Abstract
The invention provides a processing method of a clove raw material and application thereof in clove type cigarettes, wherein fresh clove flowers are collected; removing dust and impurities from the collected fresh clove flowers and drying the fresh clove flowers in the air; cutting the dried clove flower into clove stem pieces with the thickness of 0.28mm-0.34 mm; the clove stem pieces are frozen and dried, the water content of the clove stem pieces is kept between 11.5% and 13.0%, and the clove stem pieces and cut tobacco leaves are mixed and then rolled into the clove type cigarette. The invention is hard to cut into soft processing, and the stem slices made of the clove type cigarettes are picked instead of dried flowers of the clove type cigarettes, so that the difficulty of the existing stem slices is reduced, and the clove type cigarettes are easy to produce and process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of processing of spices for tobacco, and particularly relates to a processing method of a clove raw material and application of the clove raw material to clove type cigarettes.
Background
The dried clove bud-period clove flower is a rare raw material for medical and spice, and the clove is often called as clove in daily life, and is shown in figure 1. Clove tobacco, also known as clove type cigarette, was first found in the middle of java island, indonesia and was originally made by mixing clove oil with tobacco leaves. With the development of times, clove type cigarettes have been changed from traditional manual rolling to machine-made cigarettes. The prior clove type cigarette takes the clove type cigarette as a fragrant raw material, the clove type cigarette is cut into stem pieces, as shown in figure 2, and then the stem pieces of the clove type cigarette are mixed with cut tobacco leaves and then rolled into the cigarette, wherein the mass of the stem pieces of the clove type cigarette is about 25 percent of that of the cut tobacco of the mixed cigarette.
The dried clove flower consists of flower stalk and flower bud. The whole clove flower has small volume and hard flower stalk, and the cutter door is difficult to compact during slicing, so that a stem piece with small thickness cannot be cut, and a large amount of 'slide' clove stalk blocks can be generated; the bud part is easily broken into powder in the cutting process. The clove handle blocks are difficult to be uniformly mixed with the cut tobacco due to overlarge volume and excessive compactness, are easy to be taken as impurities by a cigarette making machine to be removed, and even if the clove handle blocks are rolled into the cigarettes, the appearance quality and the combustion performance of the cigarettes are also influenced; bud powder is screened out in the rolling process, and is difficult to be really rolled into cigarettes. In the actual cigarette production, the utilization rate of the clove and floral fragrance raw material is too low.

The invention aims to provide a processing method of a clove raw material and application of the clove raw material in clove type cigarettes, so as to solve the problems that the utilization rate of the raw material of clove flowers in actual cigarette production is too low and the like.

1) collecting fresh clove flowers;
2) removing dust and impurities from the collected fresh clove flowers and drying the fresh clove flowers in the air;
3) cutting the dried clove flower into clove stem pieces with the thickness of 0.28mm-0.34 mm;
4) freeze-drying the clove stem slices, and keeping the water content of the clove stem slices at 11.5% -13.0%.
Preferably, the fresh clove is in the bud stage.
Preferably, the water content of the clove and clove bud slices is 12.5%.
Preferably, the thickness of the clove peduncle slices is 0.32mm when the clove peduncle slices are used for common cigarettes, and is 0.30mm when the clove peduncle slices are used for medium-grade cigarettes.
Preferably, the step 4) is followed by screening and air separation, wherein the crushed powder is screened by a 1.0mm screen, and the stem block and the applicable stem pieces are separated by an air separator.
The application of the clove raw material in clove type cigarettes is characterized in that any clove stem piece is mixed with cut tobacco leaves to prepare cut tobacco of the clove type cigarettes.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the clove and the stem slices to the cut tobacco leaves is 15-25%.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the clove and the stem slices to the cut tobacco leaves is 20%.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention is hard to cut into soft processing, and the stem slices made of the clove type cigarettes are picked instead of dried flowers of the clove type cigarettes, so that the difficulty of the existing stem slices is reduced, and the clove type cigarettes are easy to produce and process.

The technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below by examples, and the following examples are only exemplary and can be used only for explaining and explaining the technical solutions of the present invention, but not construed as limiting the technical solutions of the present invention.
The technical scheme of the invention is that fresh clove flowers in bud period are picked, directly washed, dried, sliced, freeze-dried, screened, air-separated, mixed with tobacco shreds and then rolled into cigarettes.
At the moment, the clove flower stalk is easy to slice and process, the slice thickness is adjustable within a certain range, the 'running' of the flower stalk and the production amount of the stalk block are reduced, and the bud part is not easy to break into powder. The cut clove stem pieces are dried to corresponding moisture by adopting a mature freeze drying technology, and the fragrance components of the clove flowers are reserved to the maximum extent. The invention improves the utilization rate of the clove raw material and reduces the production cost.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 3, the present application provides a processing method of a clove raw material, comprising the following steps:
1) collecting fresh clove flowers in the bud period;
2) removing dust and impurities from the collected fresh clove flowers and drying the fresh clove flowers in the air;
3) cutting the dried clove flowers into clove stem pieces with the thickness of 0.28 mm;
4) the method comprises the following steps of freeze-drying the clove stem slices (which is a conventional technology, has no specific parameter condition requirements, and all parameters capable of realizing freeze-drying are applicable), and keeping the water content of the clove stem slices at 11.5%.
5) And (5) screening and winnowing. Sieving with 1.0mm screen to obtain powder, separating stem block and suitable stem piece with pneumatic separator, and recording the quality of the powder, stem block and suitable stem piece. The yield of the clove stem tablets applicable to the invention is 89.3%, which is 10.1% higher than that before the invention, and is shown in table 1.

5) And (5) screening and winnowing. Sieving with 1.0mm screen to obtain powder, separating stem block and suitable stem piece with pneumatic separator, and recording the quality of the powder, stem block and suitable stem piece. The yield of the invention is 92.1 percent, which is improved by 12.9 percent compared with the yield of the invention, and is shown in Table 2.

Claims (8)
1. The processing method of the clove raw material is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) collecting fresh clove flowers;
2) removing dust and impurities from the collected fresh clove flowers and drying the fresh clove flowers in the air;
3) cutting the dried clove flower into clove stem pieces with the thickness of 0.28mm-0.34 mm;
4) freeze-drying the clove stem slices, and keeping the water content of the clove stem slices at 11.5% -13.0%.
2. The method of processing a clove raw material according to claim 1, wherein the fresh clove buds are in bud phase.
3. The processing method of the clove raw material according to claim 1, wherein the water content of the stem slices of the clove is 12.5%.
4. The method for processing a clove raw material according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the stem piece of the clove is preferably 0.32mm when used for ordinary cigarettes and 0.30mm when used for medium-sized cigarettes.
