A working method based on an intelligent parking garage over a highway comprises a parking step and a car taking step, wherein the parking step comprises the following steps: firstly, a user drives a vehicle to the front of a ground steel structure assembly, a driving assembly pulls a vehicle transporting platform on an idle parking space into a lifting basket, the lifting basket transversely moves to the upper side of the ground steel structure assembly along with a lifting frame after the vehicle is in place, the lifting basket is parked on the ground, and the user stops the vehicle on the vehicle transporting platform; secondly, the lifter winds a steel cable, the lifting basket is slowly lifted to a target height, guide wheels on two sides of the lifting basket are matched with the ground guide rail firstly, then are separated from the ground guide rail and are matched with the lifting guide rail, and the stability of the lifting process of the lifting basket is realized; thirdly, the lifting frame slowly moves transversely to a target position on the transverse traveling crane frame; starting a second motor, slowly extending out a positioning shaft, inserting the positioning shaft into a positioning sleeve corresponding to the target parking space under the action of a guide tip, correcting errors and realizing positioning of the lifting basket; the first motor is started to drive the platform push-pull vehicle to move, the vehicle conveying platform is pushed to a parking space, the electromagnet is started to attract the traction claw to unhook, and the driving assembly and the positioning assembly reset; the vehicle taking steps are as follows: firstly, a user selects a target parking space, the lifting frame moves again, and the lifting basket slowly moves to a position corresponding to the target parking space; secondly, starting a second motor, slowly extending out a positioning shaft, and inserting the positioning shaft into a positioning sleeve corresponding to the target parking space under the action of a guide tip to realize the positioning of the lifting basket; thirdly, starting a first motor to drive the platform push-pull vehicle to move to the front of the vehicle transporting platform, hooking the push-pull shaft by the traction claw, and then resetting the driving assembly to pull the vehicle transporting platform into the lifting basket; and fourthly, the second motor rotates reversely to draw the positioning shaft out of the positioning sleeve, the lifting basket moves to the upper part of the ground steel structure component along with the lifting frame, the steel cable is discharged by the lifter to park the lifting basket on the ground, and a user drives the vehicle away.

the lifting basket comprises a rectangular frame, wherein platform push-pull vehicle rails are arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the rectangular frame, the cross section of each platform push-pull vehicle rail is concave, grooves of the two platform push-pull vehicle rails are oppositely arranged, the two ends of each platform push-pull vehicle rail are connected through connecting beams, two second parking rails used for moving the vehicle transporting platform are erected between the two connecting beams, a driving assembly used for driving the vehicle transporting platform is erected between the grooves of the two platform push-pull vehicle rails, at least one positioning assembly is arranged on one side face, away from the platform push-pull vehicle rails, of each connecting beam, and guide wheels matched with the lifting rails are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the rectangular frame;
