Alternative embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a pressure cooker control method, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of the pressure cooker control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s101, before the step-up stage is executed, judging whether an exhaust system of the pressure cooker is invalid.
S102, if the pressure is invalid, the target temperature of the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage are reduced.
Before the boost stage is executed, if the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is judged to be invalid, the target temperature of the boost stage and the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage are reduced, so that the pressure limiting protection is carried out in the boost stage and the pressure maintaining stage, the pressure in the pressure cooker is effectively ensured to be equal to or close to the rated pressure of the pressure cooker in the boost stage and the pressure maintaining stage, the condition that the pressure in the pressure cooker is far higher than the rated pressure of the pressure cooker when the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is invalid under the high altitude condition is avoided, the safety is ensured, normal cooking can be carried out when the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is invalid, and the problem of potential safety hazards caused by the failure of the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is solved.
In one embodiment, determining whether an exhaust system of a pressure cooker is malfunctioning includes: judging whether the temperature in the pressure cooker reaches any temperature in a preset temperature range and maintaining the temperature for a first preset time; if the temperature in the pressure cooker reaches any one of the temperatures in the preset temperature range and the temperature is maintained for a first preset time, determining that the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is normal; if the temperature in the pressure cooker is not maintained for the first preset time in any temperature in the preset temperature range and is finally larger than the upper limit value of the preset temperature range, determining that the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is invalid.
The preset temperature range and the first preset time may be preset according to practical situations, for example, the preset temperature range is set to [90, 100], and the first preset time is set to 3 minutes.
The embodiment can effectively judge whether the exhaust system of the pressure cooker fails. If the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is normal, the data of the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage are not changed, and the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage are directly executed according to the original data.
In one embodiment, reducing the target temperature of the boost stage and the target temperature of the dwell stage includes: modifying the target temperature of the boosting stage into a difference value between the first temperature and a preset temperature threshold; modifying the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage into a difference value between the second temperature and a preset temperature threshold value; wherein the first temperature is an original target temperature for the boost stage; the second temperature is the original target temperature for the dwell phase. The first temperature and the second temperature are initial values set in a cooking process of the pressure cooker, the first temperature and the second temperature may be set according to a rated pressure of the pressure cooker, and the first temperature and the second temperature may be equal.
The preset temperature threshold may be preset according to practical situations, and the value of the preset temperature threshold may be a difference between boiling temperatures of the high altitude area and the low altitude area, for example, the preset temperature threshold is set to 8 ℃.
The present embodiment can simply and effectively reduce the target temperature in the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature in the pressure maintaining stage.
If the exhaust system of the pressure cooker fails, whether the pressure cooker is in a high-altitude area or not cannot be identified according to the temperature value when water in the cooker boils, and in fact, the pressure cooker may be in a high-altitude area (such as a plateau) or a low-altitude area (such as a plain). If the pressure cooker is in the plain area, lowering the target temperature in the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature in the pressure maintaining stage may cause the rice to be not cooked. Therefore, if the exhaust system of the pressure cooker fails, the maintaining time of the pressure increasing stage and the maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage can be prolonged besides the target temperature of the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage, so that the rice can be cooked in plain areas, and the rice cooking effect is ensured.
Specifically, the step-up period and the holding period of the pressure maintaining period are prolonged, including: modifying the maintaining time of the boosting stage to be the sum of the first time and a preset time threshold value; modifying the maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage to be a second preset time; the first time is the original maintaining time of the boosting stage, and the second preset time is longer than the original maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage.
The preset time threshold may be preset according to actual situations, for example, the preset time threshold is set to 3 minutes. That is, the modified maintaining time of the boosting stage is prolonged by a preset time threshold based on the original maintaining time of the boosting stage. The second preset time may be preset according to the actual situation, for example, the value range of the second preset time may be 0 to 55 minutes, and it is required to ensure that the value of the second preset time is greater than the original maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage.
The present embodiment can simply and effectively extend the maintenance time of the pressure increasing stage and the maintenance time of the pressure maintaining stage.
In one embodiment, after reducing the target temperature of the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage, further comprising:
when the pressure boosting stage is executed, controlling the temperature in the pressure cooker to be maintained at the target temperature of the pressure boosting stage, and ending the pressure boosting stage when the maintaining time of the pressure boosting stage is reached;
when the pressure maintaining stage is executed, the temperature in the pressure cooker is controlled to be maintained at the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage, and when the maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage is reached, the pressure maintaining stage is ended.
According to the method, the boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage are executed according to the modified target temperature, so that the pressure limiting protection of the boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage is realized. The boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage can be executed according to the modified target temperature and the modified maintaining time, so that the pressure limiting protection of the boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage can be realized, and the cooking effect can be ensured.
In one embodiment, after reducing the target temperature of the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage, further comprising: after the pressure maintaining stage is finished, the pressure releasing stage is started, and the pressure is released through natural cooling in the pressure releasing stage so as to enter a heat preservation state.
In the embodiment, the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is in a failure state, so that the temperature and the pressure are reduced and relieved in a natural cooling mode, the pressure in the pressure cooker is relieved to the air pressure in the area where the pressure cooker is located, and the cover can be opened smoothly.
The above-described pressure cooker control method is described below in connection with a specific embodiment, however, it should be noted that this specific embodiment is merely for better illustration of the present application and is not meant to be unduly limiting. The same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are explained, and the present embodiment will not be repeated.
As shown in fig. 2, the control flow when the exhaust system of the pressure cooker fails comprises the following steps:
s201, the pressure cooker enters a high altitude identification stage. The cooking process of the pressure cooker may include: the embodiment can judge whether the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is invalid in the high-altitude identification stage.
S202, acquiring the temperature Tt in the pressure cooker detected by the temperature sensing component, judging whether the Tt reaches any one of the temperatures [90, 100] and maintaining the temperature for t1 time (3 min), if so, the current temperature is the boiling point temperature, and the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is normal, at the moment, judging whether the pressure cooker is in a high altitude area according to the boiling point temperature, completing high altitude identification, and entering a normal boosting stage and a normal pressure maintaining stage.
Specifically, it is determined whether Tt is equal to 90 ℃ and the holding time satisfying 90 ℃ reaches t1, if the time does not reach t1, it is continuously determined whether Tt is equal to 91 ℃ and the holding time satisfying 91 ℃ reaches t1, if the time does not reach t1, it is continuously determined whether Tt is equal to 92 ℃ and the holding time satisfying 92 ℃ reaches t1, and accordingly, the determination is continuously performed.
S203, in the high altitude identification stage, when Tt is greater than or equal to 101 ℃, a large amount of gas is generated in the pressure cooker and cannot be normally discharged, so that the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is invalid, and the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage of the improvement are carried out.
S204, after the exhaust system is out of operation, when the pressure cooker executes the boosting stage, tt needs to be maintained at (T1-8) (the boiling point of the high altitude area is 8 ℃ lower than that of the normal altitude area), and the maintaining time of Tt is equal to the normal cooking time (namely the original maintaining time of the boosting stage) +3min; when the pressure cooker performs the dwell phase, tt needs to be maintained at (T1-8) deg.c, and the hold time of Tt is [0, 55] (specifically, needs to be longer than the original hold time of the dwell phase), which is prolonged with respect to the normal dwell time. And after the time is met, entering a pressure release stage.
S205, since the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is in a failure state at this time, the pressure cooker needs to be naturally cooled to enter a heat preservation state.
The temperature sensing components can be arranged at the top of the pressure cooker or at other positions and used for detecting the temperature in the pressure cooker.
T1= [104, 124], T1 temperature corresponding to 40kpa pressure is 104 ℃, and T1 temperature corresponding to 120kpa pressure is 124 ℃. By this range, all pressure cookers rated at 40kpa to 120kpa can be covered.
According to the control method for the failure of the pressure cooker exhaust system, whether the exhaust system fails is judged in the high-altitude identification stage, so that pressure limiting protection is carried out in the pressure boosting and pressure maintaining stages, the condition that the pressure in the pressure cooker is far higher than the rated pressure of the pressure cooker when the pressure cooker exhaust system fails under the high-altitude condition is avoided, safety is ensured, normal cooking can be carried out when the pressure cooker exhaust system fails, and cooking effect in plain areas when the pressure cooker exhaust system fails can be ensured.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a pressure cooker control device, which can be used for realizing the pressure cooker control method described in the above embodiment. The apparatus may be implemented in software and/or hardware.
