技术领域
本发明涉及一种日化用品技术领域,特别涉及一种补水控油喷雾及其制备方法。
背景技术
油性皮肤是困扰现代人的常见皮肤问题,油性皮肤由于油脂分泌旺盛,容易造成毛孔堵塞,导致黑头、粉刺,影响肌肤的通透性,因此油性肌肤长痘是很正常的事情,同时会伴随黑头、毛孔粗大、水油不平衡、皮肤粗糙等肌肤问题出现。同时,油性皮肤外观暗黄,皮肤偏酸性,弹性较差,易衰老。皮肤易吸收紫外线,从而对皮肤伤害很大。
控油的机理有目前市面上有超过八成以上的控油产品以水杨酸作为控油的主成分。水杨酸的控油机理是角质剥离溶解作用,水杨酸对角质以及角质栓塞具有很好的溶解作用,通过剥离角质和疏通毛孔,使产生的油脂更顺畅地排出到皮肤表面。但是这样的控油产品会带来皮肤角质层变薄、干燥缺水、脱皮等问题,从而给肌肤带来一定的损害。如何在控油的同时给皮肤提供足够的保湿,成为目前亟待解决的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种补水控油喷雾,具有控油、补水的效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种补水控油喷雾,包含以下重量百分比的原料:
丁二醇:2.00-10.00%;
透明质酸钠:0.03-0.30%;
烟酰胺:0.05-0.50%;
稳定剂:0.04-0.80%;
表面活性剂:0.30-0.80%;
生育酚乙酸酯:0.05-0.80%;
对羟基苯乙酮:0.10-0.80%;
1,2-己二醇:0.30-2.00%;
第一皮肤调理剂:0.02-2.00%;
第二皮肤调理剂;0.02-2.00%;
余量为水;
所述第一皮肤调理剂中包括黄瓜果提取物,其占第一皮肤调理剂的重量百分数为2.00-6.00%;
所述第二皮肤调理剂中包括硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯和咖啡因,占第二皮肤调理剂的重量百分数分别为8-10%和2-6%。
水、丁二醇构成溶剂体系,两者完全混溶,丁二醇属于多元醇,其上包含的羟基与水形成氢键从而抓取水分子,具有锁水保湿的功效。同时,丁二醇属于小分子醇类,能够帮助有效成分更好地渗透到肌肤里面。
透明质酸钠是高分子强效保湿剂,可吸收其本身重量1000倍水分,使得喷雾具有良好的保湿性能,减少肌肤干燥、脱皮等过敏现象。1,2-己二醇是小分子保湿剂,与透明质酸钠一起,共同构成喷雾的高效保湿成分。同时1,2-己二醇还是很好的渗透助剂,帮助有效成分渗透到皮肤中。
烟酰胺具有一定抗炎功效,研究显示,用含4%的烟酰胺药膏与含1%的外用克林霉素药膏进行对照实验,结果显示在经过8周治疗后,烟酰胺在对痤疮的改善、发炎病灶数的减少等方面的效果超过克林霉素20%。因此,烟酰胺的加入可以缓解油性皮肤带来的粉刺、炎症等问题。同时,烟酰胺还可以强化表皮保湿屏障,调节皮脂分泌的效果,从而达到控油保湿的效果。
生育酚乙酸酯是维生素E的衍生物,与维生素E相似,在机体新陈代谢过程中有防止细胞膜和细胞内不饱和脂肪酸等易氧化物被氧化,从而保护细胞膜的完整进而防止衰老的作用。同时,作为体内抗氧化剂,可以消除体内自由基,减少紫外线对人体的伤害。
黄瓜果提取物具有保湿补水的功效,同时还能舒缓镇定肌肤,收敛毛孔之功效,从而达到控油补水的效果,有效改善油性肌肤。咖啡因,能够调节肌肤水分循环,同时还有抗氧化、抗炎的功效。

进一步优选为:稳定剂包括以下重量百分比的原料:氯化钾:0.01-0.20%;氯化钙:0.01-0.20%;氯化镁:0.01-0.20%;氯化钠:0.01-0.20%。
氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、氯化钠共同构成喷雾的稠化剂和稳定剂。氯化钠具有调整油水分层速度的作用,氯化钙具有收敛毛孔的功效,有助于减少油脂的分泌,具有一定的控油功效。
进一步优选为:第一皮肤调理剂包括如下重量百分数的原料:水:84.5%;丁二醇:10%;黄瓜果提取物:5%;苯氧乙醇:0.5%。
进一步优选为:第二皮肤调理剂包括如下重量百分比的原料:硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯:8%;咖啡因:2%;丁二醇:89%;羟苯甲酸钠:0.2%;羟苯丙酯:0.3%;山梨酸:0.5%。
进一步优选为:表面活性剂包括椰油醇聚醚-7、PPG-1-PEG-9月桂二醇醚、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油中的一种或多种。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种补水控油喷雾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将乳化锅清洗消毒并烘干,取配方量的水,投入乳化锅,加热至78-82℃,保温30-40min;
S2、将表面活性剂和生育酚乙酸酯混合均匀,备用;
S3:在搅拌条件下将步骤S1中的乳化锅降温至50℃,依次投入配方量的丁二醇、透明质酸钠、烟酰胺、稳定剂、步骤S2中的混合物、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、第一皮肤调理剂、第二皮肤调理剂,搅拌均匀。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、由耐寒耐热性试验结果可知,在24h内,实施例1-12的补水控油喷雾均未出现明显变化,说明具有良好的耐寒耐热性能;表面活性剂的加入对提高喷雾的耐寒耐热性具有关键的作用;
2、由耐寒耐热挑战性试验结果可知,椰油醇聚醚-7、PPG-1-PEG-9月桂二醇醚、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油这三种表面活性剂的复配使得补水控油喷雾具有优异的耐寒性和耐热性能;
3、根据皮肤含油量和含水量试验结果可知,本发明的补水控油喷雾具有良好的控油和补水的效果,将第一皮肤调理剂和第二皮肤调理剂复配,加入喷雾中,能够得到兼具控油效果和补水效果的喷雾,与单独使用相比,两者复配其补水效果和控油效果均得到了提升;
4、本发明的主要活性成分黄瓜果提取物和咖啡因均可提取自纯天然植物,天然温和不刺激。

实施例1-7:一种补水控油喷雾,采用如下工艺制备得到:
S1、将乳化锅清洗消毒并烘干,取配方量的水,投入乳化锅,加热至78-82℃,保温30-40min;
S2、将表面活性剂和生育酚乙酸酯混合均匀,备用;
S3:在搅拌条件下将步骤S1中的乳化锅降温至50℃,依次投入配方量的丁二醇、透明质酸钠、烟酰胺、稳定剂、步骤S2中的混合物、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、第一皮肤调理剂、第二皮肤调理剂,搅拌均匀;
其中,第一皮肤调理剂包括如下重量百分数的原料:水:84.5%;丁二醇:10%;黄瓜果提取物:5%;苯氧乙醇:0.5%;第二皮肤调理剂包括如下重量百分比的原料:硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯:8%;咖啡因:2%;丁二醇:89%;羟苯甲酸钠:0.2%;羟苯丙酯:0.3%;山梨酸:0.5%;表面活性剂为椰油醇聚醚-7、PPG-1-PEG-9月桂二醇醚、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油的复配物,三者在复配物中占的重量百分比分别为:50%,35%,15%。
实施例8:一种补水控油喷雾,与实施例2的区别在于,第一皮肤调理剂包括如下重量百分数的原料:水:83.7%;丁二醇:12%;黄瓜果提取物:2%;苯氧乙醇:0.3%;第二皮肤调理剂包括如下重量百分比的原料:硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯:10%;咖啡因:6%;丁二醇:82.3%;羟苯甲酸钠:0.4%;羟苯丙酯:0.5%;山梨酸:0.8%。
实施例9:一种补水控油喷雾,与实施例2的不同之处在于第一皮肤调理剂包括如下重量百分数的原料:水:85.5%;丁二醇:10%;黄瓜果提取物:6%;苯氧乙醇:0.5%;第二皮肤调理剂包括如下重量百分比的原料:硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯:8%;咖啡因:2%;丁二醇:89%;羟苯甲酸钠:0.2%;羟苯丙酯:0.3%;山梨酸:0.5%。
实施例10:一种补水控油喷雾,与实施例2的不同之处在于,表面活性剂中用椰油醇聚醚-7代替PPG-1-PEG-9月桂二醇醚和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油。
实施例11:一种补水控油喷雾,与实施例2的不同之处在于,表面活性剂中用PPG-1-PEG-9月桂二醇醚代替椰油醇聚醚-7和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油。
实施例12:一种补水控油喷雾,与实施例2的不同之处在于,表面活性剂中用PEG-40氢化蓖麻油代替椰油醇聚醚-7和PPG-1-PEG-9月桂二醇醚。
对比例1:一种喷雾,与实施例2的不同之处在于,用水代替表面活性剂。
对比例2:一种喷雾,与实施例2的不同之处在于用第一皮肤调理剂代替第二皮肤调理剂。
对比例3:一种喷雾,与实施例2的不同之处在于用第二皮肤调理剂代替第一皮肤调理剂。

测试一:耐寒耐热性试验
(1)试验样品:分别以实施例1-12的补水控油喷雾以及对比例1为试验样品。
(2)试验内容:参照QBT2660-2004标准进行试验,耐寒试验:将每个试样分别倒入2支Ф20mm*120mm的试管内,使试样在试管内的高度约80mm,塞上干净的软木塞,将其中一支放入5±1℃的冰箱内,24h后取出,恢复室温后与另一支试管的试样目测比较。耐热试验:将每个试样分别倒入2支Ф20mm*120mm的试管内,使试样在试管内的高度约80mm,塞上干净的软木塞,将其中一支放入40±1℃的烘箱内,24h后取出,恢复室温后与另一支试管的试样目测比较。测试结果如表2所示。

(4)耐寒耐热挑战性试验:将实施例2、实施例10-12的样品继续放回冰箱或烘箱,每隔12h观察一次,直到出现固体析出或水油分层,记录所需的时间(加上之前的24h),结果如表3所示。

(5)结果分析:由耐寒耐热性试验结果可知,在24h内,实施例1-12的补水控油喷雾均未出现明显变化,具有良好的耐寒耐热性能。对比例1的喷雾在耐寒试验和耐热试验中分别出现了固体析出和水油分层现象,表明其耐寒性和耐热性均不佳。对比试验结果可知,表面活性剂的加入对提高喷雾的耐寒耐热性具有关键的作用。由后续的耐寒耐热挑战性试验结果可知,实施例2的补水控油喷雾比实施例10-12的补水控油喷雾具有更好的耐寒性和耐热性。优异的耐寒性和耐热性来自于三种表面活性剂的复配效果。
测试二:使用测试
(1)试验样品:选择实施例1-9以及对比例2-3为试验样品。
(2)试验人群选择:挑选同一生活区域,生活习性相近,皮肤状况相近的25-30岁成年女性受试者180名,其初始皮肤状态均为易出油肤质,且出油程度相近,随机分成12组,每组20人。
(3)试验内容:每个样品的测试对象为一组20人;受试者在每天早晚常规洗面奶洗去脸上脏物后,将受试物均匀喷涂于面部肌肤上,在试验期间不使用任何其他日化品。使用0、7、30天时,采用皮肤检测仪检测受试者的皮肤含油量和含水量。受试者皮肤含油量和含水量平均值参见表4。

根据皮肤含油量和含水量试验结果可知,经过30天的试用,试用本发明的实施例1-9的受试者皮肤含油量均得到下降,皮肤含水量上升,说明本发明的实施例1-9均具有良好的控油和补水的效果。对比实施例2-5的结果可知,随着第一皮肤调理剂和第二皮肤调理剂的用量增加,控油补水喷雾的控油效果和补水效果均得到提升,表明第一皮肤调理剂和第二皮肤调理剂的加入有利于提高喷雾的控油和补水效果。试用对比例2的喷雾,受试者皮肤含水量提高,说明对比例2具有良好的保湿效果,但是对比例2的控油效果不好。试用对比例3的喷雾,受试者皮肤含油量降低,说明对比例3具有良好的控油效果,但是对比例3的保湿效果不明显。将第一皮肤调理剂和第二皮肤调理剂复配,加入喷雾中,能够得到兼具控油效果和补水效果的喷雾。
