A soothing, repairing and moisturizing mask composition containing various plant essences is characterized by comprising the following components: water, butylene glycol, hydrogenated polyisobutylene, glycerin, macadamia nut seed oil, jojoba seed oil, cetostearyl alcohol, shea butter, dimethicone, panthenol, cetostearyl glucoside, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, polyglycerin-3, rice bran acid, sophora flavescens root extract, glycyrrhiza inflate root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, dendrobium stem extract, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, lycium barbarum fruit extract, echinacea purpurea extract, centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, tea leaf extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, chamomile flower extract, rosemary leaf extract, bacillus/soybean fermentation product extract, folic acid, vitamin E, 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, hydrogenated lecithin, phenoxyethanol, bisabolol, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, folic acid, vitamin E, 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, hydrogenated lecithin, phenoxyethanol, and mixtures thereof, Allantoin, xanthan gum, beta-glucan, sodium hyaluronate, caramel color and angelica rotundifolia root oil.

4. the soothing and repairing hydrating mask composition containing various plant essences according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the scutellaria baicalensis root extract specifically comprises the following steps:
a1: pretreating raw materials, selecting the above radix Scutellariae, cleaning, drying, and pulverizing to 80-100 mesh;
a2: boiling and extracting, namely adding 10 times of water into the radix scutellariae powder to boil for 1-3 h;
a3: extracting by an acid-base method, and adjusting the pH value of the extracting solution to 1-3 to 7 by respectively using hydrochloric acid solution and sodium hydroxide solution to obtain scutellaria root extracting solution;
a4: separating out and filtering, decolorizing the radix Scutellariae extractive solution with active carbon, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid to pH 1-3, stirring, heating to 70-90 deg.C to separate out radix Scutellariae extract, and filtering;
a5: washing and drying, washing with small amount of 50% ethanol, and drying to obtain Scutellariae radix extract powder.
5. The soothing and repairing hydrating mask composition of claim 1, wherein the licorice root extract is prepared by the steps of:
b1: pretreating raw materials, selecting the above Glycyrrhrizae radix, cleaning, drying, and pulverizing to 80-100 mesh;
b2: percolating with 8-15 times of 0.5% ammonia water, concentrating the percolate to 1/5, filtering, adding concentrated sulfuric acid to the filtrate to pH 2-4, and precipitating;
b3: washing with water, drying, washing Glycyrrhrizae radix powder for 3-5 times, and oven drying below 60 deg.C to obtain Glycyrrhrizae radix extract powder.
6. The soothing and repairing hydrating mask composition of claim 1, wherein the centella asiatica extract is prepared by the following steps:
c1: pretreating raw materials, namely cleaning and drying centella, crushing and sieving;
c2: reflux-extracting in water bath, adding 60-70% ethanol, reflux-extracting for three times (each for 1-3 hr), filtering the extractive solution, and mixing the filtrates;
c3: vacuum concentrating, vacuum concentrating the above combined filtrates, and drying to obtain herba Centellae extract.
