Also, the lid body 120 typically has a gasket (not shown) thereon, which may be made of, for example, a rubber material, and is disposed between the removable lid member 122 and the inner pan 111 for sealing the cooking space when the lid body 120 is in a closed state.
In addition, the cooking appliance 100 may include a control device for implementing cooking control of the cooking appliance 100. For example, the Control device may be a Micro Control Unit (MCU). The cooking appliance 100 may further include a heating device (not shown) for heating the inner pan 111, the heating device being electrically connected with the control device.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a pressure device 130 is further disposed in the cover 120, and the pressure device 130 can maintain a certain pressure in the cooking space. Specifically, the pressure device 130 includes a steam discharge passage 131 and a pressure member disposed above the steam discharge passage 131. The steam discharge channel 131 is provided on the detachable cover part 122. The steam discharging channel 131 has an inlet facing the inner pot 111 when the cover 120 is closed over the pot body 110, and an outlet facing the pressure member. During cooking, the steam discharge passage 131 is closed and opened by controlling the pressure member, and the sealing and discharging of the steam in the inner pot 111 can be achieved. Preferably, the pressure member is a gravity ball 132, and the gravity ball 132 may be placed on the steam discharging channel 131 by its gravity, thereby keeping the cooking space airtight. In a preferred embodiment, gravity ball 132 is magnetic or ferromagnetic, or gravity ball 132 may be made of other materials capable of magnetic attraction.
The cooking appliance further comprises a retaining cap 150, the retaining cap 150 being substantially hemispherical and having a profile substantially corresponding to the profile of the gravity ball 132. The position-limiting cover 150 is sleeved outside the gravity ball 132 to limit the movement of the gravity ball 132. When gravity ball 132 opens vapor discharge channel 131, gravity ball 132 may abut against the inner surface of caging cap 150.
The cooking appliance 100 further includes a pressure adjusting device 140, the pressure adjusting device 140 is disposed in the cover 120, as shown in fig. 2-3, the pressure adjusting device 140 is disposed outside the gravity ball 132 and is located at an intermediate position of the gravity ball 132. Pressure adjustment device 140 is capable of applying a force to gravity ball 132 that opposes its gravity to vary the force that gravity ball 132 exerts on vapor discharge passage 131. The control device is electrically connected to the pressure adjustment device 140, and the control device is capable of varying the force generated by the pressure adjustment device 140. By varying the force F according to the formula P/S, the maximum pressure that can be maintained in the boiler can be indirectly adjusted, in which case the heating power is increased, ensuring that the pressure P (often called "pressure") is maintained at a predetermined pressure, regardless of the degree of boiling in the boiler. The present invention is based on the above principle.
Above-mentioned scheme can change the pressure in the culinary art space indirectly through the power of adjustment gravity ball 132 effect on steam discharge channel 131 to guarantee the pressure balance in the culinary art space, can select suitable heating power to realize abundant heating according to different food types and food size simultaneously, and can realize different boiling degrees, thereby can let the hot water juice abundant movement and with food abundant friction and make protein and nutrient composition in the food fuse to the hot water in. In addition, the proper pressure is kept in the cooking space, so that the cooking temperature is higher, the food is easier to be well cooked, the cooking time is shortened, the mouthfeel of the food is improved, and the taste of the soup is more mellow. When cooking food such as meat, fish, poultry, etc., the heating power can be increased appropriately to make boiling more sufficient, and when cooking bean food, the heating power can be decreased appropriately to prevent the shape of the food from being damaged in the large boiling.
Preferably, the pressure adjustment device 140 is configured as a magnetic device capable of generating an attractive force to the gravity ball 132 opposite to the gravity force. Specifically, the pressure adjusting device 140 includes an electrical coil 141, and the electrical coil 141 may be wound by an insulated wire such as an enamel wire. In the illustrated embodiment, the energized coil 141 is wound around the outer surface of the position-restricting cover 150. Preferably, the number of turns of the energizing coil 141 is 100 to 1000 turns, for example, the energizing coil 141 may be set to 200 turns, 300 turns, or 500 turns, etc. according to the gravity of the gravity ball 132. In order to secure the magnetic force effect of the energized coil 141, it is preferable that the projection of the center of gravity of the gravity ball 132 in the vertical center plane is not lower than the lowest point of the projection of the energized coil 141 in the vertical center plane, and the center of gravity of the gravity ball 132 is located below the center of the energized coil 141 in the height direction of the energized coil 141. That is, the gravity ball 132 has a center of gravity located below the center of the height of the coil and a center of gravity located within the range of the energized coil 141.
Preferably, the pressure adjusting device 140 further comprises a PWM signal output terminal electrically connected to the control device, the PWM signal output terminal is electrically connected to the energizing coil 141 to output a PWM signal to the energizing coil 141, and the control device adjusts the current to the energizing coil 141 by controlling the duty ratio of the PWM signal, so as to realize stepless adjustment of the current of the coil, further realize adjustment of the force F, and realize dynamic adjustment of the pressure in the cooker. The pressure that can keep in the pot can be adjusted indirectly to above-mentioned scheme through changing electric current size regulating power F size, increases heating power this moment, and no matter the degree size of boiling in the pot, the culinary art space all can keep balanced pressure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when a current flows from the a end to the B end of the coil or a current flows from the B end to the a end, the coil is caused to generate an electromagnetic force, thereby generating an upward attractive force to the gravity ball 132, and causing a change in the force of the gravity ball 132 acting on the steam discharge channel 131, the larger the current, the smaller the force of the gravity ball 132 acting on the steam discharge channel 131, and conversely, the smaller the current, the larger the force of the gravity ball 132 acting on the steam discharge channel 131, so that a dynamic adjustment of the pressure in the cooking space can be realized. To prevent the gravity ball 132 from shaking, the operating frequency of the PWM signal output is preferably greater than 500 Hz.
Hereinafter, a cooking method according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4.
At the start of cooking, the inner pot heating means heats the inner pot to bring the pressure in the cooking space to a predetermined pressure. The predetermined pressure may be preset by the user or may also be pre-stored in the system. When the pressure in the cooking space reaches the predetermined pressure, it is continuously judged whether the pressure in the cooking space exceeds the predetermined pressure, and the acting force of the pressure adjusting device 140 on the gravity ball 132 is dynamically adjusted according to the judgment result so that the pressure in the cooking space is maintained at the predetermined pressure. Wherein the predetermined pressure is greater than the atmospheric pressure of the outside.
In one embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 includes a pressure sensing device electrically connected to the control device to feed back a sensed pressure signal to the control device after sensing the pressure of the inner pot 111. Specifically, for example, the pressure at the location of the cooking appliance is measured as P0 before cooking, and the pressure in the preset pan is maintained at 20KPa, so that the predetermined pressure to be maintained in the cooking space can be calculated as P0+20 KPa. When the pressure in the cooker reaches P0+20Kpa under high-power heating, the A end and the B end of the two ends of the coil are electrified, and the PWM duty ratio is dynamically adjusted, so that the pressure in the cooker is always kept at about P0+20 Kpa. When the pressure exceeds P0+20Kpa, the PWM duty ratio is increased, so that the force of the gravity ball 132 acting on the steam discharge channel 131 is reduced, the exhaust volume can be increased, and the pressure in the cooker is reduced; when the pressure in the cooker is lower than P0+20Kpa, the PWM duty ratio is reduced, so that the force of the gravity ball 132 acting on the steam discharge channel 131 is increased to reduce the exhaust amount, thereby realizing the increase of the pressure in the cooker. The pressure in the cooker can be always maintained at the preset pressure by dynamically adjusting the PWM duty ratio through the control device.
In the case that the cooking appliance does not include the pressure sensing device, the cooking appliance may also maintain the pressure in the pot at a predetermined pressure through the temperature sensing device at all times. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the boiling temperature of the liquid is directly proportional to the gas pressure, and that typically the boiling temperature increases by 1 ℃ for every 4Kpa of gas pressure rise. Therefore, for example, when the pressure in the cooker is maintained at 20KPa, the temperature in the sealed cooking utensil can be calculated to be maintained at the local boiling temperature T + (20/4) ° C. When cooking, after the upper temperature measurement temperature in the pot reaches T + (20/4) DEG C under high-power heating, the A end and the B end at the two ends of the coil are electrified, and the PWM duty ratio is dynamically adjusted, so that the temperature in the pot is always kept at about T + (20/4) DEG C. When the upper temperature exceeds T + (20/4) DEG C, the PWM duty ratio is increased, so that the force of the gravity ball 132 acting on the steam discharge channel 131 is reduced, the exhaust volume can be increased, and the pressure in the boiler is reduced; when the upper temperature is lower than T + (20/4) DEG C, the PWM duty ratio is reduced, so that the force of the gravity ball 132 acting on the steam discharge channel 131 is increased to reduce the exhaust volume, thereby realizing the increase of the pressure in the boiler.
According to the cooking appliance provided by the invention, the pressure of the pressure member acting on the steam discharge channel 131 is adjusted by the pressure adjusting device 140, and the pressure in the cooking space can be indirectly adjusted, so that the pressure balance in the cooking space can be ensured only by adjusting the force of the pressure member acting on the steam discharge channel 131, meanwhile, the proper heating power can be selected according to different food types and food sizes to realize sufficient heating, different boiling degrees can be realized, and the soup can fully move and fully rub with the food to fuse protein and nutritional ingredients in the food into the soup. In addition, the proper pressure is kept in the cooking space, so that the cooking temperature is higher, the food is easier to be well cooked, the cooking time is shortened, the mouthfeel of the food is improved, and the taste of the soup is more mellow.
