Alternative embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a pressure cooker control method, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of the pressure cooker control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s101, before the step-up stage is executed, whether the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is failed or not is judged.
And S102, if the temperature is invalid, reducing the target temperature of the pressure boosting stage and the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage.
Before the pressure boosting stage is executed, if the pressure cooker exhaust system is judged to be failed, the target temperature in the pressure boosting stage and the target temperature in the pressure maintaining stage are reduced, so that pressure limiting protection is performed in the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage, the pressure in the pressure cooker is effectively ensured to be equal to or close to the rated pressure of the pressure cooker in the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage, the situation that the pressure in the pressure cooker is far higher than the rated pressure of the pressure cooker when the pressure cooker exhaust system is failed in the high altitude situation is avoided, safety is ensured, normal rice cooking can be performed when the pressure cooker exhaust system is failed, and the problem of potential safety hazard caused by the failure of the pressure cooker exhaust system is solved.
In one embodiment, determining whether the exhaust system of the pressure cooker has failed comprises: judging whether the temperature in the pressure cooker reaches any temperature within a preset temperature range and maintaining the temperature for a first preset time; if the temperature in the pressure cooker reaches any temperature in the preset temperature range and is maintained at the temperature for the first preset time, determining that the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is normal; and if the temperature in the pressure cooker is not maintained for the first preset time within any preset temperature range and is finally greater than the upper limit value of the preset temperature range, determining that the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is invalid.
The preset temperature range and the first preset time can be preset according to actual conditions, for example, the preset temperature range is set to [90, 100], and the first preset time is set to 3 minutes.
The embodiment can effectively judge whether the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is invalid. If the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is normal, the data of the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage are not changed, and the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage are directly executed according to the original data.
In one embodiment, reducing the target temperature for the pressure boost stage and the target temperature for the pressure hold stage comprises: modifying the target temperature of the boosting stage into the difference value between the first temperature and a preset temperature threshold; modifying the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage into a difference value between the second temperature and a preset temperature threshold value; wherein the first temperature is an original target temperature of the boost phase; the second temperature is the original target temperature for the dwell phase. The first temperature and the second temperature are initial values set in a cooking process of the pressure cooker, may be set according to a rated pressure of the pressure cooker, and may be equal to each other.
Wherein, predetermine the temperature threshold value and can preset according to actual conditions, predetermine the value of temperature threshold value and can be the difference of the boiling point temperature in high altitude area and low altitude area, for example, predetermine the temperature threshold value and set up 8 ℃.
The present embodiment can simply and effectively reduce the target temperature in the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature in the pressure maintaining stage.
If the exhaust system of the pressure cooker fails, whether the pressure cooker is in a high altitude area or not can not be identified by the temperature value when the water in the cooker is boiled, and actually, the pressure cooker may be in the high altitude area (such as a plateau) or in a low altitude area (such as a plain). If the pressure cooker is in a flat area, lowering the target temperature in the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature in the pressure maintaining stage may cause the rice to be uncooked. Therefore, if the exhaust system of the pressure cooker fails, the target temperature of the pressure raising stage and the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage can be reduced, and the maintaining time of the pressure raising stage and the maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage can be prolonged, so that the rice can be cooked in flat areas, and the cooking effect can be ensured.
Specifically, the method for prolonging the maintaining time of the pressure increasing stage and the pressure maintaining stage comprises the following steps: modifying the maintaining time of the boosting stage to the sum of the first time and a preset time threshold; modifying the maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage to a second preset time; the first time is the original maintaining time of the pressure raising stage, and the second preset time is longer than the original maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage.
The preset time threshold may be preset according to actual conditions, for example, the preset time threshold is set to 3 minutes. That is, the modified sustain-time of the boost phase is extended by the preset time threshold based on the original sustain-time of the boost phase. The second preset time may be preset according to an actual situation, for example, the value range of the second preset time may be 0 to 55 minutes, and it is required to ensure that the value of the second preset time is greater than the original maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage.
The present embodiment can simply and effectively extend the holding time in the pressure increasing stage and the holding time in the pressure maintaining stage.
In one embodiment, after reducing the target temperature of the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature of the pressure holding stage, the method further comprises:
when the pressure boosting stage is executed, controlling the temperature in the pressure cooker to be maintained at the target temperature of the pressure boosting stage, and finishing the pressure boosting stage when the maintaining time of the pressure boosting stage is reached;
and when the pressure maintaining stage is executed, controlling the temperature in the pressure cooker to maintain the target temperature of the pressure maintaining stage, and when the maintaining time of the pressure maintaining stage is reached, ending the pressure maintaining stage.
The embodiment executes the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage according to the modified target temperature, thereby realizing the pressure limiting protection of the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage. The pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage can be executed according to the modified target temperature and the modified maintaining time, so that the pressure limiting protection of the pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage can be realized, and the cooking effect can be ensured.
In one embodiment, after reducing the target temperature of the pressure increasing stage and the target temperature of the pressure holding stage, the method further comprises: after the pressure maintaining stage is finished, the pressure relief stage is started, and the temperature and the pressure are reduced and relieved through natural cooling in the pressure relief stage so as to enter a heat preservation state.
In the embodiment, the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is in a failure state, so that the temperature and the pressure are reduced and released in a natural cooling mode, the pressure in the pressure cooker is released to the air pressure of the area where the pressure cooker is located, and the cooker cover can be opened smoothly.
The above-mentioned control method for pressure cooker is described below with reference to a specific embodiment, however, it should be noted that this specific embodiment is only for better describing the present application and should not be construed as a limitation to the present application. S202, acquiring the temperature Tt in the pressure cooker detected by the temperature sensing component, judging whether the Tt reaches any temperature in [90, 100] and maintaining the temperature for t1 time (3 min), if so, judging that the current temperature is the boiling point temperature and indicating that an exhaust system of the pressure cooker is normal, judging whether the pressure cooker is in a high altitude area according to the boiling point temperature, finishing high altitude identification, and entering a normal boosting stage and a normal pressure maintaining stage.
Specifically, whether Tt is equal to 90 ℃ and the maintaining time meeting 90 ℃ reaches t1 is judged, if the time does not reach t1, whether Tt is equal to 91 ℃ and the maintaining time meeting 91 ℃ reaches t1 is continuously judged, and if the time does not reach t1, whether Tt is equal to 92 ℃ and the maintaining time meeting 92 ℃ reaches t1 is continuously judged, so that the judgment is continuously carried out.
S203, in the high altitude identification stage, when Tt is greater than or equal to 101 ℃, a large amount of gas is generated in the pressure cooker and cannot be discharged normally, which indicates that an exhaust system of the pressure cooker fails, and then the pressure cooker enters the improved pressure boosting stage and the pressure maintaining stage.
S204, after the exhaust system is failed, when the pressure cooker executes a pressure boosting stage, tt needs to be maintained at (T1-8) DEG C (the boiling point of a high altitude area is 8 ℃ lower than the normal altitude), and the maintaining time of Tt is equal to the normal cooking time (namely the original maintaining time of the pressure boosting stage) +3min; when the pressure cooker performs the pressure maintaining period, tt needs to be maintained at (T1-8) DEG C, and the maintaining time of Tt is [0, 55] (specifically, the original maintaining time of the pressure maintaining period needs to be longer than that of the normal pressure maintaining period), which is prolonged. And after the time is met, entering a pressure relief stage.
S205, because the exhaust system of the pressure cooker is in a failure state, the pressure cooker needs to be naturally cooled to enter a heat preservation state.
The temperature sensing element can be arranged on the top of the pressure cooker or other positions and used for detecting the temperature in the pressure cooker.
T1= [104, 124], with a 40kpa pressure for a T1 temperature of 104 ℃ and a 120kpa pressure for a T1 temperature of 124 ℃. All pressure cookers with nominal pressures of 40-120 kpa can be covered by this range.
