Abstract
本发明涉及一种含粉控油喷雾,其由下述质量百分比的组分构成:1.0‑2.0%的控油粉剂、0.1‑0.5%的悬浮增稠剂、0.4‑1.0%的助剂、2.0‑3.0%的保湿剂、0.1‑1.0%的防腐剂、余量为化妆品可接受的载体。本发明还涉及一种制备上述含粉控油喷雾的方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品领域,特别是涉及一种含粉控油喷雾和该含粉控油喷雾的制备方法。
背景技术
油性皮肤是困扰现代人的常见皮肤问题,油性皮肤由于油脂分泌旺盛,容易造成毛孔堵塞,导致黑头、粉刺,影响肌肤的通透性,因此油性肌肤长痘是很正常的事情,同时会伴随黑头、毛孔粗大、水油不平衡、皮肤粗糙等肌肤问题出现。同时,油性皮肤外观暗黄,皮肤偏酸性,弹性较差,易衰老,皮肤易吸收紫外线,从而对皮肤伤害很大。因此具有控油功能的喷雾产品因其使用便捷性而被广泛使用。但现有的具有控油功能的喷雾产品的控油效果不能令人满意。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种含粉控油喷雾,该含粉控油喷雾亲水性强,涂抹于皮肤后,水分易直接渗透皮肤,肤感上较为清爽,并且显著提高了控油效果。
一方面,本发明提供了一种含粉控油喷雾,由下述质量百分比的组分构成:
(A)1.0-2.0%的控油粉剂:
(B)0.1-0.5%的悬浮增稠剂;
(C)0.4-1.0%的助剂;
(D)2.0-3.0%的保湿剂;
(E)0.1-1.0%的防腐剂
(F)余量为化妆品可接受的载体。
其中,控油粉剂选用多孔型吸油颗粒。多孔型吸油剂为球形醋酸纤维素或多孔型甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球体中的至少一种。优选的,本发明选用多孔型甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球体,多孔型甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球体在本发明所记载的载体中能均匀分散,在载体和悬浮增稠剂的协同作用下,多孔型甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球体能长时间保持不聚集,有效提高了含粉控油喷雾的有效寿命。
在一实施例中,含粉控油喷雾采用的多孔型甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物,平均粒径为8微米,吸油值为1.2-2.4mL/g。
在一实施例中,含粉控油喷雾采用多孔型甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球体,多孔型甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球体选择性吸收油脂,该多孔型甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球体选用Sunjin Chemical的SUNPMMA-P。
悬浮增稠剂包括硅酸铝镁、硅酸钠镁锂、硅酸镁锂、硅酸镁钠、硅酸铝钠、硅酸铝钾、吡咯烷酮羧酸锌和黄原胶中的至少一种。若控油粉剂选用多孔型甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球体,则优选的,悬浮增稠剂选用硅酸钠镁锂,硅酸钠镁锂和载体能起到协同作用,使分散在载体中的控油粉剂长时间保持不聚集,提高了控油粉剂的稳定性。
助剂包括EDTA二钠、柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠。其中,柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠的作用是pH调节剂,EDTA二钠为螯合剂,添加助剂能有效提高含粉控油喷雾的体系稳定性。助剂的组分选择是基于含粉控油喷雾其他组分的选择,本发明中助剂将含粉控油喷雾的pH调节至符合人体皮肤接触的范围,同时,助剂各组分协同作用起到良好的pH调节及缓冲性能,使得含粉控油喷雾的其他组分能长时间保持稳定,有效提高了控油粉剂的稳定性。优选的,EDTA二钠,柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠的质量比为1:1:8。
保湿剂包括透明质酸钠、烟酰胺、泛醇和PCA钠。透明质酸钠是高分子强效保湿剂,可吸收其本身重量1000倍水分,使得喷雾具有良好的保湿性能,减少肌肤干燥、脱皮等过敏现象。烟酰胺具有一定抗炎功效,烟酰胺可以缓解油性皮肤带来的粉刺、炎症等问题,同时,烟酰胺还可以强化表皮保湿屏障,调节皮脂分泌的效果,从而达到控油保湿的效果。泛醇在皮肤内能转变成泛酸,泛醇对皮肤具有保湿、抗炎等作用。PCA钠能调节皮脂分泌量,强化角质功能,使肌肤自身具有保湿能力。优选的,透明质酸钠、烟酰胺、泛醇、PCA钠的质量比为3:100:50:100。
化妆品可接受的载体包括水(去离子水),还可包含一种或多种含水溶剂或有机溶剂。有机溶剂的例子包括但不限于:异山梨醇二甲基醚;豆蔻酸异丙酯;阳离子、阴离子和非离子性质的表面活性剂;链烷醇;二元醇和多元醇。二元醇的例子包括但不限于丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、辛二醇以及它们的共聚物或混合物。链烷醇的例子包括但不限于那些具有碳原子数为2-12的链烷醇,如异丙醇和乙醇。多元醇的例子包括但不限于那些具有碳原子数为2-15的多元醇,如丙二醇。在本发明中,基于含粉控油喷雾其他组分的选择,为了使得其他组分在载体中分散均匀并保持稳定性,本发明中载体的包括水、丁二醇、薄荷醇乳酸酯和1,2-己二醇。
在一实施例中,化妆品可接受的载体中,水和其他组分的质量比为30-38:1,其中薄荷醇乳酸酯、丁二醇、1,2-己二醇的质量比为1:100:25。
其中,水和丁二醇完全混溶,丁二醇属于二元醇,其上包含的羟基与水形成氢键从而抓取水分子,具有锁水保湿的功效。同时,丁二醇属于小分子醇类,能够帮助保湿剂更好地渗透到肌肤里面。
其中,1,2-己二醇是小分子保湿剂,1,2-己二醇既作为载体,也能与保湿剂中的透明质酸钠产生协同作用,共同构成含粉控油喷雾的高效保湿成分。同时1,2-己二醇还是很好的渗透助剂,帮助保湿剂渗透到皮肤中。
其中,泛醇具有极佳的溶解性以及稳定性,一方面可以增加其他组分的溶解性,另一方面又可以溶解皮肤表面的油膜层,加速保湿剂的渗透,显著增强控油保湿的效果。
其中,薄荷醇乳酸酯既作为载体,也作为清凉剂。因此,薄荷醇乳酸酯一方面可以保证含粉控油喷雾的稳定性,另一方面薄荷醇乳酸酯是一种薄荷衍生物,当含粉控油喷雾接触在皮肤表面时,随着喷雾液的雾化以及喷雾液滴在皮肤表面的润湿以及铺展,薄荷醇乳酸酯能让皮肤感到“凉感”,并且该“凉感”区别于灼烧感、刺激感和刺痛感。
本发明中,载体稳定性好,能有效溶解其他组分,使含粉控油喷雾长时间保持稳定,同时载体提高了保湿剂的透表皮吸收能力,延长了保湿剂的作用时间,增加了保湿剂的作用效果。
防腐剂包括辛酰羟肟酸,辛酰羟肟酸是一种能起到防腐作用的有机酸。加入辛酰羟肟酸能赋予含粉控油喷雾不易结晶,成膜快,相容性好的特点。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种制备上述含粉控油喷雾的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
S1,将水加入反应容器中,再加入控油粉剂和悬浮增稠剂,搅拌均匀;
S2,将薄荷醇乳酸酯、丁二醇、透明质酸钠和EDTA二钠加入反应容器中,搅拌均匀;
S3,将柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、烟酰胺、泛醇、PCA钠、1,2-己二醇和辛酰羟肟酸加入反应容器中,搅拌均匀。
制备的含粉控油喷雾在使用前需要摇匀,离面部10-15cm的距离喷洒即可。该含粉控油喷雾亲水性强,涂抹于皮肤后,水分易直接渗透皮肤,肤感上较为清爽,并且显著提高了控油效果,能让皮肤长时间感觉“清爽”。
本发明中,所记载的控油效果包括控油时长,即使用控油喷雾后,皮肤保持“清爽”感觉的持续时间。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案至少具有如下优点:
1、本申请提供的技术方案通过对组分的选择和组分间的配比的考量,在肤感上,既保留了水润轻盈,又同时起到控油和保湿的效果。为了使得皮肤长时间感觉“清爽”,至少需要在含粉控油喷雾的控油功能、保湿功能、稳定性之间达到平衡,本发明提供的含粉控油喷雾由控油粉剂起到控油功能、由保湿剂起到保湿功能,为了保持控油粉剂和保湿剂同时稳定共存并起到协同作用(使皮肤长时间感觉“清爽”),基于控油粉剂的组分配比、保湿剂的组分配比需要选择合适的悬浮增稠剂、助剂、载体和防腐剂。本发明提供的含粉控油喷雾为一个整体的技术方案,各组间互相影响,本发明提供的含粉控油喷雾能达到整体的稳定和起到控油保湿功效。
2、本发明通过选择合适的悬浮增稠剂、助剂、载体和防腐剂,得到的含粉控油喷雾在室温下可以长时间放置仍保持稳定,且不增加配方体系粘度,肤感轻盈且不黏腻,载体的组成能优化流变性能,使整体的混合溶液在经过容器的喷雾泵剪切后,粘度迅速下降,从而形成喷雾。
3、本发明提供控油粉剂与皮肤接触时能吸收并带走皮肤表面的油从而起到控油功能,通过悬浮增稠剂、助剂、载体和防腐剂的协同作用,将控油粉剂长久稳定的分散在水相中并且不聚集。
4、本发明提供的含粉控油喷雾,使用便捷,制作方式简易,且产品具有比较高的稳定性能。

其中,实施例1的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将水加入反应容器中,再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物和硅酸钠镁锂,搅拌10-15min;
S2,将薄荷醇乳酸酯、丁二醇、透明质酸钠和EDTA二钠加入反应容器中,搅拌均匀;
S3,将柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、烟酰胺、泛醇、PCA钠、1,2-己二醇和辛酰羟肟酸加入反应容器中,搅拌均匀,然后将混合物装入喷雾罐中制备得到含粉控油喷雾。
对比例1
本实施例提供一种控油喷雾,该控油喷雾与实施例1的区别是未加入控油粉剂(甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物),其他制备条件和方法与实施例1相同。
对比例2
本实施例提供一种控油喷雾,该控油喷雾与实施例1的区别是未加入保湿剂(透明质酸钠、烟酰胺、泛醇和PCA钠),其他制备条件和方法与实施例1相同。
对比例3
本实施例提供一种控油喷雾,该控油喷雾与实施例1的区别是未加入丁二醇、薄荷醇乳酸酯和1,2-己二醇,其他制备条件和方法与实施例1相同。
控油效果检测
选取90位油性或混合性皮肤的志愿者进行试验,使用时间为一天,将本发明实施例1-5提供的含粉控油喷雾及对比例1~3和市售的具有控油功能的喷雾产品分别喷涂在试验者的前额(每款喷雾的试验者为10人,记为一组),在室温下每隔30min喷涂一次,持续24h,然后对试验者的前额进行皮脂胶带分析(包括对皮脂腺活跃度和油脂分泌量两个指标),每组结果取中间值,结果如表2所示。

实验结果说明本发明所提供的含粉控油喷雾在整体组分的协同作用下具有良好的控油效果。
补水保湿效果评价
根据化妆品成分吸湿、保湿性能的差异,不同的保湿剂分子对水分子的作用力不同,吸收水分和保持水分的能力不同。吸湿作用力大的,对水分子结合力强,吸收和保持水分的量也比较大。利用胶带模仿角质层、表皮等的生物材料,在胶带上涂布化妆品,模拟实际化妆品的应用状况。在恒温恒湿的条件下一定时间后,称量样品放置前后的质量差,求出样品量的损失,可以计算出保湿成分保湿的效果。通过对比,分析评价实施例1~5和对比例1~3的保湿效果。检测包括如下步骤:
S1,称量11块贴有3M胶布的玻璃板重量M0(单位为g),分别记录,3块为空白对照,8块为样品试验;
S2,用移液枪取200μL样品滴加于贴有3M胶布的玻璃板上,用分析天平称量该重量M1(单位为g),将样品涂匀,将玻璃板放入要求的恒定湿度的干燥器,重复3次。将其余3块空白对照玻璃板一起放入恒定湿度的干燥器中。
S3,在放置4h、8h后,取出玻璃板,称量该玻璃板重量M2(单位为g),测试其保湿率及相对湿度率,称量后马上放入恒定湿度的干燥器中。
其中,保湿率计算公式:保湿率=(M2–M0)/(M1–M0)×100%。该检测方法能检测化妆品在相对湿度为60%时4h及8h内保湿率,测试结果如下表3所示。
从结果可知,实施例1~5的短时保湿效果和长效保湿效果显著优于对比例1~3的短时保湿效果和长效保湿效果,且实施例1的短时和长效保湿效果最佳。对比例1和对比实施例3中虽然也含有的保湿剂的成分,但由于其他组分的缺失,所取得保湿效果也不如实施例1~5,可见本发明所提供的含粉控油喷雾在整体组分的协同作用下具有良好的保湿效果。

1.一种含粉控油喷雾,其特征在于,由下述质量百分比的组分构成:1.0-2.0%的控油粉剂、0.1-0.5%的悬浮增稠剂、0.4-1.0%的助剂、2.0-3.0%的保湿剂、0.1-1.0%的防腐剂、余量为化妆品可接受的载体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含粉控油喷雾,其特征在于:所述控油粉剂为多孔型吸油颗粒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含粉控油喷雾,其特征在于:所述悬浮增稠剂包括硅酸铝镁、硅酸钠镁锂、硅酸镁锂、硅酸镁钠、硅酸铝钠、硅酸铝钾、吡咯烷酮羧酸锌和黄原胶中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含粉控油喷雾,其特征在于:所述控油粉剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含粉控油喷雾,其特征在于:所述悬浮增稠剂为硅酸钠镁锂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含粉控油喷雾,其特征在于:所述助剂包括EDTA二钠、柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含粉控油喷雾,其特征在于:所述保湿剂包括透明质酸钠、烟酰胺、泛醇和PCA钠。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含粉控油喷雾,其特征在于:所述载体包括水、丁二醇、薄荷醇乳酸酯和1,2-己二醇。
9.一种制备权利要求8所述的含粉控油喷雾的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,将水加入反应容器中,再加入所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物和所述硅酸钠镁锂,搅拌均匀;
S2,将所述薄荷醇乳酸酯、所述丁二醇、所述透明质酸钠和所述EDTA二钠加入反应容器中,搅拌均匀;
S3,将所述柠檬酸、所述柠檬酸钠、所述烟酰胺、所述泛醇、所述PCA钠、所述1,2-己二醇和所述防腐剂加入反应容器中,搅拌均匀。
