Detailed Description

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The electric pressure cooker has a quick cooking function and becomes an indispensable cooking utensil in modern fast-paced life. In order to further improve the cooking speed of the electric pressure cooker and shorten the pressure relief time, the electric pressure cooker with rapid cooling pressure relief is available in the market at present. However, when the electric pressure cooker is cooled rapidly, water vapor in the cooker is liquefied, the pressure in the cooker is reduced, the boiling point of liquid in the cooker is reduced, and the liquid boils out of the vapor to increase the pressure in the cooker, so that the circulation is realized, and a stable state is maintained. In the process, as the liquid in the pot is in a boiling state and the air is exhausted, the pressure relief speed is higher, and the liquid in the pot boils more intensely, so that the liquid is easy to overflow. At present, in order to reduce the overflow of liquid in a pot, the exhaust time of a pressure cooker with a quick pressure relief function is extremely short, and the effect of auxiliary pressure relief through exhaust is low.
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is that the existing pressure cooker with the rapid pressure relief function has extremely short exhaust time and low auxiliary pressure relief effect through exhaust, so that the embodiment of the invention provides a pressure relief method and a pressure relief device of a cooking appliance.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a pressure relief method for a cooking appliance, such as a pressure cooker, an electric cooker, etc. having a rapid pressure relief function. The cooking appliance can comprise a pressure sensor, an exhaust control module, an exhaust valve, a quick pressure relief module, a temperature sensor and a pot body. The rapid pressure relief module can be used in cooling pots for achieving rapid pressure relief, such as air cooling pressure relief, water mist type air cooling pressure relief and the like. The exhaust control module can adopt exhaust control modes such as electromagnetic valve control exhaust, electromagnetic shifter jacking weight control exhaust and the like.
Specifically, the pressure relief method comprises the following steps:
s1, acquiring characteristic parameters for representing the pressure in the pot of the cooking appliance;
the pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance can be measured in various ways, and the corresponding pressure in the cooker can be obtained by converting various characteristic parameters representing the pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance.
For example, a pressure sensor may be directly disposed inside the cooking appliance, and the pressure in the pot of the cooking appliance may be directly detected by the pressure sensor. For example, a temperature sensor may be provided inside the cooking appliance, and the pressure inside the pot may be obtained by temperature conversion. For example, the operating current of the cooking appliance during operation may be detected, and the pressure in the pot may be obtained from the correspondence between the current and the pressure in the pot.
Of course, the embodiment of the present invention is only an example of the characteristic parameter for representing the pressure in the pot of the cooking appliance, and is not limited thereto, and a person skilled in the art may change the characteristic parameter for representing the pressure in the pot of the cooking appliance according to the actual situation, so as to achieve the same technical effect.
S2, obtaining the current pressure in the cooker according to the characteristic parameters of the pressure in the cooker;
as described in step S1, the corresponding pressure in the pot can be obtained by converting the characteristic parameter representing the pressure in the pot of the cooking appliance, which is not described herein again.
S3, acquiring a preset corresponding relation between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio;
in the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding relation between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio can be obtained through multiple times of simulation calculation and summarization. For example, the corresponding relationship between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio can be a comparison table of the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio, and can also be a functional relationship between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio. The exhaust duty is the time it takes to exhaust every 60 s.
Of course, the embodiment of the present invention is only to illustrate the corresponding relationship between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio, and is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can change the corresponding relationship between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio according to actual situations, so as to achieve the same technical effect.
S4, obtaining the current exhaust duty ratio based on the preset corresponding relation between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio and the current pressure in the cooker, and controlling the cooking appliance to exhaust according to the current exhaust duty ratio.
After the corresponding relation between the preset pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio is obtained, the current exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker can be obtained through conversion or the pressure in the cooker is directly measured, and the cooking appliance is controlled to exhaust according to the current exhaust duty ratio.
So set up, when the pressure in the pot is higher, control discharge valve exhausts with lower exhaust duty cycle, when the pressure in the pot is lower, control discharge valve exhausts with higher exhaust duty cycle to can control cooking utensil and exhaust according to the different exhaust duty cycle of the interior pressure environment automatic selection of difference of pot, realize at the supplementary pressure release of quick pressure release in-process, thereby can prevent the problem that the food spills over easily among the exhaust process.
In the exhaust process of the cooking appliance, the quick pressure relief module is started, the pressure in the cooker can be measured through the pressure sensor, and the exhaust control module performs exhaust auxiliary pressure relief according to preset exhaust logic according to the pressure in the cooker until the pressure in the pressure cooker is relieved. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a plurality of pressure values may be preset, and the first pressure value, the second pressure value, and the normal pressure may be sequentially set from a large pressure value to a small pressure value.
Specifically, when pressure relief is started, the cooking appliance detects that the pressure in the cooker is an initial pressure value, when the initial pressure value is greater than normal pressure and is greater than a first pressure value, the cooking appliance is controlled to start pressure reduction at a first exhaust duty ratio until the current pressure in the cooker is equal to the first pressure value, wherein the initial pressure value corresponds to the first exhaust duty ratio one to one; at the moment, the pressure in the cooker is a first pressure value, the cooking utensil is controlled to start pressure reduction at a second exhaust duty ratio until the current pressure in the cooker is equal to a second pressure value, wherein the first pressure value corresponds to the second exhaust duty ratio one by one; and at the moment, the pressure in the cooker is a second pressure value, and the cooking utensil is controlled to start pressure reduction at a third exhaust duty ratio until the current pressure in the cooker is equal to the normal pressure, wherein the second pressure value corresponds to the third exhaust duty ratio one by one. And when the pressure in the cooker reaches the normal pressure, ending the pressure relief and entering a heat preservation stage.
Specifically, the step S4 of "obtaining the current exhaust duty ratio based on the preset correspondence relationship between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio and the current pressure in the cooker" may include the steps of:
s41, determining the current maximum exhaust duty ratio according to the corresponding relation between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio and the current pressure in the cooker;
according to the corresponding relation between the preset pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio and the detected current pressure in the cooker, the maximum exhaust duty ratio which can be adapted to the current pressure in the cooker can be obtained. When the cooking utensil exhausts with the maximum exhaust duty ratio, the cooking utensil can be ensured not to overflow.
S42, obtaining the current exhaust duty ratio based on the current maximum exhaust duty ratio.
Therefore, after the maximum exhaust duty ratio is obtained in the above steps, a suitable current exhaust duty ratio can be selected in a range less than or equal to the maximum exhaust duty ratio. For example, if the pressure relief time needs to be accelerated according to the user's demand, the current exhaust duty ratio may be selected as the maximum exhaust duty ratio. If the pressure relief time needs to be slowed down according to the requirements of the user, and the possibility of outward overflow of the cooking appliance is reduced, the user can select the current exhaust duty ratio to be a relatively moderate exhaust duty ratio.
Of course, the embodiment of the present invention is only an example of selecting the exhaust duty ratio, and is not limited thereto, and a person skilled in the art may change the selection manner of the exhaust duty ratio according to the actual situation, so as to achieve the same technical effect.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, after step S3, the method further includes:
s5, acquiring a plurality of pressure intervals; and determining the corresponding relation between each pressure interval and the exhaust duty ratio based on the corresponding relation between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio and a plurality of pressure intervals.
In the cooking appliance, a plurality of pressure sections are arranged in advance in the order of the pressure in the cooker from low to high. Then, according to the corresponding relation between the pressure in the cooker and the exhaust duty ratio, the corresponding relation between a plurality of pressure intervals and the exhaust duty ratio can be obtained.
For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of pressure intervals may include a first pressure interval, a second pressure interval, and a third pressure interval.
Specifically, the first pressure interval is: p >70 kpa; the second pressure interval is: 70kpa ≧ P ≧ 30 kpa; the third pressure interval is: p <30kpa, wherein P is the pressure in the cooker relative to the pressure of normal pressure.
When the pressure in the cooker is in the first pressure interval, i.e., the pressure in the cooker P >70kpa, the range of the exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the first pressure interval is: 0< D ≦ 0.4;
when the pressure in the cooker is in the second pressure interval, i.e., 70kpa ≧ P ≧ 30kpa, the range of the exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the second pressure interval is:
Figure BDA0003227474820000091
when the pressure in the cooker is in the third pressure interval, namely the pressure in the cooker P is less than 30 kpa; the range of the exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the third pressure interval is:
Figure BDA0003227474820000092
wherein, P is the pressure in the cooker relative to the pressure of normal pressure; d is the exhaust duty cycle; t is the pressure relief time required for relieving the pressure from 110KPa to normal pressure by only adopting a quick pressure relief module without exhausting; v is the total volume of the cooked food material.
When t is 8min, the partial relationship between P and D is as follows:
Figure BDA0003227474820000093
Figure BDA0003227474820000101
so set up, when the pressure in the pot is higher, control discharge valve exhausts with lower exhaust duty cycle, when the pressure in the pot is lower, control discharge valve exhausts with higher exhaust duty cycle to can control cooking utensil and exhaust according to the different exhaust duty cycle of the interior pressure environment automatic selection of difference of pot, realize at the supplementary pressure release of quick pressure release in-process, thereby can prevent the problem that the food spills over easily among the exhaust process.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, when the pressure in the pot of the cooking appliance is characterized by the temperature in the pot, the relationship between the temperature in the pot and the pressure in the pot is P ═ 5T-500; wherein P is the pressure in the cooker, and T is the temperature in the cooker.
Correspondingly, when the pan temperature is in a first temperature interval, i.e. the pan temperature T ≧ 114 ℃, the range of the exhaust duty ratio D corresponding to the first pressure interval is: 0< D ≦ 0.4;
when the pan temperature is in a second temperature interval, i.e. the pan temperature is between 107 ℃ and 114 ℃, the range of the exhaust duty ratio D corresponding to the first pressure interval is:
Figure BDA0003227474820000102
when the temperature in the pan is in a third temperature interval, i.e. the temperature in the pan T <107 ℃, the range of the exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the first pressure interval is:
Figure BDA0003227474820000111
wherein T is the temperature in the pot; d is the exhaust duty cycle; t is the pressure relief time required for relieving the pressure from 110KPa to normal pressure by only adopting a quick pressure relief module without exhausting; v is the total volume of the cooked food material.
During the exhaust process of the cooking appliance, a plurality of temperature values may be preset, as shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the first temperature value, the second temperature value and the boiling temperature may be set from large to small. The boiling temperature was 100 ℃ at standard atmospheric pressure.
When T is 8min, the partial relationship between T and D is as follows:
T/℃ D/s
122 ≦0.4
120 ≦0.4
118 ≦0.4
116 ≦0.4
114 ≦0.4667

110 ≦1.1505
108 ≦1.2584
106 ≦1.2103
104 ≦5.2
102 ≦23.4
specifically, when pressure relief is started, the cooking appliance detects that the temperature in the pot is an initial temperature value, when the initial temperature value is greater than normal pressure and is greater than a first temperature value, the cooking appliance is controlled to start pressure reduction at a first exhaust duty ratio until the current temperature in the pot is equal to the first temperature value, wherein the initial temperature value corresponds to the first exhaust duty ratio one to one; at the moment, the temperature in the pot is a first temperature value, the cooking utensil is controlled to start cooling at a second exhaust duty ratio until the current temperature in the pot is equal to a second temperature value, wherein the first temperature value corresponds to the second exhaust duty ratio one by one; and at the moment, the temperature in the pot is a second temperature value, and then the cooking utensil is controlled to start cooling at a third exhaust duty ratio until the current temperature in the pot is equal to the boiling temperature, wherein the second temperature value corresponds to the third exhaust duty ratio one to one. And when the temperature in the pot reaches the boiling temperature, the pressure relief is finished, and the heat preservation stage is started.
