Abstract
The invention relates to an environment-friendly bio-organic fertilizer formula, which comprises 70% of livestock manure, 10% of straw ash, 10% of humic acid, 10% of amino acid and 5% of compound bacteria. The invention has the advantages that: achieving the purpose of complete natural pollution-free environmental protection.

A production method of an environment-friendly bio-organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:
s1, transporting the livestock manure raw material to a storage yard, weighing by a platform scale, mixing with auxiliary materials of straw ash, humic acid and amino acid, adding compound bacteria, roughly adjusting the moisture content and carbon-nitrogen ratio of the material according to the raw material components, mixing, entering the next fermentation process,
s2, feeding the mixed materials obtained in the step S1 into a fermentation tank by a loader, piling the materials into a fermentation pile, forcibly ventilating from the bottom of the fermentation tank by a fan to supply oxygen, turning the pile according to the temperature condition for 1-3 days, controlling the fermentation temperature to be 50-65 ℃ to perform aerobic fermentation for 7-9 days, discharging the fermented semi-finished products, aging and entering the next process,
s3, crushing and screening the semi-finished fermentation product, respectively treating the screened materials according to the purposes,
s4, performing sampling inspection on the raw materials for the powdery organic fertilizer, then performing sub-packaging and warehousing, conveying the materials for granulation to a granulator for granulation, drying, sampling inspection, sub-packaging and warehousing, and returning the materials which are not sieved to the crushing process for recycling.
The invention has the following advantages: the formula of the biological organic fertilizer completely adopts natural components, and through a unique production process, the biological organic fertilizer can kill egg germs and improve the insect eggs, has complete nutrient elements, provides comprehensive nutrients for crops, improves soil problems in various regions, does not need medicines to improve plant diseases and insect pests, and has no pollution.
