The winding displacement speed reducing motor 4.411 is used for driving a winding displacement screw shaft 4.410 to drive the winding displacement wheels 4.48 to reciprocate, and the steel wire ropes are uniformly arranged on the wire take-up spool 4.416; the first tightening unit 4.412 and the second tightening unit 4.413 together tighten the wire rope take-up spool 4.416, the tightening reduction motor 4.414 drives the second tightening unit 4.413 to drive the wire take-up spool 4.416 to take up the wire rope, and the straightener 4.415 is used for extruding the wire rope to be straight. The wire arrangement is driven by a servo motor and is matched with the 4.414 speed of the jacking speed reduction motor, different wire arrangement distances are conveniently adjusted, the reversing speed is high, and dense arrangement of the steel wire ropes on the spool can be completed; the jacking speed reducing motor 4.414 adopts a torque mode, so that the take-up tightness can be ensured.
When the steel wires are twisted into a rope, a plurality of steel wires pass through the wire collecting disc 2.1 and the wire collecting eye die 2.2 to be combined into a strand, then pass through the middle holes of the over-twist shaft 3.21, the over-twist wheel 3.22 and the second rotary wheel shaft 4.3, pass through the second large wire passing wheel 4.33, the second small wire passing wheel 4.32, the middle hole of the first rotary wheel shaft 4.2, pass through the first small wire passing wheel 4.22 and the first large wire passing wheel 4.2.3 in sequence, enter the cradle 4.4, are wound back and forth between the main traction wheel 4.42 and the auxiliary traction wheel 4.43 and then enter the inner over-twist shaft 4.45, the inner over-twist wheel 4.46, the straightener 4.415 and the wire arranging wheel 4.48 in sequence, and finally are wound on the wire collecting I-shaped wheel 4.416 until the wire collecting I-shaped wheel 4.416 is fully wound, and the production of the steel wire rope with one wheel is completed.

1. A large-scale wire rope double twister of stepless lay length which characterized in that: comprises a pay-off mechanism (1), a wire collecting mechanism (2), an external over-twisting mechanism (3) and a take-up mechanism (4) which are arranged in sequence;
the paying-off mechanism (1) comprises a plurality of paying-off units (1.1) which are sequentially arranged at intervals; the wire collecting mechanism (2) comprises a plurality of layers of wire collecting discs (2.1) and wire collecting eye molds (2.2), wherein the plurality of layers of wire collecting discs (2.1) and the wire collecting eye molds (2.2) are used for binding and stranding steel wire monofilaments to form a steel wire rope which is folded into a bundle;
the outer over-twisting mechanism (3) comprises an over-twisting rack (3.1), an over-twisting arbor wheel assembly (3.2) and an over-twisting motor (3.3), the over-twisting arbor wheel assembly (3.2) is installed on the over-twisting rack (3.1), and the over-twisting motor (3.3) is used for driving the over-twisting arbor wheel assembly (3.2) to rotate to drive the steel wire rope to twist;
the wire rewinding mechanism (4) comprises a rack (4.1), wherein a first rotating wheel shaft (4.2), a second rotating wheel shaft (4.3), a cradle (4.4), a main transmission shaft (4.5) and a main motor (4.6) are mounted on the rack (4.1); the first rotating wheel shaft (4.2) and the second rotating wheel shaft (4.3) are respectively installed on two sides of the cradle (4.4), the main motor (4.6) drives the main transmission shaft (4.5) to rotate, and the main transmission shaft (4.5) respectively drives the first rotating wheel shaft (4.2) and the second rotating wheel shaft (4.3) to synchronously rotate.
2. A large steel wire rope double twister with stepless lay length according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paying-off unit (1.1) comprises an I-shaped wheel shaft (1.11), and a paying-off spool (1.12) is mounted on the I-shaped wheel shaft (1.11).

A large wire rope double twister with stepless lay length according to claim 2, characterized in that: the wire collecting mechanism (2) further comprises an oil spraying system (2.3), and the oil spraying system (2.3) is used for spraying oil to the steel wire ropes which are formed by closing the multilayer wire collecting discs (2.1) and the wire collecting eye molds (2.2) into bundles.

A large steel wire rope double twister with stepless lay length according to claim 3, characterized in that: drench oil system (2.3) and include oil tank (2.31), oil pump (2.32), heating pipe (2.33) and glib talker (2.34), glib talker (2.34) are connected with oil tank (2.31) through heating pipe (2.33), grease in oil tank (2.31) sprays on the wire rope of closing the beam forming through glib talker (2.34) through oil pump (2.32) suction heating pipe (2.33).
5. A large steel wire rope double twister with stepless lay length according to claim 4, characterized in that: the central axis of the multilayer wire collecting disc (2.1) and the central axis of the wire collecting eye die (2.2) are arranged on the same straight line.

A large steel wire rope double twister with stepless lay length according to claim 5, characterized in that: the over-twisting arbor wheel subassembly (3.2) includes over-twisting axle (3.21) and over-twisting wheel (3.22), over-twisting axle (3.21) is installed on over-twisting frame (3.1) through the bearing frame, over-twisting wheel (3.22) are installed in the hole of over-twisting axle (3.21) rather than rotate and are connected.
7. A large steel wire rope double twister with stepless lay length according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein: two sides of the cradle (4.4) are respectively installed with a first rotating wheel shaft (4.2) and a second rotating wheel shaft (4.3) through bearing lifting lugs (4.41);
a first flywheel disc (4.21), a first small wire passing wheel (4.22), a first large wire passing wheel (4.23), an outer weak current collecting ring (4.24) and an inner weak current collecting ring (4.25) are arranged on the first rotating wheel shaft (4.2);
a second flywheel disc (4.31), a second small wire passing wheel (4.32), a second large wire passing wheel (4.33), an external strong current collecting ring (4.34) and an internal strong current collecting ring (4.35) are arranged on the second rotating wheel shaft (4.3);
the electric signal transmission end of the cradle (4.4) is connected with external equipment through an outer weak current collecting ring (4.24) and an inner weak current collecting ring (4.25); the power supply end of the cradle (4.4) is connected with the external power supply end through an external strong current collecting ring (4.34) and an internal strong current collecting ring (4.35).
8. A large steel wire rope double twister with stepless lay length according to claim 7, characterized in that: the first flywheel disc (4.21) is fixedly arranged on a first rotating wheel shaft (4.2), and the first small wire passing wheel (4.22) is fixed on the first flywheel disc (4.21) through a shaft; the first large wire passing wheel (4.23) is fixed in a groove on the first rotating wheel shaft (4.2) through a screw; the outer weak current collecting ring (4.24) is arranged at one end of the first rotating wheel shaft (4.2), and the inner weak current collecting ring (4.25) is arranged at the other end of the first rotating wheel shaft (4.2);
the second flywheel disc (4.31) is fixedly arranged on a second rotating wheel shaft (4.3), and the second small wire passing wheel (4.32) is fixed on the second flywheel disc (4.31) through a shaft; the second large wire passing wheel (4.33) is fixed in a groove on the second rotating wheel shaft (4.3) through screws; an external strong current collecting ring (4.34) is arranged at one end of the second rotating wheel shaft (4.3), and an internal strong current collecting ring (4.35) is arranged at the other end of the second rotating wheel shaft (4.3).

A large steel wire rope double twister with stepless lay length according to claim 8, characterized in that: the cradle (4.4) comprises a main traction wheel (4.42), an auxiliary traction wheel (4.43), a main traction speed reduction motor (4.44), an inner over-twisting shaft (4.45), an inner over-twisting wheel (4.46) and an inner over-twisting motor (4.47);
the main traction wheel (4.42) and the auxiliary traction wheel (4.43) are mounted on the cradle (4.4) through bearings, and the main traction speed reduction motor (4.44) is arranged on the cradle (4.4) and used for driving the main traction wheel (4.42) to rotate so as to provide traction force for twisting of steel wires;
the inner over-twisting wheel (4.46) is arranged on an inner over-twisting shaft (4.45), two ends of the inner over-twisting shaft (4.45) are arranged on the cradle (4.4) through bearing seats, and the inner over-twisting motor (4.47) is used for driving the inner over-twisting shaft (4.45) and the inner over-twisting wheel (4.46) to rotate; the axis of the inner over-twisted shaft (4.45) is tangent to the excircle of the auxiliary traction wheel (4.43).

Large wire rope double twister with stepless lay length according to claim 9, characterized in that: the cradle (4.4) further comprises a wire arranging wheel (4.48), a wire arranging guide rod (4.49), a wire arranging lead screw (4.410), a wire arranging speed reducing motor (4.411), a first jacking device (4.412), a second jacking device (4.413), a jacking speed reducing motor (4.414), a straightener (4.415) and a wire collecting spool (4.416);
the winding displacement speed reducing motor (4.411) is used for driving a winding displacement screw rod (4.410) to drive a winding displacement wheel (4.48) to reciprocate, and the steel wire ropes are uniformly arranged on the wire take-up spool (4.416); first tight (4.412) and the second tight (4.413) of top push up wire rope's receipts line spool (4.416) jointly, thereby the tight gear motor (4.414) drive second tight (4.413) of top drive receives line spool (4.416) and carries out receipts line action, straightener (4.415) are used for extrudeing wire rope to straight.
