技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于化妆品领域的解决皮肤晒伤症状的组合物及其制备方法与用途,具体地,涉及一种用于快速修护晒伤的组合物及其制备方法与用途。
背景技术
晒伤即急性阳光性炎症,是皮肤接受强烈光线照射引起的一种急性损伤性皮肤反应,通常会出现红肿、灼烧、疼痛,甚至出现水疱、灼痛、皮肤脱屑等症状。日照性皮炎是皮肤接受的光照过强,暴露时间过长。当皮肤接受的紫外线超过了耐受量,紫外线根据波长不同,可以分为UVA、UVB、UVC,UVB是引起晒伤的主要原因,会使引起鲜红色红斑;UVA引起深红色红斑;UVC引起粉红色红斑。紫外线的辐射改变人真皮层细胞基因状态,使人真皮层细胞释放多种炎症因子,引起真皮内血管扩张、渗透性增加。晒伤的治疗包括对皮肤的对症治疗和缓解疼痛,以局部外用药物为主。由于晒伤分类及症状的复杂性和多样性,目前无可以快速缓解治疗各类晒伤的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于所有肤质的快速修护晒伤的组合物制备及在护肤品中的应用,能够解决现有问题,针对不同原因引起的皮肤晒伤,并能促进皮肤修复、保湿、抗菌及抗炎功能等。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于快速修护晒伤的组合物,其中,该组合物包含A相、B相、C相、D相;A相包含辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油、鲸蜡硬脂醇、氢化聚异丁烯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油聚丙烯酸酯、PVM/MA共聚物、植物鞘氨醇、胆甾醇、月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠、卡波姆、黄原胶,以及水;B相包含卤虫提取物、聚丙烯酸酯-13、聚异丁烯、聚山梨醇酯-20、积雪草提取物、丹参根提取物、丁香花蕾提取物、黄芩根提取物、当归根提取物;C相包含甘草根提取物、辛基十二醇、广藿香叶提取物;D相包含神经酰胺3、神经酰胺6II、神经酰胺1、丁二醇、苯氧乙醇、1,3-丙二醇、碳酸丙二醇酯、辛酰羟肟酸、o-伞花烃-5-醇、精氨酸、丙烯酸酯类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、生育酚磷酸酯钠、EDTA二钠、乙基己基甘油、山梨酸钾。

本发明还提供了一种上述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,其中,所述的方法包含:步骤1、按比例称量各原料,并分为A相、B相、C相、D相;步骤2、分别将A相、B相加热;步骤3、在搅拌条件下将B相加入A相,混匀后,乳化;步骤4、再向混合物加入C相,混匀后,乳化,离心;步骤5、慢速搅拌冷却,最后加入D相搅拌均匀即可。
上述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,其中,所述的步骤2中,分别将A相、B相加热至75℃。
上述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,其中,所述的步骤3中,在搅拌条件下将B相加入A相,混匀后,以8000转/分钟的转速乳化2-3分钟。
上述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,其中,所述的步骤4中,再向混合物加入C相,混匀后,以8000转/分钟的转速乳化2-3分钟,离心。

本发明专利涉及的快速修护晒伤的凝胶组合物首次将多种植物中药提取物(广藿香、丹参、丁香、黄芩、当归、甘草、积雪草等)、神经酰胺组合物、生育酚磷酸酯钠及卤虫提取物进行组合,适用于各种皮肤晒伤症状,在快速修复晒伤皮肤的同时,可以形成天然皮肤屏障,保湿锁水,抗炎抑菌等功能,从而改善紫外线敏感性肌肤,从而保持皮肤的水润与健康。
该组合物可以快速缓解晒伤引起的皮肤破损、发红、刺痛和皮屑等不适感,快速缓解由于晒伤而引起的炎症反应,同时具有超强的保湿能力,可以在形成天然的皮肤屏障,保湿锁水,抗炎抑菌。

本发明中的组合物主要功能成分有:神经酰胺组合物、卤虫(ARTEMIA)提取物、生育酚磷酸酯钠以及植物提取物(丹参(SALVIA MILTIORRHIZA)根提取物、丁香(EUGENIACARYOPHYLLUS)花蕾提取物、黄芩(SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS)根提取物、甘草根提取物、当归(ANGELICA POLYMORPHA SINENSIS)根提取物、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物和广藿香(POGOSTEMON CABLIN)叶提取物)
神经酰胺组合物天然存在于人皮肤的角质层中,是皮肤自身免疫系统的一部分。可快速消除皮肤炎症,有效减轻灼烧症状,减少微生物对皮肤微生态的破坏。神经酰胺组合物能有效恢复皮肤的保护屏障功能,同时它还是天然的保湿成分,可以有效缓解晒伤症状。
卤虫提取物(即GP4G),提取于嗜极浮游生物的核苷酸,具有多重防护和抗压靶向,它首先是细胞活化因子,可以激活人体皮肤细胞的各种生理活动和新陈代谢。其次它是细胞防御因子,在保护细胞抵御各种类型压力。可以有效抵御UV、红外、过热、过冷等压力造成的蛋白质、RNA、线粒体等的损伤,具有快速美白、修复的作用。
生育酚磷酸酯钠是一种水溶性的粉末状维生素E:利用磷酰基对生育酚中的羟基进行化学修饰和保护,避免发生氧化;皮肤所吸收的TPNa(R)会被皮肤中的磷酸酶迅速水解转化为具有活性的生育酚,进而发挥作用。它具有对抗UV、抑制各种炎症的功效,同时还可以增加皮肤中神经酰胺的合成,形成皮肤屏障,维持皮肤微生态。
广藿香(POGOSTEMON CABLIN)叶提取物,是大麻素受体2(CB2)激活剂,激活CB2受体、抑制TRPV1受体,促进β-内啡肽的合成,具有快速舒缓、抗刺激、修复皮肤的作用,能快速修复晒伤肌肤,对紫外线刺激引起的皮肤不适有很好的缓解效果。
丹参(SALVIA MILTIORRHIZA)根提取物中的丹参酮具有抗炎和抗菌能力,丹参根提取物具有抑制皮脂腺细胞增生和缩小皮脂腺细胞体积作用,起到保湿作用,有助于晒伤后皮肤的修复。
黄岑根提取物中的黄岑苷和黄岑素可以影响花生四烯酸通道,抑制细胞因子的特异性引起的炎症反应;具有极强地广谱性抑菌作用。所以其可以极速缓解由于晒伤而引起的各类炎症反应,还可以增强皮肤抗敏能力。
当归根提取物可以控制血管皮细胞的扩张,具有改善皮肤晒伤的作用;其良好的SOD样活性,可以抑制过氧化反应和自由基反应,与磷脂结合,保护生物膜,具有极强晒伤后修复能力。
甘草根提取物可以促进肌细胞和血管内皮细胞的增殖,促进胶原带白的生成,抑制NO的生成,增强皮肤免疫力,抗发炎及降低氧化速度,能改善对紫外线敏感的现象,安抚舒缓晒伤后的皮肤。
积雪草提取物为植物胶原蛋白,具有消肿解毒祛脓疮的作用;同时其可以促进皮肤胶原蛋白再生,增强细胞基底层细胞活力,调节皮肤免疫力。
本发明还提供了该用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,包含:步骤1、按比例称量各原料,并分为A相、B相、C相、D相;步骤2、分别将A相、B相加热;步骤3、在搅拌条件下将B相加入A相,混匀后,乳化;步骤4、再向混合物加入C相,混匀后,乳化,离心;步骤5、慢速搅拌冷却,最后加入D相搅拌均匀即可。
步骤2中,分别将A相、B相加热至75℃。
步骤3中,在搅拌条件下将B相加入A相,混匀后,以8000转/分钟的转速乳化2-3分钟。
步骤4中,再向混合物加入C相,混匀后,以8000转/分钟的转速乳化2-3分钟,离心。

采用各实施例制备的组合物进行测试及评估,具体方式如下。
1.实验对象
实验组(本发明):50例,男25例,女25例;年龄10-42岁;
对照组(安慰剂-普通保湿液):50例,男25例,女25例,年龄12-50岁。
两组人员的性别、年龄等资料经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组有可比性。
2.治疗方式,对实验组晒伤处涂抹本发明,对照组晒伤处涂抹普通保湿液,记录晒伤修复时间并作如下评估,记录不适反应的发生。
3.评估标准:
根据皮肤晒斑、发红、刺痛和皮屑情况进行评价。
痊愈:症状及体征消退95%以上。
显效:临床表现减轻80%-94%。
好转:临表现减轻50%-79%。
无效:临床表现无改善。
4.结果:结果如下表2所示。

对实验组与对照组进行差异性分析(P<0.05)有显著差异,具有统计学意义。实验组有效率明显高于对照组有效率,说明实验组可以快速修护晒伤症状,同时实验组未产生不适发生,说明该发明具有良好效果。
本发明采用的成分中,神经酰胺组合物可以快速消除皮肤炎症、缓解灼烧症状,快速恢复皮肤的保护屏障功能,有效抵御病原微生物。卤虫提取物(即GP4G)可以细胞活化因子,激活人体皮肤细胞的各种生理活动和新陈代谢。同时可以有效抵御UV、红外、过热、过冷等压力造成的蛋白质、RNA、线粒体等的损伤,具有快速修复晒伤的作用。生育酚磷酸酯钠是一种维生素E,它具有对抗UV、抑制各种炎症的功效,同时还可以增加皮肤中神经酰胺的合成,形成皮肤屏障,维持皮肤微生态。广藿香(POGOSTEMON CABLIN)叶提取物可以激活CB2受体、抑制TRPV1受体,促进β-内啡肽的合成,具有快速舒缓、抗刺激、修复皮肤的作用,能快速修复晒伤肌肤,对紫外线刺激引起的皮肤不适有很好的缓解效果。
本发明提供的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物及其制备方法与用途,具有修复皮肤屏障,保湿锁水,抗炎抑菌等功能,可以达到快速修护晒伤效果,从而改善紫外线敏感性肌肤,从而保持皮肤的水润与健康。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于快速修护晒伤的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物包含A相、B相、C相、D相;
A相包含辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油、鲸蜡硬脂醇、氢化聚异丁烯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油聚丙烯酸酯、PVM/MA共聚物、植物鞘氨醇、胆甾醇、月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠、卡波姆、黄原胶,以及水;
B相包含卤虫提取物、聚丙烯酸酯-13、聚异丁烯、聚山梨醇酯-20、积雪草提取物、丹参根提取物、丁香花蕾提取物、黄芩根提取物、当归根提取物;
C相包含甘草根提取物、辛基十二醇、广藿香叶提取物;
D相包含神经酰胺3、神经酰胺6II、神经酰胺1、丁二醇、苯氧乙醇、1,3-丙二醇、碳酸丙二醇酯、辛酰羟肟酸、o-伞花烃-5-醇、精氨酸、丙烯酸酯类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、生育酚磷酸酯钠、EDTA二钠、乙基己基甘油、山梨酸钾。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物中按重量份数计包含:辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2~4份、甘油0.5~1.5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2~4份、氢化聚异丁烯0.5~1.5份、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯2~4份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2~4份、甘油聚丙烯酸酯1~2份、PVM/MA共聚物0.5~1.5份、植物鞘氨醇2~4份、胆甾醇2~4份、月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠0.4~0.6份、卡波姆0.05~0.15份、黄原胶0.2~0.4份、卤虫提取物2~4份、聚丙烯酸酯-132~3份、聚异丁烯0.5~1.5份、聚山梨醇酯-20 0.4~0.6份、积雪草提取物0.5~1.5份、丹参根提取物0.5~1.5份、丁香花蕾提取物0.5~1.5份、黄芩根提取物0.5~1.5份、当归根提取物0.4~0.6份、甘草根提取物0.5~1.5份、辛基十二醇0.4~0.6份、广藿香叶提取物2~4份、神经酰胺3 4~6份、神经酰胺6II 4~6份、神经酰胺1 4~6份、丁二醇4~6份、苯氧乙醇1~3份、1,3-丙二醇1~3份、碳酸丙二醇酯2~4份、辛酰羟肟酸0.5~1.5份、o-伞花烃-5-醇1~2份、精氨酸0.2~0.4份、丙烯酸酯类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.2~0.4份、生育酚磷酸酯钠1~3份、EDTA二钠0.4~0.6份、乙基己基甘油0.5~1.5份、山梨酸钾0.02~0.06份。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物中按质量百分比计包含:辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3%、甘油1%、鲸蜡硬脂醇3%、氢化聚异丁烯1%、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷3%、甘油聚丙烯酸酯1.5%、PVM/MA共聚物1%、植物鞘氨醇3%、胆甾醇3%、月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠0.5%、卡波姆0.1%、黄原胶0.3%、卤虫提取物3%、聚丙烯酸酯-13 2.5%、聚异丁烯1%、聚山梨醇酯-20 0.5%、积雪草提取物1%、丹参根提取物1%、丁香花蕾提取物1%、黄芩根提取物1%、当归根提取物0.5%、甘草根提取物1%、辛基十二醇0.5%、广藿香叶提取物3%、神经酰胺3 5%、神经酰胺6II 5%、神经酰胺1 5%、丁二醇5%、苯氧乙醇2%、1,3-丙二醇2%、碳酸丙二醇酯3%、辛酰羟肟酸1%、o-伞花烃-5-醇1.5%、精氨酸0.3%、丙烯酸酯类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.3%、生育酚磷酸酯钠2%、EDTA二钠0.5%、乙基己基甘油1%、山梨酸钾0.05%。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物中按质量百分比计加水到100%。
5.一种如权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包含:
步骤1、按比例称量各原料,并分为A相、B相、C相、D相;
步骤2、分别将A相、B相加热;
步骤3、在搅拌条件下将B相加入A相,混匀后,乳化;
步骤4、再向混合物加入C相,混匀后,乳化,离心;
步骤5、慢速搅拌冷却,最后加入D相搅拌均匀即可。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤2中,分别将A相、B相加热至75℃。
7.如权利要求5所述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤3中,在搅拌条件下将B相加入A相,混匀后,以8000转/分钟的转速乳化2-3分钟。
8.如权利要求5所述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤4中,再向混合物加入C相,混匀后,以8000转/分钟的转速乳化2-3分钟,离心。
9.如权利要求5所述的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤5中,慢速搅拌冷却至40℃,最后加入D相搅拌均匀。
10.一种如权利要求5所述的方法制备的用于快速修护晒伤的组合物的用途,其特征在于,所述的组合物用于制备护肤品;所述的护肤品包含修护乳膏。
