Abstract
The invention provides a batten connector and a tile hanging connecting assembly, wherein the batten connector comprises: the connector comprises a connector body and clamping parts formed at two ends of the connector body; the connector body has a compression face, and the clamping portion at either end includes: the connecting part and the bending parts extending out of the edges of the two sides of the connecting part are oppositely arranged, and the connecting part and the bending parts on the two sides enclose a clamping and fastening space. The batten connecting piece is used for realizing groove cutting connection and fixing the batten when the batten is embedded, providing pulling and falling resistant fixing force for the batten, providing continuous connection for the groove cutting of the T-shaped component, bearing the load in the full-dimensional direction and providing the special connection function with various components, thereby obtaining an economic and safe roof system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of roof construction, in particular to a tile hanging strip connecting piece and a tile hanging connecting assembly.
Background
At present, the slope tile roof adopted by a building roof is still regarded as the safest and reliable rain-proof roof method, and the safety is that slope drainage can quickly remove precipitation on the roof, if the roof is drained, no leakage exists if no water exists; the ceramic tile can be used safely for hundreds of years due to the durability and weather resistance of the inorganic material.
However, as modern building technology has emerged domestically, the existing tile roofing systems have the following problems:
1) introducing a flat tile and batten tile hanging system, and neglecting a basic structure and a safety protection system;
2) the tile roof on the concrete structure base layer has the common problems of high water leakage and difficult treatment, the tile is fragile, the wind uncovering resistance is insufficient, the tile falls off and slips, and the roof is difficult to maintain;
3) the roof system has short service life, high energy consumption, low safety guarantee level and difficult maintenance, and the whole system needs to be rebuilt almost when being updated.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a further solution to the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a batten connecting piece and a tile hanging connecting assembly to overcome the defects in the prior art.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a batten connector comprising: the connector comprises a connector body and clamping parts formed at two ends of the connector body;
the connector body has a compression face, and the clamping portion at either end includes: the connecting part and the bending parts extending out of the edges of the two sides of the connecting part are oppositely arranged, and the connecting part and the bending parts on the two sides enclose a clamping and fastening space.
As an improvement of the batten connector, the connector body and the clamping parts at two ends are an integral piece.
As an improvement of the batten connector of the invention, the clamping part is connected with the connector body through a bending part which is inclined downwards along the length direction of the batten connector.
As an improvement of the batten connecting piece, the edges of the two sides of the bending part are gradually close to each other along the length direction of the batten connecting piece.

As an improvement of the batten connector of the invention, the cross section of the clamping part along the width direction of the batten connector is U-shaped.

the T-shaped member is provided with a clamping groove, the battens are embedded in the clamping groove and are vertical to the T-shaped member, the battens are tightly pressed by the battens through the connecting piece body of the battens, and the T-shaped member is clamped in the clamping fastening space and is clamped by the clamping part.
As an improvement of the tile hanging connection assembly of the present invention, the T-shaped member comprises: the device comprises a strip-shaped bottom plate and a strip-shaped vertical plate vertically connected to the middle of the strip-shaped bottom plate;

The batten connecting piece adopts a special steel plate to form a clamping part through molding and profiling, can be clamped and fixed on the circular rib of the T-shaped component, continuously connects the cutting grooves of the T-shaped component, has set connection strength and rigidity, realizes the purpose of pressing and fixing the batten in the T-shaped component and realizes the function of specific anchoring.
The tile hanging strip connecting piece is used as an accessory of the T-shaped component, so that the corresponding tile hanging system of the slope tile roof has excellent performances of resisting earthquake, preventing slipping, wind uncovering, resisting treading by a person and the like; the connecting piece is protected by corrosion-resistant materials, so that the service life of the connecting piece is consistent with that of a building, and social resources are saved to the greatest extent.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to various embodiments, but it should be understood that these embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art should be able to make modifications and substitutions on the functions, methods, or structures of these embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a batten connector as an accessory of a T-shaped member, so that the corresponding tile hanging system for a slope tile roof has excellent properties of earthquake resistance, falling resistance, wind uncovering resistance, stepping resistance and the like.
The batten connector 100 of this embodiment comprises: a connector body 101, and clamping portions 102 formed at both ends of the connector body 101. In order to protect the batten connecting piece, the surface coating can be carried out on the batten connecting piece, the anti-corrosion protection is carried out on the connecting piece by using the anti-corrosion material, the service life of the connecting piece can be consistent with that of the building, and social resources are saved to the greatest extent.
The connector body 101 has a compression face to compress battens secured to the T-shaped members. In one embodiment, the connector body 101 is a bar-shaped plate member.
The clamping portions 102 at both ends are used for achieving clamping fixation of the batten connector itself. The clamping portion 102 at either end includes: a connecting portion 1021 and a bending portion 1022 extending from two side edges of the connecting portion 1021. The bending portions 1022 are disposed oppositely, and the connecting portion 1021 and the bending portions 1022 on both sides form a clamping and fastening space. Thus, the T-shaped member can be clipped into the enclosed clamping and fastening space, and the bent portions 1022 on both sides of the clamping portion 102 can be tightly attached and clamped with the T-shaped member through deformation. In one embodiment the cross section of the clamping portion 102 in the width direction of the batten connector is U-shaped.
The clamping portion 102 is connected to the connector body 101 by a bent portion 1022 which is inclined downward in the length direction of the batten connector in order to fit the step between the batten and the T-shaped member. Thus, a height difference is formed between the clamping portion 102 and the connector body 101 to match the step. In addition, for the molding of the bent portions 1022 at both sides of the clamping portion 102, both side edges of the bent portions 1022 are gradually close along the length direction of the batten connecting piece.
As shown in fig. 3, the batten connector of this embodiment may be integrally bent from a steel plate 300 in a molding manner. At this time, the connector body 101 and the clamping portions 102 at both ends are an integral piece.
Another embodiment of the present invention also provides a tile hanging connection assembly that can be used for the laying of tiles on a roof tilt top to form a slope tile roof tile hanging system. At the moment, the batten connecting piece is used for realizing grooving connection and fixing the battens when the battens are embedded, and realizing the purposes of providing drawing-resistant and falling-resistant fixing force for the battens, providing continuous connection for the grooving of T-shaped components, bearing the load in the full-dimensional direction and providing the function of special connection with various components, thereby obtaining an economic and safe roof system.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the hanging tile connecting assembly 200 of the present embodiment includes: t-shaped members 201, battens 202, and batten connectors 100 as described above.
The battens 202 are used for laying and fixing tiles on a pitched roof, and in a formed pitched roof tile hanging system, a plurality of parallel battens 202 and a plurality of T-shaped components 201 which are perpendicular to the battens and are connected with the battens 202 can be arranged.
Furthermore, a clamping groove is formed in the T-shaped member 201, the battens 202 are embedded in the clamping groove and are perpendicular to the T-shaped member 201, the battens 202 are pressed by the batten connecting piece 100 through the connecting piece body 101, and the T-shaped member 201 is clamped in the clamping fastening space and is clamped by the clamping portion 102. In one embodiment, the batten 202 is clamped to the T-shaped member 201 by two clamping grooves arranged in front and back.
Wherein the T-shaped member 201 comprises: a strip bottom plate 2011 and a strip vertical plate 2012 vertically connected to the middle of the strip bottom plate 2011. Meanwhile, a circular rib is formed at the upper end of the strip-shaped vertical plate 2012, and the bending parts at the two sides of the clamping part 102 are tightly attached to the circular rib through deformation.
Thus, the batten connector 100 is formed by molding and profiling a special steel plate to form the clamping part 102, can be clamped and fixed on the circular rib of the T-shaped member 201, continuously connects the cutting grooves of the T-shaped member 201, has set connection strength and rigidity, realizes the purpose of pressing and fixing the batten 202 in the T-shaped member 201, and realizes the function of specific anchoring.
In addition, in order to facilitate the plurality of T-shaped members 201 to be connected in series to form a whole, a row of through holes are formed on the T-shaped members 201 at intervals along the length direction of the T-shaped members. In this manner, a cord 203 may be threaded through each T-shaped member to interconnect each T-shaped member 201.
In conclusion, the batten connecting piece disclosed by the invention is used for realizing groove cutting connection and fixing the batten when the batten is embedded, providing pulling and falling resistant fixing force for the batten and continuous connection for the grooves of the T-shaped component, bearing the load in the full-dimensional direction and providing a special connection function with various components, thereby obtaining an economic and safe roof system.

Claims (10)
1. A batten connector, comprising: the connector comprises a connector body and clamping parts formed at two ends of the connector body;
the connector body has a compression face, and the clamping portion at either end includes: the connecting part and the bending parts extending out of the edges of the two sides of the connecting part are oppositely arranged, and the connecting part and the bending parts on the two sides enclose a clamping and fastening space.
2. The batten connector according to claim 1, wherein the connector body and the clip at each end are one piece.

7. A hanging tile connection assembly, comprising: -a T-shaped member, a batten and a batten connector according to any one of claims 1 to 6;
the T-shaped member is provided with a clamping groove, the battens are embedded in the clamping groove and are vertical to the T-shaped member, the battens are tightly pressed by the battens through the connecting piece body of the battens, and the T-shaped member is clamped in the clamping fastening space and is clamped by the clamping part.
