Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are a part, but not all, of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for identifying a fault in a fast pressure relief function according to an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s11, when the cooking appliance starts the rapid pressure relief function, acquiring a temperature change value of the temperature in the pot of the cooking appliance within a preset time length.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first temperature value in the pot when the cooking utensil enters the rapid pressure relief stage is obtained, and the obtaining time of the first temperature value is taken as the starting time for timing; when the timing time reaches a preset time length, acquiring a second temperature value in the pot; and calculating the temperature difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value to obtain the temperature change value of the temperature in the pot of the cooking appliance within the preset time length. Specifically, the cooking appliance starts a rapid pressure relief function, records a first temperature value T0 in the current pot after entering a pressure relief stage, starts timing, normally relieves pressure of the pressure cooker during timing, and continuously works the rapid pressure relief function. And finishing timing when the timing time reaches a preset time length, recording a second temperature value T1 in the current pot after the timing is finished, and calculating a temperature change value T of the temperature in the pot during the timing period: t = T0-T1. Wherein, the length of time of timing can set up according to specific cooking utensil's performance parameter, and in a specific example, the value of the length of time t of timing can be selected as: t is more than or equal to 1min and less than or equal to 5min.
In this embodiment, the temperature in the pot may be acquired through the top thermal bulb, or may be acquired through the thermal bulbs at other positions of the pot body, such as the bottom thermal bulb or the side wall thermal bulb, which is not specifically limited in the present invention.
It can be understood that the cooking appliance has a rapid pressure relief function and an automatic exhaust function. The quick pressure relief function operates in a pressure relief stage, which needs to be started after the pressure preservation stage is finished. The pressure maintaining stage is generally controlled by pressure and time, and when the pressure in the cooker reaches the specified starting pressure of the rapid pressure relief function, namely the current time point reaches the specified pressure maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage, the pressure relief stage is started. In the pressure relief stage, the cooking utensil opens the quick pressure relief function, and along with the operation of quick pressure relief function, pressure in the cooking utensil pot reduces, and the temperature reduces.
And S12, calculating the pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function according to the temperature change value and the time length.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a specific way of calculating the pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function is as follows: pressure relief rate = temperature change value/length of time. The pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function represents a temperature drop value in unit time, namely the pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function can be obtained by calculating the temperature drop value in unit time.
And S13, identifying the running state according to the pressure relief rate.
It can be understood that the smaller the pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function is, the more the abnormality of the operation state of the rapid pressure relief function can be reflected, and when the pressure relief rate is small to a certain degree, the rapid pressure relief function is in a fault state. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can indicate that the operation state of the rapid pressure relief function is a fault state by presetting the pressure relief rate threshold when the pressure relief rate is lower than the pressure relief rate threshold.
According to the fault identification method and device for the quick pressure relief function, the storage medium and the cooking appliance, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pressure relief rate of the cooking appliance in the quick pressure relief stage is calculated according to the temperature change value of the temperature in the pot of the cooking appliance in the preset time length, the operation state of the quick pressure relief function can be accurately identified according to the pressure relief rate, and the fault identification of the quick pressure relief function is realized.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a method for identifying a fault in a rapid pressure relief function according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s21, when the cooking appliance starts the rapid pressure relief function, acquiring a temperature change value of the temperature in the pot of the cooking appliance within a preset time length.
And S22, calculating the pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function according to the temperature change value and the time length.
In the embodiment of the invention, the pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function can be calculated by a formula T/T, wherein T is a temperature change value, T is a time length corresponding to the temperature change value, and the value of T/T is the pressure relief rate of the pressure cooker in T time.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function is obtained, the operation state can be identified according to the pressure relief rate, and the operation parameters of the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance can be adjusted according to the operation state of the rapid pressure relief function.
The specific implementation process is as follows:
and S23, judging whether the pressure relief rate is greater than or equal to a preset first rate threshold value.
And S24, when the pressure relief rate is larger than or equal to a preset first rate threshold, judging that the rapid pressure relief function is normal, controlling the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance to be started, and exhausting by adopting a first exhaust frequency corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset first rate threshold value can be 2, when T/T is more than or equal to 2, the quick pressure relief function is judged to be normal, and the pressure relief is carried out by adopting a first exhaust mode. The first exhaust mode is specifically as follows: and controlling the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance to exhaust by adopting a preset first exhaust frequency corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance. The schematic venting scheme is shown in table 1, but is not limited thereto. The rapid pressure relief function is normal, and the liquid in the pot is in a boiling state due to the pressure relief function, so that an exhaust mode with low frequency is adopted, and the overflow condition is avoided.

Figure BDA0003810448020000071
Figure BDA0003810448020000081
S25, when the pressure relief rate is smaller than a preset first rate threshold, judging whether the pressure relief rate is larger than or equal to a preset second rate threshold, wherein the second rate threshold is smaller than the first rate threshold;
in the embodiment of the invention, a preset second speed threshold is smaller than the first speed threshold, the preset second speed threshold can be 1, namely when T/T is smaller than 2, T/T is judged to be larger than or equal to 1, when the pressure relief speed value is smaller than a smaller speed threshold, the abnormality of the quick pressure relief function is reflected, and the abnormality degree can be identified according to the difference value between the pressure relief speed and the second speed threshold.
S26, when the pressure relief rate is larger than or equal to a preset second rate threshold, judging that the quick pressure relief function is abnormal, controlling the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance to be started, and exhausting by adopting a second exhaust frequency corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the pressure is more than 2 and T/T is more than or equal to 1, the quick pressure relief function is judged to exist, but the quick pressure relief function is abnormal, and in order to improve the pressure relief speed, the pressure relief is carried out by adopting a second exhaust mode. The second exhaust mode specifically comprises: and controlling the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance to exhaust by adopting a second exhaust frequency corresponding to the current pressure in the pot of the cooking appliance. The exhaust frequency of the second exhaust mode is greater than the exhaust frequency of the first exhaust mode. The schematic exhaust pattern is shown in table 1, but is not limited to the table. In this embodiment, the fast pressure relief function exists, but the fast pressure relief function is abnormal, at this time, the pressure relief speed is slow, the boiling condition in the pot is light, and in order to increase the pressure relief speed, the exhaust frequency is appropriately increased.
And S27, when the pressure relief rate is smaller than a preset second rate threshold, judging that the rapid pressure relief function is invalid, controlling the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance to be started, and exhausting by adopting a third exhaust frequency corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance.
In the embodiment of the invention, when T/T is less than 1, the quick pressure relief function is judged to be invalid, and in order to increase the pressure relief speed, a third exhaust mode is adopted for pressure relief. The third exhaust mode specifically is as follows: and controlling the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance to exhaust by adopting a third exhaust frequency corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance. The exhaust frequency of the third exhaust mode is greater than or equal to the exhaust frequency of the second exhaust mode. The schematic venting scheme is shown in table 1, but is not limited thereto. The function of rapid pressure relief is invalid, the pressure relief in the pan is slow, the liquid does not boil, and the pressure relief is promoted by adopting a larger exhaust frequency.
It can be understood that when the quick pressure relief function is failed, the pressure relief function indicates that the cooking appliance cannot normally exhaust and release pressure, and the pressure relief is promoted by controlling the use of a large exhaust frequency, so that the pressure relief efficiency and the utilization rate of hardware in the cooking appliance are improved. It should be noted that, as shown in table 1, the exhaust frequency corresponding to the pressure in the same pot under different operating conditions has the following relationship, where the first exhaust frequency is less than the second exhaust frequency and less than the third exhaust frequency.
When the automatic exhaust function of the cooking utensil is started, the pressure for starting exhaust is different, but when the quick pressure relief function is started, the pressure for starting the pressure relief stage is the same; the pressure state in the cooker can be judged by the temperature in the cooker, and the relationship between the pressure and the temperature in the cooker is as follows: the pressure in the cooker is increased by 5KPa when the temperature is 1 ℃ higher than the boiling point.
According to the fault identification method for the quick pressure release function provided by the embodiment II of the invention, whether the quick pressure release function is obstructed or not can be identified through the reduction rate of the temperature in the cooker during pressure release, the exhaust strategy is adjusted according to the running condition of the quick pressure release function, the exhaust function of a cooking utensil is fully utilized, and the effect of normal exhaust and pressure release can be achieved even if the quick pressure release function is in a fault state.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a method for identifying a fault in a fast pressure relief function according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
s31, when the cooking appliance starts the rapid pressure relief function, acquiring a temperature change value of the temperature in the pot of the cooking appliance within a preset time span.
And S32, calculating the pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function according to the temperature change value and the time length.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function is obtained, the operation state of the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance can be identified according to the pressure relief rate, and the operation parameters of the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance can be adjusted according to the operation state of the rapid pressure relief function.
The specific implementation process is as follows:
and S33, judging whether the pressure relief rate is greater than or equal to a preset first rate threshold value.
And S34, when the pressure relief rate is greater than or equal to a preset first rate threshold, judging that the rapid pressure relief function is normal, controlling the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance to be started, and exhausting by adopting a first exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset first rate threshold value can be 2, when T/T is larger than or equal to 2, the quick pressure relief function is judged to be normal, and the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance is controlled to exhaust by adopting the preset first exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance. The quick pressure relief function is normal, and when the liquid in the pot is in a boiling state due to the pressure relief function, the liquid is exhausted by adopting a smaller exhaust duty ratio, so that the overflow condition can be avoided.
S35, when the pressure relief rate is smaller than a preset first rate threshold, judging whether the pressure relief rate is larger than or equal to a preset second rate threshold, wherein the second rate threshold is smaller than the first rate threshold;
in the embodiment of the invention, a preset second speed threshold is smaller than the first speed threshold, the preset second speed threshold can be 1, namely when T/T is smaller than 2, T/T is judged to be larger than or equal to 1, when the pressure relief speed value is smaller than a smaller speed threshold, the abnormality of the quick pressure relief function is reflected, and the abnormality degree can be identified according to the difference value between the pressure relief speed and the second speed threshold.
S36, when the pressure relief rate is larger than or equal to a preset second rate threshold, judging that the rapid pressure relief function is abnormal, controlling the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance to be started, and exhausting by adopting a second exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the pressure is more than 2 and T/T is more than or equal to 1, the existence of the rapid pressure relief function is judged, but the rapid pressure relief function is abnormal, and in order to improve the pressure relief speed, the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance is controlled to exhaust by adopting the second exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance. The second exhaust duty cycle is greater than the first exhaust duty cycle. In the embodiment, the rapid pressure relief function exists, but the rapid pressure relief function is abnormal, the pressure relief speed is low, the boiling condition in the pot is light, and the pressure relief speed can be improved by improving the exhaust duty ratio.
And S37, when the pressure relief rate is smaller than a preset second rate threshold, judging that the rapid pressure relief function is invalid, controlling the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance to be started, and exhausting by adopting a third exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the current pressure in the cooker of the cooking appliance.
It can be understood that when the quick pressure relief function is failed, the pressure relief function indicates that the cooking appliance cannot normally exhaust and release pressure, and the pressure relief is promoted by controlling the higher exhaust duty ratio, so that the pressure relief efficiency and the utilization rate of hardware in the cooking appliance are favorably improved. It should be noted that the exhaust duty ratio corresponding to the pressure in the same pot under different operation states has the following relationship with the rapid pressure relief function, wherein the first exhaust duty ratio is less than the second exhaust duty ratio and less than or equal to the third exhaust duty ratio.
According to the fault identification method for the quick pressure release function, provided by the third embodiment of the invention, quick pressure release is promoted by adjusting the exhaust duty ratio according to the running condition of the quick pressure release function, so that the technical problems that the pressure release is slow and the exhaust function is not sufficiently used when the quick pressure release function has a fault in the prior art are solved, the full utilization of the exhaust function is realized, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of a fast pressure relief function fault recognition apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
the obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain a temperature change value of a pan temperature of the cooking appliance within a preset time length when the cooking appliance starts a rapid pressure relief function;
the calculating module 302 is configured to calculate a pressure relief rate of the rapid pressure relief function according to the temperature change value and the time length;
and the identification module 303 is configured to identify an operation state of the rapid pressure relief function according to the pressure relief rate.
Further, the device also comprises not shown in the attached drawings: and the regulation and control module is used for regulating the operation parameters of the automatic exhaust function of the cooking appliance according to the operation state of the rapid pressure relief function.
Further, the identification module 302 further includes a determination unit not shown in the drawings:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the pressure relief rate is greater than or equal to a preset first rate threshold value or not; and when the pressure relief rate is greater than or equal to a preset first rate threshold value, judging that the rapid pressure relief function is normal.
