Abstract

本发明公开了一种刹车片平行度可调的机械碟刹,包括拉杆、安装拉杆的大钳体、上顶杆以及小钳体,具有以下特点:一是通过大钳体上的拉杆进行上顶杆的转动,而通过上顶杆的转动带动钢球移动而使下顶杆向下移动,进而带动该侧刹车片进行刹车,此种刹车制动方式设计新颖且制动效果强;二是大钳体上两调节螺栓可通过扳手进行调整调节螺栓的位置,进而方便调整刹车片之间的距离,可分别调节该侧刹车片两端与刹车碟盘间隙,使刹车片与刹车碟盘完全平行;三是同样调节小钳体上两调节螺丝,改变该侧刹车片两端与刹车碟盘间隙,使刹车片与刹车碟盘始终平行;增加刹车时的接触面,减小刹车片与碟盘间隙,并且避免刹车片因长时间中部受压造成变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及刹车装置技术领域,尤其是一种刹车片平行度可调的机械碟刹。
背景技术
自行车与电动自行车在现在使用越来越广泛,而在自行车骑行时,经常会使用刹车,而碟刹由于其制动能力强且便捷性的原因深受人们的喜爱,机械碟在使用时会经常只顶在刹车片中间位置,在长时间使用之后会导致刹车片底板受力变形,这样会使压力变小,造成刹车力度与摩擦力的减小,而经常按动刹车长时间后刹车片变形尤为明显。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种通过调节螺栓调节刹车片角度、调整两刹车片夹紧的角度的刹车片平行度可调的机械碟刹。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:一种刹车片平行度可调的机械碟刹,包括拉杆、安装拉杆的大钳体、上顶杆以及小钳体,所述的大钳体通过连接螺丝与小钳体固定安装,大钳体上通过螺丝安装有拉杆,所述拉杆与刹车线连接,所述拉杆另一端通过螺丝与上顶杆固定连接,所述上顶杆上依次套有平面轴承与平垫片,所述上顶杆通过平垫片、平面轴承顶在大钳体上,所述上顶杆下方设有下顶杆,所述下顶杆两侧通过螺孔与调节螺栓螺纹连接,所述调节螺栓底部通过磁铁连接有刹车片,所述小钳体上安装有调节螺丝,调节螺丝端部通过磁铁连接有刹车片二,所述刹车片与刹车片二侧面设有孔,孔内穿有开口销,开口销下端固定在小钳体上。
作为优选,所述的下顶杆上设有两个以上孔连接调节螺栓。
作为优选,所述的调节螺栓上位于大钳体对应的调节螺栓孔底部上方套有压缩弹簧,调节螺栓顶部设有垫圈与开口挡圈,所述调节螺栓套在大钳体且顶部设有六角孔槽。
作为优选,所述的上顶杆与下顶杆相对位置处均设有水滴槽,所述水滴槽呈弧形设计,水滴槽两端的深处不一致,所述水滴槽之间放置有钢球。
作为优选,所述的调节螺丝螺纹安装在小钳体内,所述调节螺丝端部通过磁铁安装有刹车片二。
作为优选,所述的磁铁为强磁铁设计,所述调节螺栓二与调节螺栓底部设有容纳磁铁的槽。
作为优选,所述的开口销内套有刹车片与刹车片二的孔。
作为优选,所述的大钳体上还设有穿线销,所述穿线销用于刹车线穿入,所述刹车线端部安装在拉杆上。
有益效果:
本发明采用了上述技术方案提供一种刹车片平行度可调的机械碟刹,其具有以下特点:一是通过大钳体上的拉杆进行上顶杆的转动,而通过上顶杆的转动带动钢球移动而使下顶杆向下移动,进而带动该侧刹车片进行刹车,此种刹车制动方式设计新颖且制动效果强;二是大钳体上两调节螺栓可通过扳手进行调整调节螺栓的位置,进而方便调整刹车片之间的距离,可分别调节该侧刹车片两端与刹车碟盘间隙,使刹车片与刹车碟盘完全平行;三是同样调节小钳体上两调节螺丝,改变该侧刹车片两端与刹车碟盘间隙,使刹车片与刹车碟盘始终平行;增加刹车时的接触面,减小刹车片与碟盘间隙,从而获得更强的制动效果与刹车手感,并且避免刹车片因长时间中部受压造成变形。

具体实施方式
如图1至6所示,一种刹车片平行度可调的机械碟刹,包括拉杆1、安装拉杆1的大钳体2、上顶杆3以及小钳体4,其特征在于,所述的大钳体2通过连接螺丝9与小钳体4固定安装,大钳体2上通过螺丝安装有拉杆1,所述拉杆1与刹车线连接,所述拉杆1另一端通过螺丝与上顶杆3固定连接,所述上顶杆3上依次套有平面轴承17与平垫片5,所述上顶杆3通过平垫片5、平面轴承17顶在大钳体2上,所述上顶杆3下方设有下顶杆6,所述下顶杆6两侧通过螺孔与调节螺栓7螺纹连接,所述调节螺栓7底部通过磁铁10连接有刹车片8,所述小钳体4上安装有调节螺丝16,调节螺丝16端部通过磁铁10连接有刹车片二11,所述刹车片8与刹车片二11侧面设有孔,孔内穿有开口销12,开口销12下端固定在小钳体4上。
具体的拉杆1用于连接刹车线,刹车线连接在刹把上,这样在按动刹把后,拉动刹车线进而拉动拉杆1转动,拉杆1转动带动其上的上顶杆3转动,而上顶杆3与下顶杆6之间相对位置设有水滴槽18,水滴槽内设有钢球19,而下顶杆6螺纹安装在调节螺栓7上,此时拉杆1的转动会使钢球19在水滴槽18内移动,且水滴槽18的深度不一致,这样会增加钢球19从深处移动到浅处时会增加上顶杆3与下顶杆6之间的间隙,此时会带动下顶杆6与其连接的调节螺栓7向下移动,调节螺栓7底部通过磁铁10安装有刹车片8,进而带动刹车片进行刹车制动,而小钳体4上设有调节螺丝16,调节螺丝16端部通过磁铁10安装有刹车片二11,调节螺丝16调节刹车片二11的位置,调节螺栓7调节刹车片8的位置,这样可以两个刹车片之间的距离,这样可以根据按动刹把的距离与力度等进行调整。
进一步优选,所述的下顶杆6上设有两个以上孔连接调节螺栓7;
根据图1所示下顶杆6设置多个孔与调节螺栓7螺纹连接,这样保证下顶杆6向下移动时的稳定性。
进一步优选,所述的调节螺栓7与下顶杆6螺纹连接,所述的调节螺栓7上位于大钳体2对应调节螺丝孔孔底上方套有压缩弹簧13,调节螺栓7顶部设有垫圈14与开口挡圈15,所述调节螺栓7套在大钳体2且顶部设有六角槽;
根据图3所示调节螺栓7上设有压缩弹簧13,压缩弹簧13顶部设有垫圈14与开口挡圈15,压缩弹簧13位于大钳体2上方,且端部设有垫圈14与开口挡圈15,在按压时会施加压力给予压缩弹簧13,当松开拉杆1时压缩弹簧13会使调节螺栓7复位,调节螺栓7端部设有六角槽,调整时使用六角扳手调整调节螺栓7的高低位置。
进一步优选,所述的上顶杆3与下顶杆6相对位置处均设有水滴槽18,所述水滴槽18呈弧形设计,水滴槽18两端的深处不一致,所述水滴槽18之间放置有钢球19;
根据图4所示,水滴槽18内放置有钢球19,钢球19的移动有助于带动下顶杆6的移动,下顶杆6移动进而带动螺纹连接的调节螺杆7移动。
所述的调节螺丝16螺纹安装在小钳体4内,所述调节螺丝16端部通过磁铁10安装有刹车片二11。。
根据图1所示调节螺丝16螺纹安装在小钳体4内,所述调节螺丝16端部通过磁铁10安装有刹车片二11,调节螺丝16内可插入扳手转动而调节位置,这样可以调节刹车片二11的位置,进而可以调整刹车片8与刹车片二11的间隙及平行度,这样可以根据手动按动刹把的力度或者刹车线的松紧度进行位置的调整。
进一步优选,所述的磁铁10为强磁铁设计,所述调节螺栓7二与调节螺栓7底部设有容纳磁铁10的槽。
根据图1所示,磁铁10为强磁铁设计,可以牢固地固定刹车片8与刹车片11。
进一步优选,所述的开口销12内套有刹车片8与刹车片二11的孔。
根据图5所示刹车片8与刹车片二11在开口销12上移动,开口销12端部安装在小钳体4上,用于刹车片8与刹车片二11的安装与限位,而大钳体2、小钳体4,通过连接螺丝9固定连接,保证整个机械碟刹连接的稳定性与整体性。
进一步优选,所述的大钳体2上还设有穿线销20,所述穿线销20用于刹车线穿入,所述刹车线端部安装在拉杆1上;
根据图1所示的穿线销20用于刹车线的穿入媒介,刹车线穿过穿线销20后安装在拉杆1上。

1.一种刹车片平行度可调的机械碟刹,包括拉杆(1)、安装拉杆(1)的大钳体(2)、上顶杆(3)以及小钳体(4),其特征在于,所述的大钳体(2)通过连接螺丝(9)与小钳体(4)固定安装,大钳体(2)上通过螺丝安装有拉杆(1),所述拉杆(1)与刹车线连接,所述拉杆(1)另一端通过螺丝与上顶杆(3)固定连接,所述上顶杆(3)上依次套有平面轴承(17)与平垫片(5),所述上顶杆(3)通过平垫片(5)、平面轴承(17)顶在大钳体(2)上,所述上顶杆(3)下方设有下顶杆(6),所述下顶杆(6)两侧通过螺孔与调节螺栓(7)螺纹连接,所述调节螺栓(7)底部通过磁铁(10)连接有刹车片(8),所述小钳体(4)上安装有调节螺丝(16),调节螺丝(16)端部通过磁铁(10)连接有刹车片二(11),所述刹车片(8)与刹车片二(11)侧面设有孔,孔内穿有开口销(12),开口销(12)下端固定在小钳体(4)上。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种刹车片平行度可调的机械碟刹,其特征在于,所述的上顶杆(3)与下顶杆(6)相对位置处均设有水滴槽(18),所述水滴槽(18)呈弧形设计,水滴槽(18)两端的深处不一致,所述水滴槽(18)之间放置有钢球(19)。
