Abstract

背景技术
已知的是在飞轮中支承电机轴以保护电动机免于损坏。如果在电动机的下游设置变速箱,则飞轮可被安装在变速箱壳体中。飞轮此时被压入变速箱壳体中。但这种压配合无法在很大的温度范围内都提供可靠配合。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是提出一种具有用于电机轴支承的飞轮的变速箱壳体装置,其提供在变速箱壳体和飞轮之间的可靠廉价的联接。
该任务通过一种变速箱壳体装置和一种用于制造机动车自动变速箱的致动器的变速箱壳体装置的方法来完成。
为此,规定一种变速箱壳体装置,其具有变速箱壳体和飞轮,飞轮具有内环和外环,其中,该内环与电机轴能以传力配合方式联接,其中该变速箱壳体具有用铝以压力注塑包封(overmolded)模制的钢制轴承套,钢制轴承套形成该变速箱壳体的开口,该飞轮被压入该开口中。

该变速箱壳体的开口最好居中布置在变速箱壳体中。
为了提供防旋转功能,钢制轴承套在外侧最好具有非圆形形状。
该变速箱壳体装置最好包括所述电机轴,该飞轮的内环安装在电机轴上并与电机轴压紧在一起。
优选规定,该飞轮具有反转止动机构并且只允许朝向一个方向、即电动机正向旋转方向的扭矩传递。
还规定一种机动车自动变速箱的致动器,其具有带有电机轴的电动机和带有前述的变速箱壳体装置的变速箱。

图1示出变速箱壳体装置3的变速箱壳体1。变速箱壳体1具有中央开口4,飞轮5被插入该中央开口中。飞轮5是具有内环6和外环7的球轴承飞轮。球轴承飞轮5被用作反转止动机构,即它防止未示出的电机轴的反向旋转。
外环7在内侧具有未示出的凹部,球容纳在凹部中。所述球被弹簧预紧向夹紧位置。该凹部沿周向延伸,其中该凹部的深度与电动机正向旋转方向相反地连续减小。在夹紧位置中,所述深度小到以至该球被夹紧在内环6和外环7之间,从而防止电机轴朝向反向旋转方向旋转。如果内环6与电机轴一起沿电动机正向旋转方向旋转,则该球会克服弹簧力被压入该凹部的区域中,该球在该区域中不接触两个环6、7。在此空转范围内,电机轴可自由旋转而未被锁定。
所述的球轴承飞轮5仅是可在市场上买到的带有反转止动机构的诸多适用飞轮之一。也可得到不带弹簧机构而用圆柱滚子代替球的飞轮和/或带有夹紧体的飞轮。视应用场合的不同来选择相应的飞轮。
变速箱壳体1由铝构成并借助铝压铸来制成。但因为热胀系数高,铝制壳体并不适合在高温下将飞轮5可靠而牢固地固定在开口4中且良好支承所产生的力。
因此在按照铝压铸方法制造变速箱壳体1时,将钢制轴承套8置入铸模中。液态金属在高压下被压入预热的铸模中并且围绕钢制轴承套8浇注。
为了保证钢制轴承套8牢固就位在变速箱壳体1内,钢制轴承套8在外侧9具有非圆形形状。
图2以从下方看向钢制轴承套8的视角示出了变速箱壳体1。压铸过程造成在所述铝和钢制轴承套8之间的不可分离的形状配合连接。飞轮5在安装时被压入钢制轴承套8中。钢制轴承套8在-40℃至150℃的温度范围内都以恒定的力吸收将飞轮5牢固保持就位。
Claims (12)
1.一种变速箱壳体装置(3),所述变速箱壳体装置具有变速箱壳体(1)和飞轮(5),所述飞轮具有内环(6)和外环(7),其中,所述内环(6)能够以传力配合方式联接至电机轴,其特征在于,所述变速箱壳体(1)具有用铝压力注塑包封的钢制轴承套(8),所述钢制轴承套形成所述变速箱壳体(1)的开口(4),所述飞轮(5)被压入所述开口中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速箱壳体装置,其特征在于,所述变速箱壳体(1)的所述开口(4)居中布置在所述变速箱壳体(1)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的变速箱壳体装置,其特征在于,所述钢制轴承套(8)在外侧(9)具有非圆形形状。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速箱壳体装置,其特征在于,所述变速箱壳体装置(3)包括所述电机轴,所述飞轮(5)的所述内环(6)安置在所述电机轴上并且与所述电机轴压紧在一起。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速箱壳体装置,其特征在于,所述飞轮(5)具有反转止动机构并且只允许所述电机轴朝向一个方向的旋转运动。
6.一种机动车自动变速箱的致动器,所述致动器具有带有电机轴的电动机和带有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速箱壳体装置(3)的变速箱。
7.一种制造机动车自动变速箱的致动器的变速箱壳体装置(3)的方法,所述方法具有以下方法步骤:
-提供用于形成所述变速箱壳体装置(3)的变速箱壳体(1)的铸模,
-将钢制轴承套置入所述铸模中,
-将铝压入所述铸模并且在所述铝与所述钢制轴承套之间形成形状配合连接,并且在所述变速箱壳体(1)中形成由所述钢制轴承套限定的开口,
-将飞轮压入所述钢制轴承套中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述钢制轴承套(8)在外侧(9)具有非圆形形状。
