Alternatively, the lid opening temperature is preset to 93 ℃ when the cooking appliance is first started.
Specifically, the preset uncovering temperature can be the uncovering temperature which is stored in a controller of the cooking appliance in advance when the cooking appliance leaves a factory; or the uncapping temperature obtained by adjusting the uncapping temperature when leaving the factory. When the cooking appliance leaves the factory, in order to be compatible with a high altitude use environment, the uncapping temperature is preset to be low, for example, to be a temperature point of 2000m, that is, 93 ℃. The cooking appliance can be an electric pressure cooker, an electric cooker and other products, and the electric pressure cooker is taken as an example in the embodiment of the invention for explanation. The memory may be a memory module in a control chip of the cooking appliance, or may be a preset memory device connected to the control chip of the cooking appliance.

When the temperature in the pot of the cooking utensil is reduced to the adjusted uncapping temperature, it can be determined that no pressure exists in the pot at the moment, and a user can open the cover body, that is, it is determined that prompt information is generated, for example, an uncapping indicator lamp is controlled to be turned on to prompt the user that the user can safely uncap, so that the use safety of the user is ensured; when the temperature in the pot of the cooking appliance does not drop to the adjusted uncapping temperature, it can be determined that the pressure still exists in the pot at the moment, and in order to ensure the use safety of the user, the uncapping of the user is unsafe at the moment, that is, it is determined that prompt information is not generated, for example, the uncapping indicator lamp is controlled to be turned off, and the uncapping of the user is unsafe at the moment is prompted.
According to the embodiment of the invention, in the working process of the cooking utensil, the preset uncapping temperature can be adjusted according to the historical uncapping temperature, whether prompt information is generated or not is determined according to the adjusted uncapping temperature, so that the adjusted uncapping temperature is closest to the actual geographical altitude boiling point temperature, on the premise of ensuring safety, the safe uncapping of a user is prompted quickly, the cooling and pressure reduction time is saved, the waiting time of the user is reduced, the technical effects of user experience and good sensitivity are improved, and the technical problems that the uncapping temperature of the cooking utensil is low and the waiting time is long in a low altitude area in the prior art are solved.

Claims (12)

1. A cover opening control method of a cooking appliance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a preset uncovering temperature and a historical uncovering temperature of a cooking appliance, wherein the preset uncovering temperature is the uncovering temperature stored in a memory of the cooking appliance, and the historical uncovering temperature is the historical pan-in temperature of the cooking appliance when a cover body of the cooking appliance is opened;
adjusting the preset uncapping temperature according to the historical uncapping temperature to obtain the adjusted uncapping temperature;
acquiring the current pan temperature of the cooking appliance;
and determining whether to generate prompt information or not based on the current pot inner temperature and the adjusted cover opening temperature, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to open a cover body of the cooking appliance.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein adjusting the preset decap temperature according to the historical decap temperature comprises:
comparing the preset uncapping temperature with the historical uncapping temperature;
if the preset uncapping temperature is lower than the historical uncapping temperature, obtaining the adjusted uncapping temperature based on the historical uncapping temperature;
and if the preset uncapping temperature is greater than or equal to the historical uncapping temperature, determining that the preset uncapping temperature is the adjusted uncapping temperature.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein in the event that the historical decap temperature is plural, deriving the adjusted decap temperature based on the historical decap temperature comprises one of:
acquiring the highest uncapping temperature in a plurality of historical uncapping temperatures, and determining the highest uncapping temperature as the adjusted uncapping temperature;
acquiring the lowest uncapping temperature in the plurality of historical uncapping temperatures, and determining the lowest uncapping temperature as the adjusted uncapping temperature;
and acquiring the average temperature of the plurality of historical uncapping temperatures, and determining the average temperature as the adjusted uncapping temperature.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether to generate a prompt based on the current pan temperature and the adjusted decap temperature comprises:
judging whether the current pan inner temperature is less than or equal to the adjusted pan opening temperature;
if the current pan interior temperature is less than or equal to the adjusted pan opening temperature, determining to generate the prompt information;
and if the current pan-inside temperature is greater than the adjusted cover opening temperature, determining not to generate the prompt message.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the adjusted decap temperature is stored to the memory after the preset decap temperature is adjusted according to the historical decap temperature to obtain the adjusted decap temperature.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the pre-set decap temperature is 93 ℃ when the cooking appliance is first started.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the historical decap temperature is deleted after the preset decap temperature is adjusted based on the historical decap temperature to obtain an adjusted decap temperature.
8. An open-cover control device of a cooking appliance, comprising:
the cooking device comprises a first obtaining module, a second obtaining module and a control module, wherein the first obtaining module is used for obtaining a preset uncovering temperature and a historical uncovering temperature of the cooking device, the preset uncovering temperature is the uncovering temperature stored in a memory of the cooking device, and the historical uncovering temperature is the historical pan-inside temperature of the cooking device when a cover body of the cooking device is opened;
the processing module is used for adjusting the preset uncapping temperature according to the historical uncapping temperature to obtain the adjusted uncapping temperature;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the current pan temperature of the cooking appliance;
and the determining module is used for determining whether prompt information is generated or not based on the current pot inner temperature and the adjusted cover opening temperature, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to open a cover body of the cooking appliance.
9. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the controller is used for acquiring a preset uncovering temperature and a historical uncovering temperature of a cooking appliance, and adjusting the preset uncovering temperature according to the historical uncovering temperature to obtain the adjusted uncovering temperature, wherein the preset uncovering temperature is the uncovering temperature stored in a memory of the cooking appliance, and the historical uncovering temperature is the temperature in a historical pan of the cooking appliance when a cover body of the cooking appliance is opened;
the temperature sensor is connected with the controller and is used for acquiring the current pan temperature of the cooking appliance;
the controller is connected with the temperature sensor and is further used for determining whether prompt information is generated or not based on the current pan inner temperature and the adjusted cover opening temperature, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to open the cover body of the cooking utensil.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker.
11. A storage medium characterized by comprising a stored program, wherein an apparatus on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the lid opening control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when the program is executed.
12. A processor, characterized in that the processor is used for running a program, wherein the program is run to execute the uncapping control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
