Abstract
本申请公开了融合候选运动信息列表的构建方法、装置及编解码器,该方法包括:获取第一候选运动信息集合;根据第一候选运动信息集合中的运动信息获取第一运动信息;将第一运动信息加入第一候选运动信息集合,以得到第二候选运动信息集合;根据HMVP候选运动信息列表获取第二运动信息;当第二运动信息与第二候选运动信息集合中的运动信息均不相同时,将第二运动信息加入第二候选运动信息集合,以得到第三候选运动信息集合;当第三候选运动信息集合中的运动信息的数量等于预设阈值时,将第三候选运动信息集合作为融合候选运动信息列表。实施本申请能够降低融合候选运动信息列表的构建复杂度,提升编解码效率。
