技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于从载体接收小管状或小瓶状的物体、特别是注射器主体的设备,物体在载体上设置在单个容纳部中轴线平行地彼此成排平放。
背景技术
已知的是:将注射器主体提供在与其匹配的载体(托盘)中以进行进一步使用,其中注射器主体设置在单个容纳部中轴线平行地彼此成排平放。单个容纳部通常设计成,使得其以形状配合和/或力配合的方式容纳注射器主体。
为了进一步处理注射器主体,即例如清洁、消毒、填充,必须将注射器主体从载体脱离并且取下。
迄今为止,相当普遍的是:在此考虑的类型的设备设计成,使得其将全部注射器主体同时从其载体脱离并移除,在这种情况下,在实践中偶尔会造成注射器主体之间的碰撞和干扰性的摩擦效应。例如,在DE19604100C2中描述了具有从托盘同时提取全部注射器主体的这种设备的实例。
发明内容
本发明所基于的目的在于:提出一种新的方式,如可以单独地且温和地从托盘提取小管状或小瓶状的物体,例如注射器主体。
为了实现所述目的,提出根据权利要求1的设备,即,一种用于从载体接收小管状或小瓶状的物体、特别是注射器主体的设备,物体在载体上以形状配合和/或力配合保持的方式设置在单个容纳部中轴线平行地彼此成排平放。设备包括:接收区,物体可以在接收区中被从载体依次提取;进给装置,进给装置用于移动配备有物体的载体穿过接收区,使得物体依次地到达接收区,以便在接收区处被从载体依次提取;和接收轮,接收轮具有在其环周处环绕设置的且向外突出的夹持器,其中可以转动接收轮,使得夹持器一个接一个地经过接收区,以便在接收区处依次地从相应提供的载体接收物体,其中将相应的配对支架与每个夹持器相关联,配对支架用于将接收到的物体稳固在夹持器处。
在此,不言而喻,术语“接收”同样可以以插入的意思来理解。此外,除了小管状和小瓶状的物体外,借助根据本发明的设备理论上可以接收通常药物的包装机构。
优选地,每个夹持器与其相关联的配对支架为钳,该钳用于在接收区中从载体接收相关的物体。借助于该钳总是始终仅将一个物体在接收区中容纳在接收轮的切线区域中,使得不影响后续物体。
优选地,每个夹持器具有远端的钩状的外部段,该外部段用于在穿行通过接收区时将物体夹持在载体中的下方。以该方式,可以从载体的相关的单个容纳部中接收物体,而不对物体施加临界摩擦。
根据本发明的一个特别优选的实施方式,夹持器和与其分别相关联的配对支架可以借助于控制装置受控地相对于彼此移动以在接收轮处进行打开和闭合移动,以便打开如此形成的钳来在接收区中接收物体以及闭合该钳以稳固接收到的物体。
控制装置优选地包括相应的夹持器相对于与其相关联的配对支架的移动的凸轮盘控制装置。
此外,优选地提出:该设备包括用于在从载体接收物体时用于受控地且彼此协调地移动载体经过接收区以及用于转动移动接收轮的机构,其中载体的移动和接收轮的转动移动连续地进行。然而,替选地,也可以容易地设有根据本发明的设备的时钟控制的运行,对于该运行必须将载体的进给移动和接收轮的转动运动相应地相互协调。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出接收轮,其具有固定在中心的毂部件5和轮缘6,轮缘可逆时针围绕毂部件5转动,轮缘具有环绕设置在其环周处的、向外突出的对7,所述对由夹持器8和分别与夹持器相关联的配对支架9构成。
在根据图1和图2的视图中,载体输送装置10首先从左到右水平地朝接收区12延伸并且在接收区12的区域中具有弯曲部,该弯曲部具有向右和向下的走向。
用14表示靠近切线的区域,在所述区域处载体输送装置10在其走向中在接收轮的环周处最靠近该接收轮4。在此,其是接收区12的中心,在接收区中示例性地由接收轮4从沿着载体输送装置10输送的相关的载体18单独地且依次地接收作为物体的注射器主体16。在图1中仅示出几个注射器主体16,然而在实际实践中,沿载体输送装置10输送至接收轮4的载体18通常完整地配备有完整组的注射器主体16。
图1中标记为16a的注射器主体当前处于接收区12的中心并且由接收轮4从载体18提取以继续移动。由夹持器8和配对支架9构成的每个对7形成用于抓持相应的注射器主体16的钳7。
为了在接收区12中通过由夹持器8和配对支架9构成的钳7容纳相关的注射器主体16,夹持器8和相关联的配对支架9可以借助于控制装置22(图2)以受控方式相对彼此移动以进行打开和闭合移动,以便在接收区12中打开钳7和闭合钳以稳固接收到的注射器主体16。图中未示出用于为了将注射器主体16转发给后续处理站而从接收轮4接收相关的注射器主体16的装置。
控制装置22构成为凸轮盘控制装置,在图2中对于本发明的第一实施例以及在图3中对于本发明的第二实施例可以部分识别该凸轮盘控制装置。
在由夹持器8和配对支架9构成的每个钳7的情况下,设有钩状的外部段19的夹持器8和配对支架9围绕相应的共同的枢转轴线24可枢转地支承在接收轮4的环绕的环23处,并且借助于相关的扭力弹簧(未示出)弹簧预紧至共同的基本位置(特别是钳闭合位置)。
夹持器8在其靠近接收轮中央2的端部处具有相应的凸轮滚子28,夹持器借助该凸轮滚子在扭力弹簧的压力下支撑在中心的、毂状的圆形元件5的圆周处。中心的圆形元件5以其环周形成环绕的凸轮盘,凸轮盘成形为,使得夹持器8在进入接收区12中时在其相应的凸轮滚子28处被加载,使得夹持器过渡到用于在接收区12接收注射器主体16的打开位置中,以便接收相关的注射器主体16。在接收轮4进一步移动时,相关的钳7再次到达其闭合位置,以便将相应接收到的注射器主体16稳固在接收轮4处。
相应的预定心轮在图1至图3中用30表示,预定心轮与图1至图3中来自左侧输送的载体18啮合,进而可以受控地转动,使得预定心轮将处于期望的正常运行的相位中的相应的所输送的载体18进给至移动到接收区12中的钳7中,使得钳7在接收器12预先找到相应的注射器主体16以接收,并且以期望的间距依次输送载体18。在根据图1和图2的第一实施例中,在接收区12的区域中引导载体18,使得载体经历弯曲。为此,载体以相应的方式可弹性变形地构成。在根据图3的第二实施例中,载体18直线地穿过接收区12。然而,这两个实施例在其他方面基本上彼此对应,使得之前的描述就此方面适用于这两个实施例。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于从载体(18)接收小管状或小瓶状的物体(16)、特别是注射器主体的设备,所述物体(16)在所述载体上设置在单个容纳部(20)中轴线平行地彼此成排平放,所述设备包括:
-接收区(12),在所述接收区中从所述载体(18)依次提取所述物体(16),
-进给装置,所述进给装置用于移动配备有所述物体的所述载体穿过所述接收区(12),使得所述物体(16)依次地到达所述接收区(12),以便在所述接收区处从所述载体(18)依次提取,
-接收轮(4),所述接收轮具有在其环周处环绕设置的且向外突出的夹持器(8),其中能够转动所述接收轮(4),使得所述夹持器(8)一个接一个地经过所述接收区(12),以便在所述接收区依次地从相应提供的所述载体(18)接收所述物体(16),其中将相应的配对支架(9)与每个夹持器(8)相关联,所述配对支架用于将接收到的物体(16)稳固在所述夹持器(8)处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中每个夹持器(8)具有远端的钩状的外部段(19),所述外部段用于在穿行通过所述接收区(12)时将所述物体(16)夹持在所述载体(18)中的下方。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其中每个夹持器(8)与其配对支架(9)为钳状结构(7),所述钳状结构用于在所述接收区(12)中从所述载体(18)接收物体(16)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其中所述夹持器(8)和与所述夹持器分别相关联的所述配对支架(9)能够借助于控制装置(22)受控地相对于彼此移动以在所述接收轮(4)处进行打开和闭合移动,以便打开所述钳状结构(7)而在所述接收区(12)中接收物体(16)以及闭合所述钳状结构(7)以稳固接收到的所述物体(16)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中所述控制装置(22)包括用于相应的所述夹持器(8)相对于与其相关联的配对支架(9)的移动的凸轮盘控制装置。
6.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的设备,其中设有用于在从所述载体(18)接收所述物体(16)时在所述接收轮(4)转动移动的情况下用于受控地且彼此协调地移动所述载体(18)经过所述接收区(12)的机构,其中所述载体(18)的移动和所述接收轮(4)的转动移动连续地进行。
7.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的设备,其中所述载体(18)在所述接收区(12)的区域中被引导,使得所述载体经历弯曲。
8.根据权利要求1至6中至少一项所述的设备,其中所述载体(18)包括穿过所述接收区(12)的直线的通道。
