Abstract

本发明涉及特别是用于汽车自动变速箱的、具有用于电机轴支承的飞轮的变速箱壳体装置,以及汽车自动变速箱的致动器。
背景技术
已知的是在飞轮中支承电机轴以保护电动机免于损坏。如果在电动机的下游设置变速箱,则飞轮可被安装在变速箱壳体中。飞轮此时被压入变速箱壳体中。但这种压配合无法在很大的温度范围内都提供可靠配合。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是提出一种带有用于电机轴支承的飞轮的变速箱壳体装置,其提供在变速箱壳体与飞轮之间的可靠廉价的联接。
因此,提供一种变速箱壳体装置,其包括变速箱壳体和飞轮,该飞轮包括内环和外环,其中该内环以传力配合方式可联接至电机轴,并且钢制轴承套被装入该变速箱壳体的开口中,飞轮被压入该钢制轴承套中以将外环与钢制轴承套和变速箱壳体联接在一起。钢制轴承套优选以间隙配合方式安装在壳体中。在此有利的是,设有防旋转机构,借此以防旋转方式将该壳体联接到钢制轴承套。
该钢制轴承套的使用确保了飞轮在很大的温度范围内都稳固就位于变速箱壳体中,并且在电机轴反向旋转时所产生的力可被吸收。该飞轮优选是球轴承飞轮。
该变速箱壳体的开口优选居中布置在变速箱壳体中。
在一个有利实施方式中,钢制轴承套在一端具有径向突出的突起,这些突起被联接到变速箱壳体的顶侧以防止旋转。
优选规定,该飞轮具有反转止动机构并允许电机轴仅朝向一个方向旋转,即在电动机的正向旋转方向上旋转。
还规定了一种机动车自动变速箱的致动器,其具有带有电机轴的电动机和具有前述变速箱壳体装置的变速箱。

具体实施方式
变速箱壳体1具有中央开口4,飞轮5被插入该中央开口中。飞轮5是具有内环6和外环7的球轴承飞轮。球轴承飞轮5被用作反转止动机构,即它防止未示出的电机轴的反向旋转。
外环7在内侧具有未示出的凹部,球容纳在凹部中。所述球被弹簧预紧向夹紧位置。该凹部沿周向延伸,其中该凹部的深度与电动机正向旋转方向相反地连续减小。在夹紧位置中,所述深度小到以至该球被夹紧在内环6和外环7之间,从而防止电机轴反向旋转。如果内环6与电机轴一起沿电动机正向旋转方向旋转,则该球会克服弹簧力被压入该凹部的区域中,该球在该区域中不接触两个环6、7。在此空转范围内,电机轴可自由旋转而未被锁定。
所述的球轴承飞轮5仅是可在市场上买到的带有反转止动机构的诸多适用飞轮之一。也可得到不带弹簧机构而用圆柱滚子代替球的飞轮和/或带有夹紧体的飞轮。视应用场合的不同来选择相应的飞轮。
变速箱壳体1由铝构成并通过铝压铸制成。但因为热胀系数高,铝制壳体并不适合在高温下将飞轮5可靠而牢固地固定在开口4中且很好地支承所产生的力。因此,在开口4中容装有钢制轴承套8,飞轮5被压入该钢制轴承套中。钢制轴承衬套8在-40℃至150℃的温度范围内都以恒定的力吸收将飞轮5牢固保持就位。在安装中,钢制轴承衬套8以间隙配合被插入变速箱壳体的开口4中并与飞轮5压紧。飞轮优选由硬化钢制成。因此,飞轮5的外环7在外侧与钢制轴承衬套8相接触。飞轮5的内环6与未示出的电机轴压紧在一起。钢制轴承套8具有径向突出的突起9,该突起在其端部具有贯穿的孔10。孔10用于容纳螺钉,这些螺钉通过拧紧在变速箱壳体1的顶面上而在轴向上将轴承装置与变速箱壳体1固定在一起并且是一个防旋转机构。
Claims (7)
1.一种变速箱壳体装置(3),所述变速箱壳体装置包括变速箱壳体(1)和飞轮(5),所述飞轮具有内环(6)和外环(7),其中,所述内环(6)以传力配合方式与电机轴联接,其特征在于,在所述变速箱壳体(1)的开口(4)中插入有钢制轴承套(8),所述飞轮(5)被压入所述钢制轴承套中以便将所述外环(7)联接至所述钢制轴承套(8)和所述变速箱壳体(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速箱壳体装置,其特征在于,所述变速箱壳体(1)的开口(4)居中布置在所述变速箱壳体(1)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的变速箱壳体装置,其特征在于,所述钢制轴承套(8)在一端具有沿径向突出的突起(9),所述突起联接至所述变速箱壳体(1)的顶侧以形成防旋转机构。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速箱壳体装置,其特征在于,所述变速箱壳体装置(3)包括所述电机轴并且所述内环(6)位于所述电机轴上并与所述电机轴压紧在一起。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速箱壳体装置,其特征在于,所述飞轮(5)具有反转止动机构并且只允许所述电机轴沿一个方向的旋转运动。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速箱壳体装置,其特征在于,所述钢制轴承套(8)以间隙配合的方式被插入所述变速箱壳体(1)的所述开口(4)中。
7.一种用于机动车自动变速箱的致动器,所述致动器包括具有电机轴的电动机和具有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速箱壳体装置(3)的变速箱。
