Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicaments for promoting wound healing, in particular to a medicament for promoting wound healing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Wound healing refers to the healing process after the body is subjected to external force and the skin and other tissues are separated or damaged, and comprises the complex combination of regeneration of various tissues, granulation tissue proliferation and scar tissue formation, and the synergistic effect of various processes is shown.
In most cases, the process of wound healing can be summarized as acute inflammation, cell proliferation, scar formation, epidermis and other tissue regeneration, that is, nutrients supplied by the internal circulation of the human body, so that the wound has the ability of self healing, but the ability is not infinitely amplified, for example, bedsore, scald, incised wound and the autoimmune problem of diabetics, the wound caused by non-healing needs external treatment to assist wound healing, and the medicines for wound healing at present are mostly applied to the bandage to be attached to the wound, so that the wound is assisted by the auxiliary treatment, and then external impurities are prevented from being attached to the wound through the bandage, so that the wound is aggravated, but the use feeling of the user is combined, the bandage is placed on the wound, the pressure applied by the bandage is firstly, so that the pain feeling of the wound is aggravated, and then the bandage is wound or attached, the human body always has foreign matters, and the comprehensive use feeling is not good.
Therefore, a natural medicine which can treat the wound, does not need a bandage for assistance in the treatment and has good curative effect is needed to improve the use limitation in the current wound healing treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wound healing medicament and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the preparation method of the wound healing medicine is characterized by comprising the following medicines by mass:
1-3 g of borneol, 1-4 g of sanguisorba officinalis, 2-4 g of rhubarb, 1-3 g of calcined oyster and 1-4 g of white granulated sugar;
the manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
1) selecting radix Sangusorbae, radix et rhizoma Rhei and Concha Ostreae preparata;
2) cleaning garden burnet, rhubarb and calcined oyster, and drying in the air after cleaning;
3) placing the dried garden burnet, rhubarb and calcined oyster shell in a high-temperature disinfection cabinet for disinfection treatment;
4) pulverizing sterilized radix Sangusorbae, radix et rhizoma Rhei, Concha Ostreae preparata, and white sugar in a pulverizer, decocting in a pot, removing water in a freeze-drying machine when decocting to viscous state, and pulverizing into powder after removing water;
5) mixing Borneolum Syntheticum and the powder to obtain the wound healing medicine.
Preferably, the sterilization temperature in the step 3) is one hundred ℃, and the sterilization time is three minutes.
Preferably, the garden burnet root, the rhubarb and the calcined oyster shell in the step 3) are sterilized by drying.

Rhubarb is ground into powder and prepared into external application for treating burns and scalds, has the function of cooling blood and the efficacy of promoting blood circulation, and can be used for relieving symptoms such as conjunctival congestion, swollen throat, gum swelling and pain and the like in the aspect of detoxification, purgation and accumulation such as food siltation of gastrointestinal tract can be performed by using rhubarb for administration, gastrointestinal tract can be opened rapidly, intestinal obstruction, pancreatitis and gastrointestinal tract blockage can be relieved, and the rhubarb has good curative effect on short-time acute diseases.
Forged oyster is a medicinal material prepared from oyster, has the same and different drug effects as oyster, has the main effects of astringing and arresting discharge and strong deacidification effect, and can be used for treating stomachache, gastric acid and other diseases.
White sugar is sweet in taste, neutral in nature, and capable of entering spleen and lung channels, has the effects of moistening lung and regulating the middle warmer, promoting the production of body fluid to relieve cough, soothing liver qi, nourishing yin, seasoning, removing halitosis, treating sore, removing alcoholism and removing bittern poison, can supplement body fluid and energy, improve blood sugar and the like when being generally applied to treatment of diseases such as cough, lung dryness, lung deficiency, cough and asthma, toothache, hypoglycemia and the like, and is found by modern medical research, the white sugar can change the wound healing speed and promote the growth of tissue cells.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the wound healing medicine prepared by the invention has high smearing adhesion degree when being smeared on a wound, so that the medicine components can be effectively resisted to the surface of the wound, thereby accelerating the healing of the wound, and then the wound is covered, thereby avoiding the wound inflammation or lesion problem caused by the attachment of external bacteria to the surface of the wound.
2. The wound healing medicine prepared by the invention has obvious scabbing speed when being applied to a wound, obviously reduces the pain of most volunteers after being applied, has good use feeling, and has high scabbing and falling speed and good whole wound healing effect after scabbing.
3. The wound healing drug prepared by the invention is a pure natural product, has no toxic or side effect, can relieve pain caused by wound damage, and is more convenient to use and better in use feeling compared with the traditional bandage for coating the drug on the wound.
