本創作為一種摩擦塊平行度可調的制動組件,包括撥桿、安裝撥桿的主本體、旋轉驅動盤以及附本體,所述的主本體通過螺絲與附本體固定安裝,主本體上通過螺絲安裝有撥桿,所述撥桿與X拉線連接,所述撥桿另一端通過螺絲與旋轉驅動盤固定連接,所述旋轉驅動盤通過平墊片、平面軸承頂在本主體上,所述旋轉驅動盤下方設有定向驅動盤,所述定向驅動盤兩側套在可調螺桿上,所述可調螺桿底部通過V型彈簧連接有摩擦塊,所述附本體上安裝有扁螺柱,扁螺柱端部通過V型彈簧連接有摩擦塊二,所述摩擦塊與摩擦塊二側面設有孔,孔內穿有開口銷,開口銷下端固定在附本體上,通過可調螺桿來進行摩擦塊角度的調整,有助於防止長時間使用同一位置而造成變形。

Description

一種摩擦塊平行度可調的制動組件
本創作涉及制動裝置技術領域,尤其是多頭推出的摩擦制動裝置。
自行車與電動助力車在現在越來越廣泛成為騎行愛好者的鍛煉工具,經常會使用制動裝置,普通機械碟盤制動裝置在使用時會經常只頂在摩擦塊中間位置,在長時間使用之後會導致摩擦塊底板受力變形,這樣會使壓力變小,造成刹車力度與摩擦力的減小,長時間使用後摩擦塊變形尤為明顯。
本創作所要解決的技術問題在於提供一種通過可調螺桿與扁螺柱調節實現摩擦塊角度、兩摩擦塊夾緊的角度的摩擦塊平行度可調的多驅動推動摩擦塊制動裝置。
為解決上述現有的技術問題,本創作採用如下方案:一種摩擦塊平行度可調的制動裝置,包括撥桿、安裝拉桿的主本體、旋轉驅動盤以及附本體,所述的主本體通過連接螺絲與附本體固定安裝,主本體上通過螺絲安裝有撥桿,所述撥桿與拉線連接,所述撥桿另一端通過螺絲與旋轉驅動盤固定連接,所述 旋轉驅動盤上依次套有平面軸承與平墊片,所述旋轉驅動盤通過平墊片、平面軸承頂在主本體上,所述旋轉驅動盤下方設有定向驅動盤,所述定向驅動盤兩側通過螺孔與可調螺桿螺紋連接,所述可調螺桿底部通過V型彈簧彈力支撐有摩擦塊,所述附本體上安裝有扁螺柱,扁螺柱端部同樣通過V型彈簧彈力支撐有摩擦塊二,所述摩擦塊與摩擦塊二側面設有孔,孔內穿有開口銷,開口銷下端固定在附本體上。
作為優選,所述的定向驅動盤上設有兩個以上孔連接可調螺桿。
作為優選,所述的可調螺桿上位於主本體對應的可調螺桿孔底部上方套有壓縮彈簧,可調螺桿頂部設有墊圈與開口擋圈,所述可調螺桿套在主本體且頂部設有六角孔槽。
作為優選,所述的旋轉驅動盤與定向驅動盤相對位置處均設有水滴槽,所述水滴槽呈弧形設計,水滴槽兩端的深處不一致,所述水滴槽之間放置有滾珠。
作為優選,所述的扁螺柱螺紋安裝在附本體內,所述扁螺柱端部通過V型彈簧彈力支撐有摩擦塊二。
作為優選,所述的V型彈簧為彈力張開支撐設計,所述可調螺桿與扁螺柱底部與摩擦塊接觸。
作為優選,所述的開口銷內套有摩擦塊與摩擦塊二的孔。
作為優選,所述的主本體上還設有穿線銷,所述穿 線銷用於拉線穿入,所述拉線端部安裝在撥桿上。
本創作採用了上述技術方案提供一種摩擦塊平行度可調的制動裝置,其具有以下特點:一是通過主本體上的撥桿拉動旋轉驅動盤轉動,而通過旋轉驅動盤的轉動帶動滾珠移動而定向轉驅動盤向下移動,進而帶動該側摩擦塊進行制動,此種制動方式設計新穎且制動效果強;二是主本體上兩可調螺桿可通過扳手進行調整可調螺桿的位置,進而方便調整摩擦塊之間的距離,可分別調節該側摩擦塊兩端與制動盤間隙,使摩擦塊與制動盤完全平行;三是同樣調節附本體上兩扁螺柱,改變該側摩擦塊兩端與制動盤間隙,使摩擦塊與制動盤始終平行;增加制動時的接觸面,減小摩擦塊與制動盤間隙,從而獲得更強的制動效果與制動手感,並且避免摩擦塊因長時間中部受壓造成變形了。

一種摩擦塊平行度可調的制動裝置,包括撥桿1、安 裝撥桿1的主本體2、旋轉驅動盤3以及附本體4,其特徵在於,所述的主本體2通過連接螺絲9與附本體4固定安裝,主本體2上通過螺絲安裝有撥桿1,所述撥桿1與拉線連接,所述撥桿1另一端通過螺絲與旋轉驅動盤3固定連接,所述旋轉驅動盤3上依次套有平面軸承17與平墊片5,所述旋轉驅動盤3通過平墊片5、平面軸承17頂在主本體2上,所述旋轉驅動盤3下方設有定向驅動盤6,所述定向驅動盤6兩側通過螺孔與可調螺桿7螺紋連接,所述可調螺桿7底部通過V型彈簧10彈力支撐有摩擦塊8,所述附本體4上安裝有扁螺柱16,扁螺柱16端部通過V型彈簧10彈力支撐有摩擦塊二11,所述摩擦塊8與摩擦塊二11側面設有孔,孔內穿有開口銷12,開口銷12下端固定在附本體4上。
具體的撥桿1用於連接拉線,拉線連接在刹把上,這樣在按動刹把後,拉動拉線進而拉動撥桿1轉動,撥桿1轉動帶動其上的旋轉驅動盤3轉動,而旋轉驅動盤3與定向驅動盤6之間相對位置設有水滴槽18,水滴槽內設有滾珠19,而定向驅動盤6螺紋安裝在可調螺桿7上,此時撥桿1的轉動會使滾珠19在水滴槽18內移動,且水滴槽18的深度不一致,這樣會增加滾珠19從深處移動到淺處時會增加旋轉驅動盤3與定向驅動盤6之間的間隙,此時會帶動定向驅動盤6與其連接的可調螺桿7向下移動,可調螺桿7底部通過V型彈簧10彈力支撐有摩擦塊8,進而帶動摩擦塊進行制動動作,而附本體4上設有扁螺柱16,扁螺柱16端部通過V型彈簧10彈力支撐有摩擦塊二11,扁螺柱16調節摩擦塊二11的位置,可調螺 桿7調節摩擦塊8的位置,這樣可以兩個摩擦塊之間的距離,這樣可以根據按動刹把的距離與力度等進行調整。鬆開撥桿後,定向驅動盤6隨旋轉驅動盤3回復,V型彈簧10回彈力推動兩個摩擦塊復位。
進一步優選,所述的定向驅動盤6上設有兩個以上孔連接可調螺桿7;根據圖1所示定向驅動盤6設置多個孔與可調螺桿7螺紋連接,這樣保證定向驅動盤6向下移動時的穩定性。
進一步優選,所述的可調螺桿7與定向驅動盤6螺紋連接,所述的可調螺桿7上位於主本體2對應可調螺桿孔孔底上方套有壓縮彈簧13,可調螺桿7頂部設有墊圈14與開口擋圈15,所述可調螺桿7套在主本體2且頂部設有六角槽。
根據圖3所示可調螺桿7上設有壓縮彈簧13,壓縮彈簧13頂部設有墊圈14與開口擋圈15,壓縮彈簧13位於主本體2上方,且端部設有墊圈14與開口擋圈15,在按壓時會施加壓力給予壓縮彈簧13,當鬆開撥桿1時壓縮彈簧13會使可調螺桿7復位,可調螺桿7端部設有六角槽,調整時使用六角扳手調整可調螺桿7的高低位置。
進一步優選,所述的旋轉驅動盤3與定向驅動盤6相對位置處均設有水滴槽18,所述水滴槽18呈弧形設計,水滴槽18兩端的深處不一致,所述水滴槽18之間放置有滾珠19。
根據圖4所示,水滴槽18內放置有滾珠19,滾珠19的移動有助於帶動定向驅動盤6的移動,定向驅動盤6移動進而帶動 螺紋連接的可調螺桿7移動,所述的扁螺柱16螺紋安裝在附本體4內,所述扁螺柱16端部通過V型彈簧10彈力支撐有摩擦塊二11。
根據圖1所示扁螺柱16螺紋安裝在附本體4內,所述扁螺柱16端部通過磁鐵10安裝有摩擦塊二11,扁螺柱16內可插入扳手轉動而調節位置,這樣可以調節摩擦塊二11的位置,進而可以調整摩擦塊8與摩擦塊二11的間隙及平行度,這樣可以根據手動按動刹把的力度或者拉線的鬆緊度進行位置的調整。
進一步優選,所述的V型彈簧10為彈力張開支撐設計,所述可調螺桿7與可調螺桿7底部與摩擦塊8、摩擦塊二11接觸。
根據圖1所示,V型彈簧10為彈力張開支撐設計,可以壓迫摩擦塊8與摩擦塊11貼合在可調螺桿7與可調螺桿7底面上。
進一步優選,所述的開口銷12內套有摩擦塊8與摩擦塊二11的孔。
根據圖5所示摩擦塊8與摩擦塊二11在開口銷12上移動,開口銷12端部安裝在附本體4上,用於摩擦塊8與摩擦塊二11的安裝與限位,而主本體2、附本體4,通過連接螺絲9固定連接,保證整個制動裝置連接的穩定性與整體性。
進一步優選,所述的主本體2上還設有穿線銷20,所述穿線銷20用於拉線穿入,所述制動拉線端部安裝在撥桿1上。
根據圖1所示的穿線銷20用於拉線的穿入媒介,拉線穿過穿線銷20後安裝在撥桿1上。
