剂单独使用都无法提高水分在皮肤中的渗透效率,但将4个手段进行共同执行后呈现较好的加成效果,由此也说明,本发明中4手段之间存在协同作用,缺一不可,有效地改善了皮肤表面的水合效果,且表现出选择性渗透及扩散作用。
特别的,本发明在提高水分效率的同时,亦十分关注防腐剂对皮肤的刺激问题。由于配方中存在水分以及滋养型成分,有利于微生物的生长,这其中包括有害微生物如霉菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等对于皮肤的健康十分不利,需要添加防腐剂来抑制此类有害微生物的生长,因此采用了目前业界较为常见的苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、氯苯甘醚来实现抑制有害微生物生长的效果,但此类防腐剂对皮肤有一定的刺激,即使是目前较为主流的新型防腐剂苯氧乙醇亦存在刺激皮肤发红发烫等不良反应的报道,因此本发明在保证抑菌效果的同时,添加了天然植物提取物,如黄芩根提取物、油橄榄叶提取物、金银花提取物等作为防腐助剂。在实验中,发现,此类带有抗氧化、抑菌效果的纯植物提取物,与传统化学型防腐剂复配能够提高防腐效果的同时,进一步的降低化学型防腐剂的用量,且能够额外赋予产品减少刺激的效果。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
本发明选用的各种原料均为市售产品。下面各实施例中提高水分渗透率的化妆品组合物的制备,是将各组分在40℃下混合即得。

效果实施例:选取30名受试者参加测试,按照干性皮肤、油性皮肤、中性皮肤类型分为3组。试验前,受试者统一清洁双手背面,并在测量区域标记,试验区域面积为2cm×2cm,进行不同实施例样品的喷涂测试,记录不同时间条件下的皮肤角质层水分值;
在实验区域内涂抹产品,产品用量为(0.01~0.015)g;使用皮肤水分含量测试探头
对第0min、2min、第5min、第10min进行皮肤角质层水分含量测试,结果记为nmin(n=2、5、10),每个实验点测量三次,取平均值,结果如表1所示。

从上表数据可以看出:对比实施例1、2与实施例17、18对比发现通过水分和含羟基保湿剂的复配,为皮肤提供充足的水分源,且可降低水分的自然蒸发效率,让更多的水分留在皮肤角质层。
对比实施例3、4与实施例19对比发现皮肤水合促进剂几种成分的复配,有助于提高皮肤的水合效率,有利于提高水分与皮肤的结合,是有效的皮肤水合作用促进剂。
对比实施例5~9与实施例20对比无论是复合型水分补充剂、皮肤水合促进剂、皮肤保水能力修复剂、缓冲剂或离子调节剂单独使用都无法提高水分在皮肤中的渗透效率,但将4个手段进行共同执行后呈现呈现较好的加成效果,实现由此也说明,本发明中4手段之间存在协同作用,缺一不可,有效地改善了皮肤表面的水合效果,且表现出选择性渗透及扩散作用。
表2为实施例20与对比实施例10、11菌落培养的结果对比,测试方法参考参考《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版),其中对于菌落的指标如下:

由表2可知,本发明中防腐剂符合标准,且在相同添加量下实施例20效果优于对比实施例10、11。
表3为实施例20与对比实施例10、11人体皮肤斑贴实验结果
斑试方法:选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴实验方法,将受试物约0.020g~0.025g涂于斑试器内,外用专用胶带贴敷于受试者前臂曲侧,24小时后去除受试物,于去除受试物斑试器后30min,待压痕消失后观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中皮肤反应分组标准记录其结果。

由表3可知,与传统化学型防腐剂复配能够提高防腐效果的同时,进一步的降低化学型防腐剂的用量,且能够额外赋予产品减少刺激的效果。
由表2可知,本发明中防腐剂符合标准,且在相同添加量下效果优于对比实施例6。

Claims (10)

1.一种提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,包括下述重量百分比的组分:

2.根据权利要求1所述的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的复合型水分补充剂包含至少50%的水以及1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-戊二醇,丙三醇中一种或多种形成的组合物;其中水用量为50~95wt%,所述1,3-丁二醇用量为0~48.8wt%,所述1,3-丙二醇用量为0~48.8wt%,所述1,2-戊二醇用量为0~48.8wt%,所述丙三醇用量为0~48.8wt%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的复合型水分补充剂为水、1,3-丁二醇和1,2-戊二醇的组合物,其中水的用量为55~75wt%,1,3-丁二醇的用量为10~30wt%,1,2-戊二醇的用量为10~30wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的皮肤水合促进剂包括三甲基甘氨酸、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、水解透明质酸钠、尿囊素、γ-聚谷氨酸、泛醇、硫酸镁、硫酸钾、硫酸锌、腺苷、葡萄糖酸钠、葡萄糖酸钾、葡萄糖酸锌中一种或几种的组合物,所述三甲基甘氨酸用量为0~29wt%,所述吡咯烷酮羧酸钠用量为0~29wt%,所述水解透明质酸钠用量为0~29wt%,所述尿囊素用量为0~29wt%,所述γ-聚谷氨酸用量为0~29wt%,所述泛醇用量为0~29wt%,所述硫酸镁用量为0~29wt%,所述硫酸锌用量为0~29wt%,所述腺苷用量为0~29wt%,所述葡萄糖酸钠用量为0~29wt%,所述葡萄糖酸锌用量为0~29wt%。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的皮肤水合促进剂为三甲基甘氨酸、水解透明质酸钠、尿囊素、泛醇、硫酸镁、腺苷中几种的混合物,所述三甲基甘氨酸用量为10~15wt%,所述水解透明质酸钠用量为10~15wt%,所述尿囊素用量为10~15wt%,所述泛醇用量为10~15wt%,所述硫酸镁用量为10~15wt%,所述腺苷用量为10~15wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的皮肤保水能力修复剂包括烟酸、叶酸、盐酸硫胺素、水解牛奶蛋白、啤酒蛋白提取物、生育酚乙酸酯、氢化卵磷脂中的一种或几种的混合物,所述烟酸用量为0~10wt%,所述叶酸用量为0~10wt%,所述盐酸硫胺素用量为0~10wt%,所述水解牛奶蛋白用量0~10wt%,所述啤酒蛋白提取物用量为0~10wt%,所述生育酚乙酸酯用量为0~10wt%,所述氢化卵磷脂用量为0~10wt%。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的皮肤保水能力修复剂包括烟酸、叶酸、盐酸硫胺素、水解牛奶蛋白的一种或几种的组合物,所述烟酸用量为4~6wt%,所述叶酸用量为4~6wt%,所述盐酸硫胺素用量为4~6wt%,所述水解牛奶蛋白用量4~6wt%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的缓冲剂为弱酸及其强碱盐的配合物,即酸和盐以配对形式添加,具体包括柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠、苹果酸/苹果酸钠、乳酸/乳酸钠、磷酸/磷酸氢二钾、磷酸/磷酸二氢钾、磷酸/磷酸氢二钠、磷酸/磷酸二氢钠中一种或几种的组合物,所述柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠用量为0~3wt%,所述苹果酸/苹果酸钠用量为0~3wt%,所述乳酸/乳酸钠用量为0~3wt%,所述磷酸/磷酸氢二钾用量为0~3wt%、所述磷酸/磷酸二氢钾用量为0~3wt%、所述磷酸/磷酸氢二钠用量为0~3wt%、所述磷酸/磷酸二氢钠用量为0~3wt%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的离子调节剂包括氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾中一种或几种的组合物,所述氯化钾用量为0~3wt%、所述氯化钙用量为0~3wt%、所述氯化镁用量为0~3wt%、所述碳酸钠用量为0~3wt%、所述碳酸氢钠用量为0~3wt%、所述碳酸钾用量为0~3wt%、所述碳酸氢钾用量为0~3wt%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的提高水渗透效率的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的防腐抑菌剂包括苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、氯苯甘醚中一种或几种的组合物,所述苯氧乙醇用量为0~1wt%、所述乙基己基甘油用量为0~1wt%、所述苯甲酸钠用量为0~1wt%、所述山梨酸钾用量为0~1wt%、所述氯苯甘醚用量为0~1wt%;
所述的抑菌助剂包括黄芩根提取物、金银花提取物、油橄榄叶提取物中的一种或几种的组合物,所述黄芩根提取物用量为0~0.5wt%、所述金银花提取物用量为0~0.5wt%、所述油橄榄叶提取物用量为0~0.5wt%。
