Abstract
本申请提供一种视频图像解码、编码方法及装置,在确定采用merge或者skip模式的情况下,如果解码到MMVD标识为真,可以不对Triangle PU标识进行编解码,仅在解码到MMVD标识为假的情况下,才对Triangle PU标识进行编解码,从而降低编码资源的使用,可以减少码流比特开销。
