Description

Rapid embroidery method utilizing split-joint and splicing of embroidery pieces
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of embroidery, in particular to a quick embroidery method by utilizing split-combination splicing of embroidery sheets.
Background
The embroidery process in China has been in history for more than 2000 years, wherein Suzhou embroidery, Guangdong embroidery, Hunan embroidery and Shu embroidery are collectively called as 'four famous embroidery' in China.
Embroidery is a process technology that an embroidery needle is used for leading an embroidery thread, the embroidery is carried out on an embroidery base material according to a preset pattern, and finally the embroidery stitch is used for forming a pattern. The embroidery base material is a material for embroidery, and is usually a soft elastic textile material, such as cloth, silk, satin, yarn, and the like. As the embroidery is usually the 'embroidery woman' manual work, the embroidery patterns and patterns are formed by the embroidery stitches on the embroidery base material according to the requirements of the drawing. Embroidery usually requires fine work and the manufacturing process is labor and time consuming. In the existing embroidery method, a common embroidery product only needs to be operated by one person, and when a large-size embroidery product is embroidered, a plurality of people can be used for simultaneously embroidering the same embroidery surface. However, in the actual embroidery work, when some embroidery tasks with time-tight, high requirement and complex patterns are encountered, the conventional embroidery method cannot complete the embroidery work due to the short delivery required by the customer (for example, 4-5 months is required for a normal work period, and 2 months is required for the customer to complete the embroidery work), and particularly cannot meet the work period requirement of the customer. For the embroidery work with large breadth, the simultaneous operation of multiple persons can be considered, but the problem is that the simultaneous operation of multiple persons is limited by space, and the embroidery operation has mutual interference. For medium and small embroidery works, the requirement of customers for customization in short period of work can not be met because a plurality of operation embroidery works can not be simultaneously performed.
Therefore, how to better solve the contradiction between the short work period and the labor and time consumption of embroidery when a customer orders or prepares the embroidery in the field of embroidery is the subject of the research of the invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a quick embroidering method by utilizing split-combination splicing of embroidery sheets, and aims to solve the problem that the contradiction between short construction period and labor and time consumption of embroidering is required when a customer orders or catches up with an embroidery in the field of embroidering for a long time.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a rapid embroidery method utilizing split-joint and splicing of embroidery sheets is innovative in that: dividing an embroidered picture into at least two embroidery areas, wherein each embroidery area consists of one or more closed patterns, embroidering different embroidery areas by adopting a separate and independent embroidering mode to obtain semi-finished embroidery sheets aiming at the different embroidery areas, and finally sewing and splicing the semi-finished embroidery sheets into a whole; the specific contents are as follows:
dividing different embroidery areas according to the embroidered picture, and preparing the following tools and materials:
different stretching frames are arranged aiming at the divided different embroidery areas, wherein one stretching frame is defined as a main stretching frame, and the other stretching frames are auxiliary stretching frames.
The main stretching frame is provided with a main stretching bed charge and a drawing wire, the auxiliary stretching frame is provided with an auxiliary stretching bed charge and a drawing wire, and the main stretching bed charge and the auxiliary stretching bed charge are made of the same material and are textile fabrics with smooth surfaces and clear warp and weft lines.

And (3) putting the auxiliary tightening bed charge with the embroidered pattern on an auxiliary tightening frame, namely winding the two ends of the auxiliary tightening bed charge on the auxiliary tightening frame rods at the two ends respectively, and tightening and fixing the two sides of the auxiliary tightening bed charge on the auxiliary tightening frame rods at the two sides by using the stay wires to enable the auxiliary tightening bed charge to be in a tightening state on the auxiliary tightening frame.
The primary stretching bed material on the primary stretching frame and the secondary stretching bed material on the secondary stretching frame are consistent in the warp and weft directions, and the embroidery pattern of the primary stretching bed material and the embroidery pattern of the secondary stretching bed material are spliced to form an embroidered picture.
The tension of the main stretch-tightening base material on the main stretch-tightening frame is larger than or equal to the tension of the auxiliary stretch-tightening base material on the auxiliary stretch-tightening frame.
Second step, embroidering
And embroidering by adopting a separate independent embroidering mode aiming at the embroidery patterns on the main stretching frame and the auxiliary stretching frame to obtain a semi-finished embroidery sheet.
Thirdly, closing the frame
And (3) fitting the embroidered main stretching frame with the embroidered auxiliary stretching frame, namely tightly fitting the auxiliary stretching bed material on the auxiliary stretching frame with the main stretching bed material on the main stretching frame, and splicing and positioning the embroidery picture on the auxiliary stretching bed material with the embroidery picture on the main stretching bed material.
Fourthly, sewing up
The embroidery outer ring is formed by utilizing a rust needle and embroidery threads and adopting a large stitch to walk along the periphery of an embroidery picture on an auxiliary binding bed material, the auxiliary binding bed material with the embroidery picture and a main binding bed material with the embroidery picture are temporarily sewed together, and the temporarily sewed stitches form a sewing outer ring, wherein the number of the walking stitches of the sewing outer ring is at least two or more than two.
The fifth step, walk the side
The embroidery picture on the auxiliary tightening base material is fixedly sewed on the main tightening base material by utilizing a rust needle and embroidery threads and adopting a needle receiving method to walk along the outer contour of the embroidery picture on the auxiliary tightening base material, the fixedly sewed needle trace forms an edge contour, the number of needle walking turns of the edge contour is at least two or more than two, and the circles are offset by a set distance.

Ninth step, repair
And (3) adopting an embroidery needle and embroidery threads to carry out adaptive embroidery on the joint of the embroidery picture on the auxiliary bandage backing material and the main bandage backing material, in particular to the splicing seam of the embroidery picture on the auxiliary bandage backing material and the embroidery picture on the main bandage backing material until the embroidery picture is repaired.
The relevant content in the above technical solution is explained as follows:
1. in the above embodiments, the "base material" refers to an embroidery base material, also called embroidery cloth, and is usually a soft elastic textile fabric. Such as silk, satin, taffeta, etc.
2. The present invention requires the use of at least two stents, one referred to as the primary stent and the others as the secondary stents. The main stretching frame and the auxiliary stretching frame can be one big, the other small or the two same in size. The actual embroidery area can be determined according to the actual embroidery area.
3. In the above solution, the embroidered picture is divided into at least two embroidery areas, and the dividing method may be performed in one or at least two of the following manners:
(1) dividing the embroidery pictures according to different representation objects in the embroidery pictures;
(2) dividing according to different embroidery technology grades in the embroidered picture;
(3) dividing the embroidered picture according to different importance degrees of each part in the embroidered picture;
(4) dividing the embroidery pictures according to different plane spaces in the embroidery pictures;
(5) the embroidery pictures are divided according to different stitches or techniques.
4. In the above scheme, in the first step, when the main stretching frame and the auxiliary stretching frame are stretched, one of the main stretching frame and the auxiliary stretching frame is stretched upwards, and the other is stretched upwards, wherein the forward stretching means that the front surface of the embroidery pattern drawn on the bed material after the stretching is located on one side of the front surface of the stretching frame, and the reverse stretching means that the front surface of the embroidery pattern drawn on the bed material after the stretching is located on one side of the back surface of the stretching frame. The method mainly solves the problem that the frame of the stretching frame interferes when the main stretching frame and the auxiliary stretching frame are stretched in a combined mode, so that the main stretching bed charge and the auxiliary stretching bed charge cannot be tightly attached, and the combining and stretching precision and the splicing effect of embroidery pictures are affected. After a positive-negative tightening method is adopted, in the third step, the main tightening frame is attached to the back of the auxiliary tightening frame when tightening is carried out, namely the main tightening back of the main tightening frame is attached to the back of the auxiliary tightening frame.
The reverse upward stretching means that after the front surface and the back surface of the embroidery pattern sketched on the bed charge are exchanged or reversed, the bed charge is stretched on a stretching frame in the conventional normal (upward stretching) upward stretching mode. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, 31 denotes the front surface of the main bandage, 32 denotes the back surface of the main bandage, 61 denotes the front surface of the auxiliary bandage, and 62 denotes the back surface of the auxiliary bandage. According to the existing normal upward stretching mode, the front side of the embroidery pattern sketched on the main stretching bed material is positioned on the front side 31 of the main stretching frame, and the front side of the embroidery pattern sketched on the main stretching bed material is required to be positioned on the back side 32 of the main stretching frame in the reverse upward stretching mode. In the field of embroidery, a motif is usually depicted on the front side of the backing.
5. The technical scheme is not only suitable for manual embroidery, but also suitable for machine embroidery (machine embroidery) in industrial mass production. When the machine embroidery is adopted, all the needle movements of the invention can be converted into point positions in plane coordinates, and then the embroidery machine is programmed to finish the embroidery.
The principle and the effect of the invention are as follows: in order to solve the contradiction between the short construction period and the labor and time consumption of embroidery required when customers order or catch up with the embroidery in the field of embroidery for a long time, the invention divides an embroidered picture into at least two embroidery areas, each embroidery area consists of one or more closed patterns, the embroidery is carried out in a mode of separate and independent embroidery aiming at different embroidery areas, semi-finished embroidery pieces aiming at different embroidery areas are obtained, and finally, all the semi-finished embroidery pieces are sewn and spliced into a whole. According to the embroidery frame, the main stretching frame and the auxiliary stretching frame are utilized, the embroidery picture is split into the embroidery pictures through the steps of splitting, stretching, embroidering, stretching, sewing, edge walking, needle pointing, thread removing, stretching and repairing, and then the embroidery pictures are restored through splicing and stretching, so that the characteristics of the same embroidery work carried by multiple persons can be effectively exerted, the construction period of the embroidery work is greatly shortened, the embroidery frame is particularly suitable for the embroidery tasks with tight time, high requirements and complex patterns, and the contradiction between the short construction period and the labor and time consumption of embroidery in the embroidery field is effectively solved. In practical application, the method can shorten the embroidery work period by half or even more than half, for example, 4-5 months is needed according to the normal work period, but the embroidery work can be completed within 2 months of the actual work period after the method is skillfully applied. In addition, the method is not limited to the breadth size of the embroidery work, and the difficulty can be high and low. Compared with the existing embroidery method, the invention has reasonable process design and skillful technical conception, and is innovation and breakthrough with practical significance.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples:
example (b): rapid embroidery method utilizing split-joint and splicing of embroidery pieces
Referring to fig. 1-14, the core of the fast embroidering method is to divide an embroidered picture into at least two embroidery areas (in this embodiment, the embroidered picture, namely the lotus pattern 1, is divided into two embroidery areas, one is the lotus 11, and the other is the lotus 12, see fig. 1. the division is performed according to different representation objects, that is, the lotus pattern 1 is divided into two parts, namely, the lotus 11 and the lotus 12), each embroidery area is composed of one or more closed patterns (in this embodiment, the lotus 11 is composed of one closed pattern, see fig. 2, the lotus 12 is composed of two closed patterns, see fig. 3). The concrete content comprises the following two parts:
the first part is to divide different embroidery areas according to the embroidered picture and prepare the following tools and materials:
different stretching frames are arranged aiming at the divided different embroidery areas, wherein one stretching frame is defined as a main stretching frame 3, and the other stretching frames are auxiliary stretching frames 6. In this embodiment, since there are only two embroidery regions, there are only two frames, one of which is the main frame 3 (see fig. 2) and the other of which is the auxiliary frame 6 (see fig. 3).
The main tightening base material 2 and the stay wire 4 are arranged for the main tightening frame 3, the auxiliary tightening base material 5 and the stay wire 4 are arranged for the auxiliary tightening frame 6, wherein the main tightening base material 2 and the auxiliary tightening base material 5 are made of the same material and are textile fabrics with smooth surfaces and clear warp and weft lines. Such as silk, satin, taffeta, etc. can be used as embroidery base material.
A corresponding embroidery pattern, in this embodiment a lotus 11, is outlined for the main bandage material 2 (see fig. 2). The auxiliary bandage material 5 is used to draw a corresponding embroidery pattern, which is a lotus 12 in this embodiment (see fig. 3).
Equipped with an embroidery needle and an embroidery thread.
The second part is operated according to the following steps and processes:
first, stretch upward
The main bed-tightening material 2 with the embroidered lotus 11 pattern is put on the main bed-tightening frame 3 (see figure 2), namely, two ends of the main bed-tightening material 2 are respectively wound on the main bed-tightening frame rods at two ends, and two sides of the main bed-tightening material 2 are tightened and fixed on the main bed-tightening frame rods at two sides by using the stay wires 4, so that the main bed-tightening material 2 is in a tightened state on the main bed-tightening frame 3.
The auxiliary tightening bed material 5 with the embroidered lotus 12 pattern is placed on an auxiliary tightening frame 6 (see figure 3), namely, two ends of the auxiliary tightening bed material 5 are respectively wound on the auxiliary tightening frame rods at two ends, and two sides of the auxiliary tightening bed material 5 are tightened and fixed on the auxiliary tightening frame rods at two sides by using the stay wires 4, so that the auxiliary tightening bed material 5 is in a tightening state on the auxiliary tightening frame 6.
In this embodiment, when the main stretching frame 3 and the auxiliary stretching frame 6 are stretched, one is stretched upward, and the other is stretched upward. In this embodiment, specifically, the main stretching frame 3 is stretched upside down (in fig. 2, the upper and lower ends of the main stretch fabric 2 cover the upper and lower rods of the stretching frame), and the auxiliary stretching frame 6 is stretched upside down (in fig. 3, the upper and lower ends of the auxiliary stretch fabric 5 do not cover the upper and lower rods of the stretching frame). The positive upward stretching means that the front surface of the embroidery pattern drawn on the bed material is positioned on one side of the front surface of the stretching frame (see the auxiliary stretching frame 6 in combination with figures 4-6) after upward stretching, and the negative upward stretching means that the front surface of the embroidery pattern drawn on the bed material is positioned on one side of the back surface of the stretching frame (see the main stretching frame 3 in combination with figures 4-6) after upward stretching.
The main stretched bed material 2 on the main stretched frame 3 is consistent with the auxiliary stretched bed material 5 on the auxiliary stretched frame 6 in the warp and weft directions, and the embroidery pattern lotus 11 of the main stretched bed material 2 is spliced with the embroidery pattern lotus 12 of the auxiliary stretched bed material 5 to form an embroidered picture, namely a lotus pattern 1 (see figure 1).
The tension of the main stretch-proofing material 2 on the main stretch-proofing frame 3 is larger than or equal to the tension of the auxiliary stretch-proofing material 5 on the auxiliary stretch-proofing frame 6.
Second step, embroidering
The embroidery patterns on the main stretching frame 3 and the auxiliary stretching frame 6 are embroidered in a separate and independent embroidering mode to obtain semi-finished embroidery pieces. Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a lotus 11 embroidered on the main frame cloth 2 of the main frame 3. Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing the lotus leaf 12 embroidered on the auxiliary frame base 5 of the auxiliary frame 6.
Thirdly, closing the frame
The embroidered main frame 3 is jointed with the embroidered auxiliary frame 6 (see figure 4), namely the auxiliary frame bottom material 5 on the auxiliary frame 6 is closely jointed with the main frame bottom material 2 on the main frame 3 (see figures 5 and 6), and the embroidery picture on the auxiliary frame bottom material 5 is spliced and positioned with the embroidery picture on the main frame bottom material 2.
In the first step of tightening, a positive-negative tightening method is adopted for the main tightening frame 3 and the auxiliary tightening frame 6, and the problem that the frames of the tightening frames interfere when the main tightening frame 3 and the auxiliary tightening frame 6 are tightened is mainly solved, so that the main tightening base material 2 and the auxiliary tightening base material 5 cannot be tightly attached, and the tightening precision and the splicing effect of embroidery pictures are influenced. After a positive-negative tightening method is adopted, the main tightening frame 3 is attached to the back of the auxiliary tightening frame 6 when the tightening is carried out, namely the main tightening back 32 of the main tightening frame 3 is attached to the auxiliary tightening back 62 of the auxiliary tightening frame 6.
According to the existing normal upward stretching mode, the front surface of the embroidery pattern sketched on the main stretching bed material 2 is positioned on the front surface 31 of the main stretching frame 3, and the front surface of the embroidery pattern sketched on the main stretching bed material 2 is required to be positioned on the back surface 32 of the main stretching frame 3 in the reverse upward stretching mode. In the field of embroidery, a motif is usually depicted on the front side of the backing.
Fourthly, sewing up
By using a rust needle and embroidery threads and adopting a big stitch to walk along the periphery of the lotus leaf 12 which is an embroidery picture on the auxiliary base material 5, the auxiliary base material 5 with the lotus leaf 12 which is the embroidery picture is temporarily sewed together with the main base material 2 with the lotus 11 which is the embroidery picture (see figures 7 and 8). The temporarily sewn stitches form a sewn outer ring 7 (see fig. 7 and 8), and the number of needle passes of the sewn outer ring 7 is at least two or more. The temporarily sewed embroidery thread adopts thick silk thread.
The fifth step, walk the side
The embroidery needle and the embroidery thread are utilized, and the needle connecting method is adopted to walk along the outer contour of the lotus leaf 12 which is the embroidery picture on the auxiliary base material 5, and the lotus leaf 12 which is the embroidery picture on the auxiliary base material 5 is fixedly sewed on the main base material 2 (see figures 9 and 10). The stitches of the permanent stitching here form an edge profile 8 (see fig. 9 and 10), which edge profile 8 runs for at least two or more turns, the turns being offset by a set distance from one turn to the other.
Sixthly, pointing the needle
The embroidery picture on the auxiliary bandage backing material 5, namely the middle area of the lotus leaf 12, is further fixedly sewn with the main bandage backing material 2 by utilizing a rust needle and embroidery threads and adopting a short-stitch needle-dotting method to scatter needles in the middle area of the lotus leaf 12 on the auxiliary bandage backing material 5 (see fig. 9 and 10). The stitches that are fixedly sewn here form a scatter point 9 (see fig. 9 and 10), and the scatter point 9 makes the middle area of the embroidery picture, i.e., the lotus leaf 12, on the auxiliary bandage backing 5 closely fit with the middle area of the main bandage backing 2.
Seventh step, removing stitches
All stitches on the sewing outer ring 7 in the fourth step are removed by a cutting tool (such as scissors), and the temporary sewing state in the fourth step is released (see fig. 11 and 12).
Eighth, the spring falls
The pull thread 4 used for tightening the auxiliary tightening base material 5 on the auxiliary tightening frame 6 is disassembled, the auxiliary tightening frame 6 is loosened, then the auxiliary tightening base material 5 is cut along the outer contour edge of the lotus leaf 12 serving as the embroidery picture on the auxiliary tightening base material 5 by using a cutting tool (such as scissors), and the lotus leaf 12 serving as the embroidery picture on the auxiliary tightening base material 5 is kept on the main tightening base material 2 to form a complete lotus pattern 1 (see fig. 13 and 14).
Ninth step, repair
And (3) adopting an embroidery needle and embroidery threads to carry out adaptive embroidery on the splicing seam of the embroidery picture on the auxiliary base material 5, namely the lotus leaf 12 and the main base material 2, in particular the embroidery picture on the auxiliary base material 5, namely the lotus leaf 12 and the embroidery picture on the main base material 2, namely the lotus 11, until the embroidery picture is repaired (see fig. 13 and 14).
Other embodiments and structural variations of the present invention are described below:
1. in the above embodiment, the embroidered picture, i.e. the lotus pattern 1, is divided into two embroidery areas, one is the lotus 11, and the other is the lotus 12, as shown in fig. 1. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the embroidered picture may be divided into three or more embroidery regions. In practical application, the determination can be determined according to specific situations. The divided embroidery area may be divided in one of the following manners or at least a combination of the two manners:
(1) dividing the embroidery pictures according to different representation objects in the embroidery pictures;
(2) dividing according to different embroidery technology grades in the embroidered picture;
(3) dividing the embroidered picture according to different importance degrees of each part in the embroidered picture;
(4) dividing the embroidery pictures according to different plane spaces in the embroidery pictures;
(5) the embroidery pictures are divided according to different stitches or techniques.
The division method adopted in the above embodiment is to divide the lotus pattern 1 into two parts, namely the lotus 11 and the lotus 12, according to different representation objects. The dividing mode of the embroidery pattern can be mastered according to the principle and the actual pattern, and the embroidery pattern can be flexibly applied. As would be readily understood and accepted by those skilled in the art.
2. In the above embodiment, the lotus 11 is composed of a closed pattern, see fig. 2, and the lotus leaf 12 is composed of two closed patterns, see fig. 3. The above examples are merely illustrative, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In fact, each embroidery area may be composed of one or more closed patterns, which are determined according to the specific embroidered patterns, so that it is not very important that each embroidery area is composed of one or more closed patterns, each embroidery area only represents an embroidery picture which needs to be finished on the same frame, and the embroidery picture can be composed of one closed pattern or several closed patterns.
3. In the above embodiment, since there are only two embroidery regions, only two frames are required, one of which is the main frame 3 (see fig. 2) and the other of which is the auxiliary frame 6 (see fig. 3). However, the present invention is not limited to this, and one main stent 3 and a plurality of auxiliary stents 6 may be provided. The number of the stretching frames is the same as that of the divided embroidery areas, wherein one stretching frame is a main stretching frame 3, and the rest stretching frames are auxiliary stretching frames 6, such as a first auxiliary stretching frame and a second auxiliary stretching frame. The main frame should have the same size of the embroidery, while the auxiliary frame may have a size generally smaller than or equal to the size of the main frame. In the above embodiment, the width of the main frame 3 is identical to the embroidery width, and the width of the auxiliary frame 6 is smaller than the width of the main frame 3.
4. In the above embodiment, the lotus pattern 1 is embroidered, the lotus 11 is relatively major in the lotus pattern 1, the lotus leaf 12 is relatively minor, the main frame 3 (see fig. 2) is used for embroidering the lotus 11, and the auxiliary frame 6 (see fig. 3) is used for embroidering the lotus leaf 12. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and it is also possible to perform the exchange that the main frame 3 is used to embroider the lotus leaf 12, and the auxiliary frame 6 is used to embroider the lotus 11. In other words, the arrangement of the embroidery pictures in the main stretcher 3 and the auxiliary stretcher 6 in the invention has no necessary corresponding relation with the primary and secondary pictures, and can be determined according to actual needs.
5. In the above embodiment, the auxiliary frame 6 is used to embroider the lotus leaves 12, and the lotus leaves 12 are 100% of the lotus leaves 12 completed in the second step embroidery of the above embodiment. However, the invention is not limited to the method, 80-90% of the lotus leaves 12 can be finished in the second step of embroidery, for example, the lotus leaves at the periphery are temporarily not embroidered and remain to be repaired in the ninth step of repair, thus the defects caused by splicing seams can be compensated and natural transition can be made.
