Micro-elastic crepe weaving process
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to a process for weaving micro-elastic crepe.
Background
The crepe is a thin plain cotton fabric with uniform wrinkles in the longitudinal direction on the surface, and is also called crepe. The common crepe fabric in the market at present mostly takes pure cotton fibers as production elements, on one hand, the crepe fabric is formed by mixing and lapping basic tissues such as one-over-one-under, two-over-two-under and the like on the tissues, and on the other hand, the crepe phenomenon of the fabric surface is formed by twisting and setting yarns, thermokalite treatment in a printing and dyeing process and weft shrinkage.
However, the crepe prepared by the existing weaving process has certain defects, the crepe appearance effect of the crepe is simplified, and the post-treatment of the crepe adopts a chemical treatment method, so that the environment is polluted. Therefore, the person skilled in the art provides a micro-elastic crepe weaving process to solve the problems mentioned in the background art.
