The round bar positioning and arranging device according to claim 1, wherein the first lifting and translating assembly comprises a lifting cylinder, a translating and mounting plate, a pulling plate and a translating cylinder, the lifting cylinder is fixedly mounted on the supporting vertical plate, a push rod of the lifting cylinder is connected with the translating and mounting plate, the translating cylinder is mounted at one end of the translating and mounting plate, the push rod of the translating cylinder is connected with the pulling plate, the pulling plate is connected with the translating and mounting plate through a slide rail and a slide block, and the material taking toothed plate is fixedly connected with the pulling plate.

The round bar positioning and arranging device of claim 1, wherein the material taking mechanism and the arranging mechanism are respectively arranged at two sides of the supporting vertical plate, and the second lifting and translating assembly has the same structure as the first lifting and translating assembly.
7. The round bar positioning and arranging device of claim 1, wherein the supporting vertical plate is provided with induction sensors corresponding to the tooth-shaped grooves one by one, and the induction sensors point above the supporting vertical plate.

The round bar positioning and arranging device according to claim 1, wherein centering assemblies are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the supporting vertical plate, each centering assembly comprises a horizontal cylinder perpendicular to the supporting vertical plate, the horizontal cylinder is connected with a centering plate, and the horizontal cylinder pushes the centering plates to move relatively.

The round bar positioning and arranging device according to claim 1, wherein the two supporting vertical plates are mounted on the frame through a bidirectional translation assembly, the bidirectional translation assembly comprises a linear guide rail and a bidirectional screw rod, the supporting vertical plates are slidably connected with the linear guide rail, the supporting vertical plates are connected to two ends of the bidirectional screw rod through screw rod nuts, and one end of the bidirectional screw rod is connected with a rotating hand wheel.
10. A method of operating a rod positioning and aligning device, using the aligning device of any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
conveying the round rod to a feeding position of the supporting vertical plate, and guiding the round rod by a guiding mechanism;
the material taking toothed plate is driven by the first lifting translation assembly to eject the round rod from the material feeding position to be fed into the next toothed groove;
the arrangement plate is driven by the second lifting translation assembly to eject all round rods except the feeding position out to be fed into the next tooth-shaped groove;
and repeating the steps of inputting the round rods and ejecting the round rods by the material taking toothed plate and the arrangement plate respectively until the round rods are fully arranged on the support plate.
