发明内容
一种托板包括塑料顶板和竹质底板。竹质底板包括多个竹板。多个支撑块耦接在所述竹质底板与所述塑料顶板之间,而且在竹质底板与塑料顶板之间形成间隙,用于接受举升件。
每一个竹板可包括层叠在一起的多个竹条。每一个竹板还可包括添加到多个竹条上的塑料复合物。每一个竹条的方向可与相邻竹条的方向正交。
在其他实施例,每一个竹板可包括顶部、底部以及在顶部与底部之间的至少一个中间部。顶部可包括层叠在一起的多个竹条,而且多个竹条在第一方向上延伸。类似地,底部可包括层叠在一起的多个竹条,而且多个竹条在第一方向上延伸。至少一个中间部可包括层叠在一起的多个竹条,而且多个竹条在不同于第一方向的第二方向上延伸。第二方向可与第一方向正交或交叉。

支撑块50、60在顶板30与底板40之间形成用于接受举升件的间隙。举升件可以是叉式举升机(forklift)或托板起重机(pallet jack)的金属叉齿。顶板30还被称为载货层,而底板40还被称为基底层。
图2中提供混成托板20的分解图。顶板30形成为一件且包括插在其内用于支撑的金属杆或条32。一件式顶板30还可被称为单体顶板。
金属条32穿有孔34。顶板30也包括穿孔36。孔34、36不损害顶板30的耐久性。如果不添加用于支撑的金属条,则顶板为提供所需的支撑需要更厚。穿孔34在与顶板30的上表面正交的方向上延伸。
底板40包括一对隔开的端部甲板42和在端部甲板42之间延伸的一对隔开的连接板44。底板40还包括在端部甲板42之间延伸的中间连接板46。连接板44和中间连接板46与端部甲板42正交。
底板40中的板42、44、46中的每一个包括由竹竿切割成的层叠的竹条或板条。通过将层叠竹条压在一起,形成竹板42、44、46。可对层叠竹条添加塑料复合物,塑料复合物和层叠竹条在高压下被压在一起。
为提高耐久性,可形成竹板42、44、46,使得当层叠时每一个竹条与相邻竹条正交。作为另一种选择,竹板42、44、46可形成为一层按部分层叠在一起的竹条。例如,竹板42、44、46分别具有顶部和底部以及至少一个中间部,并且至少一个中间部中的竹条的方向可与顶部和底部中竹条的方向十字交叉或正交。
连接板44与端部甲板42之间的接合可以是标准的或斜面的。在标准接合中,每一个连接板44的端部与端部甲板42的侧面对接。作为另一种选择,端部甲板42的端部与每一个连接板44的侧面对接。在斜面接合中,连接板44的端部与端部甲板42的端部以45度角接合。除此之外,连接板44与端部甲板42之间的接合可以是阶梯式的(即,切口式的),以进一步提高底板40的耐久性。
如上所述,支撑块50、60可由木材、塑料、木材/塑料复合物、或金属形成。当由木材塑料复合材料形成时,支撑块50、60中的每一个包括例如木材纤维、塑料以及纸的混合物。实例性复合物为20%木材纤维、60%塑料以及20%纸。这个实例性复合物是出于说明性目的,而没有限制性。
木材、塑料或木材/塑料复合物支撑块50、60一般来说全部具有矩形形状。当支撑块50、60由金属形成时,每一个支撑块一般来说是C型或U型的。
支撑块50与端部甲板42和连接板44或中间连接板46中的任何一个接触,而支撑块60仅与连接板44或中间连接板46中的一个接触。与支撑块60相比,支撑块50的尺寸较大。在其他实施例中,支撑块50、60的尺寸可以相等。
例示的每一个支撑块50包括部分地从支撑块50的多个侧54中的一个侧54延伸到相对侧56的凹槽或凹斗(scoop)。更具体地说,支撑块50包括上表面、下表面以及在上表面与下表面之间延伸的第一对相对侧和第二对相对侧。凹槽52形成在多个侧54中的一个侧54中。凹槽52不是一直贯通延伸到相对侧56的。凹槽52不损害耐久性。每一个支撑块50的角部可以是弯曲的或是被倒角的。
其内形成有凹槽52的侧54包括围绕凹槽52的外露壁。凹槽52包括底表面和相邻侧表面,而且相邻侧表面不与外露壁和底表面正交或成角度。作为另一种选择,凹槽52内的相邻侧表面可与外露壁和底表面正交或垂直。
在内部形成有凹槽52的支撑块50的优点在于每一个凹槽52有助于叉式举升机操作员使混成托板20旋转。托板的旋转被称为针轮式旋转(pin wheeling)。为使混成托板20针轮式旋转,叉式举升机操作员使用叉式举升机的尖锐金属叉齿中的一个接触多个支撑块50中的一个支撑块50的凹槽52。凹槽52允许叉齿卡紧混成托板20,以使其旋转90度。
支撑块60包括不损害耐久性的开口62。与凹槽52不同,第一开口62完全贯通相对侧壁64延伸,而第二开口63完全贯通相对侧壁65延伸。更具体地说,支撑块60包括:上表面;下表面;第一对相对侧64,其在上表面与下表面之间延伸且具有延伸穿过第一对相对侧64的第一开口62;以及第二对相对侧65,其在上表面与下表面之间延伸且具有延伸穿过第二对相对侧65且与第一开口62交叉的第二开口63。每一个支撑块60的角部可以是弯曲的或被倒角。
可使用螺栓将顶板30固定到所例示的支撑块50、60上。可使用钉子将底板40固定到所例示的支撑块50、60上。如果支撑块50、60由金属制成,则使用螺栓将底板40固定到金属支撑块上。
当支撑块50、60由木材、塑料或木材塑料复合材料制成时,支撑块50中的凹槽52和支撑块60中的开口62、63允许使用弯尖钉。定位钉枪,使得钉枪的一部分低于底板40,且钉枪的一部分在凹槽52或开口62、63内,使得在弯尖钉被射入底板40内时,弯尖钉的尖端露在凹槽52或开口62、63内,而且然后,露出的尖端被弯入支撑块50、60内。
在替代实施例中,可配置混成托板20,使得顶板30由竹材形成,而底板40由塑料形成。支撑块50、60不限于任何特定材料。
现在参考图8,讨论说明用于制造混成托板20的方法的流程图100。从开始(步骤102),该方法包括在步骤104形成塑料顶板30以及在步骤106形成竹质底板40,竹质底板40包括多个竹板42、44、46。在步骤108,形成多个支撑块50、60。该方法进一步包括在步骤110将多个支撑块50、60耦接于竹质底板40与塑料顶板30之间。在竹质底板40与塑料顶板30之间形成用于接受举升件的间隙。该方法在步骤112结束。
绝大多数托板主要由诸如木材及塑料的材料构成。木材托板在成本方面有优势,但重量可能相对较重。塑料托板更容易模制,且比木材托板更耐久且重量较轻。然而,塑料托板的缺点是比木材托板更昂贵。如上所述的混成托板20解决了这些顾虑。
得益于前面的描述和有关附图中阐述的教导的本技术领域中的熟练技术人员会想到本发明的许多修改和其他实施例。因此,应当理解,本发明并不限于所公开的具体实施例,而且修改和实施例旨在包括于所附权利要求的范围内。
Claims (18)
1.一种托板,包括:
塑料顶板;
竹质底板,所述竹质底板包括:
一对竹质端部甲板;
一对竹质连接板,所述对竹质连接板在所述对竹质端部甲板之间延伸;以及
中间竹质连接板,所述中间竹质连接板在所述对竹质端部甲板之间延伸,而且所述中间竹质连接板和所述竹质连接板正交于所述竹质端部甲板;以及
多个支撑块,所述多个支撑块耦接在所述竹质底板与所述塑料顶板之间,而且在所述竹质底板与所述塑料顶板之间形成间隙,用于接受举升件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中每一个竹板包括层叠在一起的多个竹条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的托板,其中每一个竹板还包括添加到所述多个竹条上的塑料复合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的托板,其中每一个竹条的方向与相邻竹条的方向正交。
5.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中每一个竹板包括:
顶部,所述顶部包括层叠在一起的多个竹条,而且所述多个竹条在第一方向上延伸;
底部,所述底部包括层叠在一起的多个竹条,而且所述多个竹条在所述第一方向上延伸;以及
在所述顶部与所述底部之间的至少一个中间部,所述至少一个中间部包括层叠在一起的多个竹条,而且所述多个竹条在不同于所述第一方向的第二方向上延伸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的托板,其中所述第二方向与所述第一方向处于正交和交叉中的至少一个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述对竹质端部甲板与所述对竹质连接板之间的各自接合是斜接合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述多个支撑块中的至少一个支撑块包括:
上表面;
下表面;以及
第一对相对侧和第二对相对侧,所述第一对相对侧和所述第二对相对侧在所述上表面与所述下表面之间延伸,而且所述侧中的一个具有形成在内以用于接受所述举升件的端部从而允许所述托板自旋的凹槽。
9.根据权利要求8所述的托板,还包括至少一个弯尖钉,所述至少一个弯尖钉延伸穿过所述多个竹板中的一个竹板且进入所述至少一个支撑块中的所述凹槽内。
10.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述支撑块中的至少一个支撑块包括:
上表面;
下表面;
第一对相对侧,所述第一对相对侧在所述上表面与所述下表面之间延伸且具有延伸穿过所述第一对相对侧的第一开口;以及
第二对相对侧,所述第二对相对侧在所述上表面与所述下表面之间延伸且具有延伸穿过所述第二对相对侧且与所述第一开口交叉的第二开口。
11.根据权利要求10所述的托板,还包括至少一个弯尖钉,所述至少一个弯尖钉延伸穿过所述多个竹板中的一个竹板且进入所述至少一个支撑块中的所述第一开口或所述第二开口内。
12.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中每一个支撑块包括木材、塑料、木材和塑料复合物以及金属中的至少一个。
13.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述塑料顶板包括单体塑料顶板。
14.根据权利要求13所述的托板,其中所述单体塑料顶板包括插入其中以用于支撑的多个金属条,而且每一个金属条包括贯穿延伸于其中的穿孔,而且所述穿孔在与所述塑料顶板的上表面正交的方向上延伸。
15.一种用于制造托板的方法,包括:
形成塑料顶板;
形成竹质底板,所述竹质底板包括:
一对竹质端部甲板;
一对竹质连接板,所述对竹质连接板在所述对竹质端部甲板之间延伸;以及
中间竹质连接板,所述中间竹质连接板在所述对竹质端部甲板之间延伸,而且所述中间竹质连接板和所述竹质连接板正交于所述竹质端部甲板;
形成多个支撑块;以及
在所述竹质底板与所述塑料顶板之间耦接所述多个支撑块,而且在所述竹质底板与所述塑料顶板之间形成间隙,用于接受举升件。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中每一个竹板包括层叠在一起的多个竹条。
17.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中每一个竹板包括:
顶部,所述顶部包括层叠在一起的多个竹条,而且所述多个竹条在第一方向上延伸;
底部,所述底部包括层叠在一起的多个竹条,而且所述多个竹条在所述第一方向上延伸;以及
在所述顶部与所述底部之间的至少一个中间部,所述至少一个中间部包括层叠在一起的多个竹条,而且所述多个竹条在不同于所述第一方向的第二方向上延伸。
18.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述对竹质端部甲板与所述对竹质连接板之间的各自接合是斜接合。
