所述屏障层4防止含有挥发性物质(凝胶或液体)的材料以及多孔扩散器2元件的意外溢出或泄漏，而所述窗41使挥发性物质能够以高蒸发或扩散速率扩散。
如所述图1所示，在屏障层4上，所述窗41限定了外框架，即窗41占据了所述屏障层4的大部分表面。
用于容纳挥发性物质的活性成分或材料的所述容器1可以由热成型塑料制成，例如聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
此容器1的形成或模制的方式使得该容器被布置在水平位置，使得该容器可以通过可以被定位在顶部的竖直喷嘴来填充。
容器1包括周界边缘11，屏障层4紧固在该周界边缘上，并且如果期望的话，此屏障层4也可以紧固至扩散器2，尽管该屏障层也可以被放置在扩散器2上而不紧固至扩散器。
扩散器2由浸渍有活性成分的具有高吸收能力的多孔材料制成。以这种方式，当在其制造过程中，将其放置在保护薄片3下方并与屏障4直接接触并且在容器1上时，扩散器2被容器1中的活性成分浸渍和浸透。在其他可能的构型中，扩散器2可以密封至容器1和/或屏障层4。
目的是，一旦移除保护薄片3，由于其多孔材料的高吸收率，扩散器2将完全浸透并浸渍有大量活性成分。
可以用于此扩散器2的材料可以是具有不同厚度的纤维素纸、形成具有不同厚度的薄片的非织物材料(比如聚乙烯、聚丙烯等)。在纤维素薄片之间，其厚度可以不同，例如，0.4mm与0.6mm，并且重量在225g/m2与400g/m2之间。
保护薄片3由薄材料组成，一旦终端使用者启用装置用于其首次使用，就可以移除和丢弃该薄材料。此材料可以是但不限于铝箔、EVOH和类似材料。
屏障层4由薄材料组成，该薄材料可以熔合、层压或直接粘合至热成型塑料容器1的表面。此屏障层4在将其联接至容器1以形成窗41的操作之前被切割。
以这种方式，当移除保护薄片3时，屏障层4保持连结至容器1，这是保持扩散器2并防止活性成分直接泄漏的一种方式。此屏障层4可以是但不限于聚乙烯。
在保护薄片3与屏障层4之间或在屏障层4与容器1之间可以存在连结元件，以便促进其层压。这些连接元件可以是但不限于聚烯烃、树脂和类似材料。
下面描述根据本发明的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置的两个具体示例。
根据第一示例，容器1由厚度在0.4mm与0.7mm之间的热成型PP/PET塑料制成，该容器将由三个不同的表面层形成。
在容器1中，存在中高粘度的凝胶填料，其主要活性成分是扩散到挥发性物质中的芳香剂。
扩散器2由厚度在0.4mm与0.6mm之间、并且重量在225g/m2与400g/m2之间的纤维素制成。屏障层4由聚乙烯制成，并且保护薄片3由铝制成。
容器1填充有凝胶。此凝胶浸渍并浸透纤维素扩散器2。然后将保护薄片3和屏障层4的组件熔合至容器1，将其密封。
由于屏障层4包括先前切出的窗41，当移除保护薄片3时，屏障层4的框架42保持连结至容器1，留下所述窗41，浸渍在扩散器2中的芳香剂(挥发性物质)穿过所述窗将立即开始蒸发。
根据第二示例，容器1由厚度在0.4mm与0.7mm之间的热成型PP/PET塑料制成，该容器将由三个不同的表面层形成，其中填充有呈挥发性物质形式的液体或低粘度凝胶，其主要活性成分是芳香剂。
扩散器2由厚度在0.4mm与0.6mm之间、并且重量在225g/m2与400g/m2之间的纤维素制成，其中屏障层4由聚乙烯制成，并且保护薄片3由铝制成。
与第一示例的主要区别在于，屏障层4不仅熔合至容器1，而且部分地熔合至扩散器2。以这种方式，液体或低粘度凝胶将保留在容器内，不会有泄漏风险。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，该装置包括：
容器(1)，该容器容纳具有所述挥发性物质的材料，
多孔扩散器(2)，该多孔扩散器浸渍有具有这些挥发性物质的所述材料，以及
保护薄片(3)，该保护薄片在首次使用该扩散装置之前被移除，
其特征在于，该装置还包括配备有窗(41)的屏障层(4)，其中所述屏障层(4)连结至该容器(1)并被放置在该多孔扩散器(2)与该保护薄片(3)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，该容器(1)包括周界边缘(11)，所述屏障层(4)连结在所述周界边缘(11)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，所述窗(41)被切入所述屏障层(4)并限定所述屏障层(4)中的框架(42)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，该屏障层(4)由塑料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，该多孔扩散器(2)由纤维素制成。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，该多孔扩散器(2)的厚度在0.4mm与0.6mm之间、并且重量在225g/m2与400g/m2之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，该保护薄片(3)由铝制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，该容器(1)由热成型塑料制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，该屏障层(4)连结至该多孔扩散器(2)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，具有这些挥发性物质的所述材料是凝胶或液体。
11.根据权利要求1或9所述的用于扩散挥发性物质的装置，其中，所述多孔扩散器(2)直接熔合至该屏障层(4)。
