Abstract
本发明公开了本发明具有木质感的记忆3D打印耗材线条,其包括以下质量分数的各组分:聚乳酸92份;发泡剂1份;色粉1份;记忆金属粉3份及香樟树粉3份。本发明的有益效果是:能够生产出木质感的打印耗材,而且在生产过程中采用氮气进行保护,避免空气中的湿气与聚乳酸和色粉接触,提高的产品的质量的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及具有木质感的记忆3D打印耗材线条技术领域。
背景技术
目前市面上的木质感3D打印耗材在生产过程中暴露在空气湿度很大的环境中,使得生产出来的产品质量不稳定,可能会出现气泡的情况。一般采用是提前烘干物料,但是因为物料比较多,因此还是有很多时间暴露在空气中,因此其实生产出来的耗材中是含有很多水分的,对于打印和长期储存的时候是不利的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供具有木质感的记忆3D打印耗材线条,其能够生产出木质感的打印耗材,而且在生产过程中采用氮气进行保护,避免空气中的湿气与聚乳酸和色粉接触,提高的产品的质量的优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
具有木质感的记忆3D打印耗材线条,其包括以下质量分数的各组分:
其中,记忆金属粉由1.5份的铬镍钼钢粉和1.5份的铜金锌合金粉混合而得;
所述具有木质感的记忆3D打印耗材线条通过以下步骤制备得到:
S1、在氮气覆盖的条件下,将铬镍钼钢粉和1.5份的铜金锌合金粉混合,混合时间为2分钟;
S2、现将3份的香樟树粉进行粉碎,再将3份的香樟树粉加入混合,混合时间为5分钟;
S3、然后进行干燥6小时,干燥温度为85摄氏度;
S4、加入92份聚乳酸、1份消泡剂及1份色粉进行混合,混合时间为3分钟,得到混合物;
S5、将混合物投入挤出机的料斗中,在料斗中冲入氮气;
S6、挤出机熔融混合物后挤出得到产品。
消泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
因为采用了氮气进行避免了湿气与材料进行混合,特别是聚乳酸容易吸水导致产品气泡的问题。
因为采用了香樟树粉,因此从外观上的木质感是具备条件的,同时,因为采用了香樟树粉,因此具有一定的木质气味,因为给消费者更加多一维度的感觉。当将耗材使用在3D打印笔的时候,去画成樟树的时候,不但具有外观的木质感,而且又有一定的木质气味,因此更加符合消费者的需求。
本发明的有益效果是:能够生产出木质感的打印耗材,而且在生产过程中采用氮气进行保护,避免空气中的湿气与聚乳酸和色粉接触,提高的产品的质量的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明具有木质感的记忆3D打印耗材线条,其包括以下质量分数的各组分:
所述具有木质感的记忆3D打印耗材线条通过以下步骤制备得到:
S1、按照比例将各组分混合;
S2、搅拌混合物2分钟;
S3、粉碎混合物5分钟;
S4、烘干混合物0.5小时;
S5、搅拌混合物2分钟;
S6、在氮气包裹保护的条件下将混合物投入挤出机的料斗中,在料斗中冲入氮气;
S7、挤出机熔融混合物后挤出得到产品。
因为采用了氮气进行避免了湿气与材料进行混合,特别是聚乳酸容易吸水导致产品气泡的问题。
本发明的有益效果是:能够生产处木质感的打印耗材,而且在生产过程中采用氮气进行保护,避免空气中的湿气与聚乳酸和色粉接触,提高的产品的质量的优点。
Claims (1)
1.具有木质感的记忆3D打印耗材线条,其特征在于包括以下质量分数的各组分:
其中,记忆金属粉由1.5份的铬镍钼钢粉和1.5份的铜金锌合金粉混合而得;
所述具有木质感的记忆3D打印耗材线条通过以下步骤制备得到:
S1、在氮气覆盖的条件下,将铬镍钼钢粉和1.5份的铜金锌合金粉混合,混合时间为2分钟;
S2、现将3份的香樟树粉进行粉碎,再将3份的香樟树粉加入混合,混合时间为5分钟;
S3、然后进行干燥6小时,干燥温度为85摄氏度;
S4、加入92份聚乳酸、1份消泡剂及1份色粉进行混合,混合时间为3分钟,得到混合物;
S5、将混合物投入挤出机的料斗中,在料斗中冲入氮气;
S6、挤出机熔融混合物后挤出得到产品。
