and writing the total accumulated quantity, the allowance and the meter information of the charging terminal into a payment account data storage area through the golden finger interface/near field communication module.
4. The payment method based on the multifunctional card as claimed in claim 1, wherein the obtaining the operation instruction sent by the terminal device includes:
acquiring an operation instruction sent by the terminal equipment through a near field communication module or a golden finger interface;
